[OVERVIEW]

Bug
========
  • Blessed with two incredibly powerful STAB options in Close Combat and Megahorn.
  • Has access to EdgeQuake.
  • Able to sweep through teams with ease with the combination of Choice Scarf and its ability, Moxie.
  • Its one shortcoming is its low base Speed, effectively requiring it to use a Choice Scarf so that it can contribute to its team by taking out common threats in the metagame.

Moves
========
  • Close Combat and Megahorn are mandatory on any Heracross set as hard hitting STAB options.
  • EdgeQuake rounds out the set as it has perfect neutral coverage and allows Scarf Heracross with Sticky Web support to be able to offensively neutralize any Fire-type threat.
Set Details
========
  • The spread maximizes Attack and Speed in order to maximize Heracross's sweeping potential.
  • An Adamant nature is unnecessary as Moxie grants Attack boosts upon KOs; as such, Jolly is the preferred nature to maximize Heracross's Speed.
Usage Tips
========
  • Heracross should be used to sweep a team after its checks and counters have been sufficiently weakened or eliminated.
  • Alternatively, you can use it early in the game to pave the way for Special attackers such as Volcarona, Galvantula or Yanmega.

Team Options
========
  • Shuckle and Galvantula offer Heracross speed control with Sticky Web, allowing it to outspeed other Choice Scarf threats such as Terrakion.
  • Volcarona is an excellent partner that is able to break through physical walls, such as Skarmory, that Heracross cannot touch. In turn, Heracross picks off fast offensive threats such as Mega Charizard Y and Keldeo that Volcarona can neither switch in on nor set up on.
  • Scolipede is a naturally fast revenge killer with Speed Boost that can take care of some Choice Scarf threats, such as Victini, after one Speed Boost if Heracross is lacking Sticky Web support.
  • Araquanid is able to act as a Fire-type check for Heracross should choice-locked Earthquake or Stone Edge not be able to eliminate what Heracross is out against.

Other Options
=============

Bug
--------
  • Choice Band can be used as an option to tank status and become a wallbreaker, but it is generally an inferior option to the Scarf set.
Checks and Counters
===================

**Physical walls:** Physical walls such as Skarmory and Landorus-T easily wall Heracross's STAB options and EdgeQuake coverage.

**Fire-types:** Heracross misses out on OHKOing some offensive threats such as Victini and Heracross and cannot take a hit in return.

**Bulky Fairy-types:** Fairy-types such as Tapu Bulu, Magearna and Azumarill are able to take a hit due to their bulk and KO Heracross in return.

**Ghost-types**: Ghost-types are immune to Close Combat and all resist or take Megahorn neutrally.

Omega-Xis sorry to waste your effort, but it should stay in bulletpoint form for the first two QC checks. It should be changed to paragraph form only after the 2nd check. I can revert the changes to the bulletpoint form if you'd like. Tag me if so.

Mega Heracross needs a set, i'll QC this after you've added it.

Can you also try expanding a bit on pretty much all the sections? All of them are very small, especially Overview and Usage Tips, which need a lot more detail.
