Help with team building?

I'm looking to make an OU team consisting of Metagross (With Stealth Rock) Cacturne (With Spikes and Yawn) Dragonite (With Thunder and Hurricane) and Politoed (With ability Drizzle)

What other pokemon should I add to the team?
What sort of EVs should I give them?
What items should everyone have? (Metagross has leftovers)
