[OVERVIEW]

* Klefki has a lot of valuable traits that make it a premier support Pokemon in UU.
* Its Prankster ability in tandem with a huge utility movepool, containing useful options such as Spikes, dual screens, Fairy Lock, and more allows it to support offensive teams in many different ways and always leave its opponent guessing.
* Its access to Thunder Wave in particular makes it a very troublesome Pokemon for offensive teams to deal with, as Pokemon looking to revenge kill Klefki, such as Infernape or Starmie, may be met with crippling paralysis.
* Its Steel / Fairy typing is also very useful, providing it with a whopping nine resistances and two immunities, and allowing it to check various tier staples, such as Latias, Togekiss, Mega Aerodactyl, Celebi, and Hydreigon.
* Unfortunately, Klefki's poor HP and lack of recovery leaves it very prone to being worn down, which can prevent it from checking everything it wants to or from fully supporting its team.
* Klefki also suffers from a total lack of an offensive presence, which makes it setup bait for Pokemon like Gliscor and Zygarde-10%.
* Lastly, despite Klefki's several useful resistances, it is cursed with weaknesses to the tier's common Fire- and Ground-type attacks, which unless it's using Magnet Rise to compensate for the latter, can limit its longevity.

Moves
========

* Spikes receives priority from Prankster, and gives Klefki a way of supporting its team with entry hazards, which provides useful chip damage against foes.
* Thunder Wave gives Klefki a way of crippling several offensive threats with paralysis, allowing it to function as a source of Speed control support.
* Dazzling Gleam receives a STAB boost, and is useful for hitting the Dark-types that are immune to Prankster-boosted status attacks, such as Hydreigon, Krookodile, and Mega Absol. It also hits a few other Pokemon that Klefki will often aim to check, such as Latias and Keldeo.
* Play Rough can be used as an alternative to Dazzling Gleam in order to hit Latias harder, with the added utility of potentially lowering a foe's Attack.
* Foul Play punishes Pokemon that may try setting up on Klefki, like Gliscor, Zygarde-10%, and Scizor, while also hitting the likes of Metagross, Doublade, Decidueye, and Celebi for fair damage.
* Toxic is an option for putting defensive Pokemon like Hippowdon and Swampert, who otherwise heavily pressure Klefki, on an undesirable timer.
* Magnet Rise is an option for evading Ground-type attacks, thus allowing Klefki to adequately check Pokemon like Krookodile and Swampert.
