Teambuilding process:
I was trying to build a team out of Mega Latias, and I figured out I'll make each of the mons to check one another. We first have Defensive Latias-Mega, which has Psyshock and Thunderbolt and can check Poison and Water types for Clefable, Hippowdon and Excadrill. The purpose of this mon is to be able to balance out all the weaknesses the other sweepers have. Skarmory is added as a spikes setter, to annoy a lot of mons in the Meta, like Manectric-M, Tapu Koko and Heatran. It has Brave Bird to ensure it's not completely tauntable. Clefable creates a good core with Latias, both having TWave, crippling common checks to them like Jirachi and Tapu Lele, as well as being able to Wish onto Latias when it gets low. Keldeo is an MVP in this team, as it helps check almost every single threat to the team, so it must always be kept alive. Scald and Hydro Pump are its main STAB moves, removing the Ground and Fire types before Excadrill comes in to sweep, Secret Sword can kill one of the most threatening mon to the team: Greninja (Sharpedo and Crawdaunt, too) and Stone Edge can remove Zard Y and Volcarona, which is another huge problem to the team. Excadrill and Hippowdon are another core, Hippowdon having Sand Stream and Excadrill having Sand Rush. Hippowdon is another tank, also able to get Stealth Rock and Toxic on setup sweepers. Excadrill should sweep only all faster mons are cleared, like Greninja, Speed Boost users and Scarf Users. Most importantly, never let a Will-O-Wisp land on it, as it is a Toxapex clearer as well as a threat to Koko and Zard when Sand Stream is up.

If you have any suggestions please just tell me! I'm a pretty new player, and I'm still stuck trying to get to 1600.

Hi! Neat team, it's very bulky, which is fine.

Pokemon Changes:

Latias can stay, it's the Pokemon you built the team around.

->

Celesteela is basically better than Skarmory in almost every way outside of reliable recovery on Skarm's part. Celesteela's ability to chip things down with Leech Seed will be very nice when it comes to cleaning with Excadrill.

Clefable is fine here, a simple fairy type that compliments Celesteela well.

->

Toxapex and Celesteela together can beat nearly anything in the meta due to their extreme bulk. Only things with the ability to break through this core are basically Electric- types and well, hax (Greninja Dark Pulse flinches).

Excadrill works, though the role of Excadrill will be changed due to another, final, member change.

->

Hippowdon doesn't function as well as it used to in ORAS. Pokemon like Landorus that it used to wall can break through it with powerful Z-moves, etc. Tangrowth will help patch up the weakness to Zygarde, and adds another Electric-type check to support the Celesteela + Toxapex + Clefable core. This and Toxapex also form a Regenerator core, both acting as great Special Defensive pivots.

Moveset Changes

Latias will now run a CM + Stored Power moveset to act effectively as a win condition. This set will heavily appreciate Toxic and Toxic Spikes support from Toxapex, as it then lets it beat Greninja overtime if you were to run Ice Beam in the final slot. The last moveslot is very flexible, each move hitting a different amount of Pokemon.
Latias-Mega @ Latiasite
Ability: Levitate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Stored Power
- Calm Mind
- Recover
- Ice Beam / Thunderbolt / Hidden Power Fighting

Celesteela will run a more physically defensive set to act as your primary check to Pokemon like Mega Pinsir, Mega Scizor, Garchomp, etc. The 4 speed EVs lets it speed creep Celesteela with 0 speed, so you get Leech Seed off first.
Celesteela @ Leftovers
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spe
Relaxed Nature
- Heavy Slam
- Flamethrower
- Leech Seed
- Protect

The moves on your current Clefable set don't make much sense. You don't want to run Wish on a Magic Guard set, because like you have on the set as well, Soft-Boiled is the better option. (Unaware opts for Wish + Protect because its ability isn't compatible with Soft-Boiled.) To provide another win-con, we'll make this Clefable Defensive Calm Mind. You'll want STAB on your Clefable with Moonblast, which your current set lacks.
Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Moonblast
- Thunder Wave
- Soft-Boiled

The Toxapex moveset and EV spread are a lot different than the norm, but I have reasons. Toxic and Toxic Spikes usually aren't on the same set, but to ensure that you Toxic airborne Pokemon, you'd have to use Toxic itself. Remember, Toxapex's main role is to provide Toxic support for Latias (and Clefable) to clean. Fully SpDef Toxapex eases the Charizard-Mega-Y Shed Shell makes it so you don't lose to Zard Y + Duggy.
Toxapex @ Shed Shell
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Infestation
- Toxic
- Toxic Spikes
- Recover

Excadrill will generally be your lead. If they give you the opportunity, Toxic Mega Sableye and Landorus-Therian immediately. You have Mold Breaker, so you can get up rocks vs. Magic Bounce Pokemon like Mega Sableye.
Excadrill @ Focus Sash
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Toxic
- Stealth Rock
- Rapid Spin

AV Tangrowth makes it so you don't lose to Banded Zygarde. However, remember that Dragon Dance Z-Outrage will OHKO you at +1, so sponge the hit with Celesteela instead. This and Toxapex both can swap out to get Regenerator HP overtime.
Tangrowth @ Assault Vest
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Giga Drain
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Knock Off

Threats after team edits
3 attacks Zapdos is very hard to switch into, as you risk having Latias get paralyzed and it just has coverage for everything outside of Clefable.
Just as hard to switch into as 3 attacks Zapdos.
If you let this set up, it becomes pretty hard to stop, especially if your Celesteela was weakened.

My changes made your team very bulky compared to what it was before and changed the team archetype from Bulky Sand Offense to more of a Semi-stall build. I hope you like the changes. :pimp:
