Mega Diancie has become one of the best Stealth Rock setters in National Dex because of its great Speed tier and good matchup against common defoggers. The EV spread listed grants Mega Diancie favorable rolls with Diamond Storm to 2HKO Blissey. Mystical Fire is used to pressure Corviknight and do heavy damage to Ferrothorn and Mega Scizor, but with support from Magnezone, Mega Diancie can run Earth Power to pressure Toxapex and Heatran. Other teammates include Tapu Koko and Choice Scarf Landorus-T that can get Mega Diancie onto the field safely. Spikes from Ferrothorn or Ash-Greninja and Future Sight from Slowking or Slowbro make it even tougher to switch into. Due to Mega Diancie's mediocre bulk, defensive pivots to various revenge killers are needed, making partners like Heatran, Tangrowth, Zapdos, Rotom-W, and Landorus-T all great picks alongside it.

Mega Diancie has shown itself to be one of the best users of Stealth Rock in National Dex, why? mention its good matchup vs common removal and its speed tier utilising powerful mixed coverage to force progress onto it's checks and using its unique typing to check threats like Volcarona and Kommo-o. Mystical Fire is used to pressure Corviknight and do heavy damage to Ferrothorn and Mega Scizor, to make sure neither get any ideas about switching in. With Magnezone support to remove Corviknight, Ferrothorn, and Mega Scizor, Mega Diancie gets the option to can run Earth Power to more consistently pressure Toxapex and Heatran, while doing significantly more damage to Melmetal. it goes from a very very favorable 2hko after rocks to a clean 2hko, idt thats mention worthy Future Sight support from either of Slowbro or Slowking allows Mega Diancie to become nearly impossible to switch into, and usually forces a sack from the opposing team. Other teamates include Tapu Koko and Choice Scarf Landorus-T to facilitate Mega Diancie getting onto the field safely., as well as Ferrothorn and Ash-Greninja, who provide it with Spikes to exert even more pressure onto checks like specially defensive Toxapex. with its mixed coverage. Ash-Greninja in particular appreciates Mega Diancie's ability to threaten Ferrothorn and Blissey. mention how you need defensive pivots into things like mega scizor, landot, and ashgren bc dia's poor bulk is susceptible to revenge killers + explain the spread aaand its all good
