It would appear that Pawniard is the winner this week. Here is the team so far:

Clamperl @ DeepSeaTooth
Ability: Rattled
Level: 5
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 SpA / 80 SpD / 180 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA
- Shell Smash
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power [Grass]

Diglett @ Focus Sash
Level: 5
Ability: Arena Trap
EVs: 36 HP / 236 Atk / 236 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Sucker Punch
- Memento

Grimer-Alola @ Eviolite
Ability: Poison Touch
Level: 5
EVs: 36 HP / 196 Atk / 196 Def / 36 SpA / 36 SpD
Brave Nature
- Pursuit
- Knock Off
- Gunk Shot / Poison Jab
- Fire Blast / Memento

Pawniard @ Eviolite
Ability: Defiant
Level: 5
EVs: 156 Atk / 36 Def / 116 SpD / 196 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Sucker Punch
- Iron Head
- Knock Off
- Swords Dance
So...what next? How do we finish this team? What do we need? What will do this? The end of teambuilding is the hardest, but onward we go, LC community! Submissions are open!

Spritzee @ Eviolite
Level: 5
Ability: Aroma Veil
EVs: 212 HP / 196 Def / 12 SpA / 76 SpD / 12 Spe
Bold Nature
- Wish
- Protect
- Moonblast
- Aromatherapy

this lil cutie can check Scraggy, Mienfoo, and Timburr quite well, all 3 of which can give this team issues. It can also pass wishes to SLAM CLAM and Pawn, giving them new life.It can also heal off nasty Paralysis and Burn from everyone else on the team. Moonblast hits the Fighting-types mentioned earlier and Dark-types that can also be a problem for this team. Not much more to say than that as Spritz is one of the most straight forward mons in LC.

Frillish @ Eviolite
Level: 5
Ability: Cursed Body / Water Absorb
EVs: 236 HP / 116 Def / 76 SpA / 76 SpD
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Shadow Ball
- Recover
- Will-O-Wisp

So as the team stands right now, we currently lack a reliable Fire and Water-type switch in so that's where Frillish comes in. Frillish also works well with Pawniard as a anti-hazard removal core since Frillish can 1v1 popular spinners Staryu (without Thunderbolt), Drillbur and Alolan-Sandshrew while cock spinblocking them. Frillish can also potentially check Fighting-types however, most carry Knock Off so it is generally not a good idea but, it's still a thought.

Gummy

...three, smiles go for miles!
Mienfoo @ Eviolite
Level: 5
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 76 HP / 76 Atk / 116 Def / 196 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- U-Turn
- Acrobatics
- Drain Punch
- Knock Off

Right now we have no U-turn or Volt Switch support, which is pretty frustrating since two of our mons literally can't switch into anything. This is a bulky slowfoo that can safely U-turn to Clamperl or even Diglett. At first, I considered Taunt to stop other setup sweepers, but this variant of Mienfoo, I feel, is too slow to actually Taunt anything before it sets up. Mienfoo can absorb a Knock Off and hit back hard with Acrobatics as a result, since this team has a pretty hard time with Fighting-types right now.

a fighting type switch in is essential, as well as a mudbray and a pawniard switch in. fire types and water types also cause problems despite clamperl & diglett revenging them.

here's foongus:
Foongus @ Eviolite
Level: 5
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 124 HP / 160 Def / 160 SpD
Bold Nature
- Spore
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Hidden Power Fighting / Clear Smog

Foongus comes in as a fighting type counter, and also a decent Mudbray check, and a water-type switch in. HP fight makes foongus a check to Pawniard, or Clear Smog can help with NP Gunk and BU Timburr. Spore can sometimes provide free switch in&set-up opportunities for Clamperl

i'm partial to snubs, since it has offensive presence and checks most of what we need. i like it with ice punch to annoy mudbray (so much item removal off lets this 2hko on the switch, in a pinch) and foongus. not running fire punch does suck when a ferroseed appears but ice punch does enough chip to it anyway. and they shouldn't be so reckless with ferro if clamperl is in the back.

Snubbull @ Berry Juice
Ability: Intimidate
Level: 5
EVs: 36 HP / 116 Atk / 196 Def / 36 SpD / 116 Spe
Careful Nature
- Thunder Wave / Heal Bell
- Play Rough
- Ice Punch
- Thief

this forces like Snivy or some grass-type in the last slot i think, but that's okay. i think that's what it'll be anyway

We need something to switch in on Grounds, as well as deal with Fighters.

Vullaby @ Eviolite
Ability: Overcoat
Level: 5
EVs: 76 Atk / 156 Def / 76 SpD / 196 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- Knock Off
- Roost
- U-turn / Defog

Standard Vullaby set. Immunity to Ground-types and Brave Bird OHKOs most Fighters. Knock Off is a great move to spam with Roost giving the recovery. The choice is between U-turn to grant momentum to the team as well as bring in frail Pokemon like Diglett and Clamperl better, and Defog which can remove Hazards and Aurora Veil. Given spread reaches 16 Speed which outspeeds most Fighters while the Defenses give an Eviolite number; the rest is placed into Attack for more damage output. Overcoat makes this Pokemon the Foongus counter that it is.

also here's an alolan grimer sprite that i made when i was bored

We have no good Ground or Fighting switch in. Luckily for you, I have a mon that resists BOTH those types.

Natu @ Eviolite
Level: 5
Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs: 196 HP / 156 Def / 36 SpA / 76 SpD / 36 Spe
Bold Nature
- Psychic
- Roost
- Heat Wave
- U-turn

I chose Natu since we lack hazard removal and it resists both of the types we are extremely weak to. Psychic does a lot to most Fighting-types, Roost is obvious recovery, Heat Wave is really only there for Steel-types and whatnot and U-Turn is for momentum and potential Diglett traps. Given EVs maximize Natu's mixed bulk and the rest is dumped into Speed and Special Attack, for it to have slightly more of an offensive presence.
