Fusion Moves - [Fusion Evolution Companion Project]

It's main reason I try to avoid voting for my own stuff, unless I really believe it adds to the meta. In any case, I'll edit in my submissions later today and otherwise tomorrow, depens how busy I am with work.

WRT Dig: Yeah, that's me putting the wrong thing in. Should be Earthquake, which does do double damage against Pokémon using Dig. WRT Shadow Sneak + Gyro Ball: You may recall that Gyro Ball does more damage the slower you are than the target. WRT Concussion's illegality: has that always been the rule? If so, I apologise, but I definitely remember that not being the case previously... perhaps I'm misremembering. Oh well.

Priority: 0
Power Points: 5 (max 8)
Effect: Has a chance of burning depending on the user's HP.
This basically uses the same formula Flail does, except instead of changing the power of the move, it changes the chance of burn. Here's a chart to show the exact burn % at certain HP ranges:
Code:
HP % chance to burn
0-4.16 100%
4.17-10.41 80%
10.42-20.82 60%
20.83-35.41 40%
35.42-68.74 20%
68.75-100 0%

Base Power: 100
Accuracy: 100%

I think people should be able to do any fusion we want. If a fusion already has a move, then they can't get another one. This would help encourage more people to participate, and thusly speed up the Fusion Move process.

That not only goes against the original process, it kinda stifles the fun and creativity that multiple subs do. Also having multiple signature moves isnt something foreign in Pokemon (Zygarde has four) and alot of the moves are flavour. We are moving at a speedy pace, and I rekon we can finish this in time.

If you really want to help and support Reviloja753 you can vote now, and submit in later slates, as you seem rather creative. The only thing this mod needs is more support in voting and submissions. This means our fusions can get more quality attacks.

Votes have tallied, and the winners are:

Name: Spinning Punch (Shadow Punch + Gyro Ball)
New Type: Ghost
Classification: Physical
Base Power: Variable
Accuracy: 100
Power Points: 24
Effect: Damage output gets higher if user is slower then foe. (So basically a Gyro Ball thatis Ghost-Type and a Punch Move)
Target: One foe

Name: Phantom Combo (Phantom Force + Dual Chop)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 45
Accuracy: 90%
Power Points: 10 (max 16)
Effect: Hits twice; breaks through Protect/Detect; makes direct contact
Target: Single adjacent

Stronger physical Ghost STAB that has the potential to hit beyond Substitute.

Name: Mental Scramble (Entrainment + Zen Headbutt)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 80
Accuracy: 90%
Power Points: 10 (max 24)
Effect: Target's ability changes to Lopunnini's ability
Target: Single adjacent

Counter annoying ability abusers by replacing their ability while doing damage.

Name: Dragonfly Dance (Quiver Dance + Dragon Dance)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: -
Accuracy: -
Power Points: 10 (max 16)
Effect: Raises Attack, Special Attack and Special Defence by one stage. Boosts Speed by two stages.
Target: Self

Volcagon has bad stats to bounce with the 160+ attackers that rampage the tier, but with Dragonfly Dance it suddenly outruns the entire unboosted (and many Scarfed) metagame.

Name: Sacrilige (Sacred Fire + Sacred Sword)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 100
Accuracy: 90%
Power Points: 5 (max 8)
Effect: 50% chance to burn target; ignores defence boosts by target. Makes contact
Target: Single adjacent

The creation of Enterrak was based on the fact that their Signature moves start with Sacred. (Yh and Suizirion existed.. Yada Yada Justice Power Trio). So Sacrilige is a combination of the attacks.

Name: Mineral Dive (Rock Slide + Brave Bird)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 95
Accuracy: 95%
Power Points: 10 (max 16)
Effect: 1/3 recoil; 20% chance to flinch target
Target: Single adjacent

Slightly less powerful than Stone Edge, but a whole lot more reliable. Also has a nasty chance to flinch. Choose between a lack of recoil or a power buff to base 126, depending whether you decide to go Mega or not.

So these are the winners, and the next slate will be announced shortly

parents: slaking / sandslash
shared egg group: field
offspring name: sans
new type: normal/ground
new base stats: 122/140/115/80/70/92
new ability and desc: lazy bones - every other turn gains a 20% evasion boost, but loses 20% attack.
notable moves: retaliate, return, earthquake, rapid spin, swords dance, stealth rock, counter, ice punch, thunderpunch, knock off, stone edge
role identification: get it, cause bone moves are ground-type and slaking is lazy? ... whatever. anyway, sans may just appear to be a joke fusionmon, but it does have some spine! 140 attack means sans will hit hard enough to shake its opponents to the bone, and 122/115 physical bulk means that it has some meat on its bones... wait. strong stab and coverage means that anything that tries to wall this thing is gonna be boned, and it can boost that attack even higher with swords dance. stealth rock and rapid spin allows it to support its team, and a good offence and support mon can provide a strong skeleton to any team's framework. these are just the bare bones of what makes sans a great pokemon, and you'd be a real bonehead not to use it on your team.

Parents: Lucario and Absol
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Lucasol
New type: Fighting/Dark
New base stats: 78/130/75/105/75/93 [BST: 556]
New ability and desc: Steadfast Luck (Steadfast + Super Luck) When this Fusion Evolution flinches, its speed and critical hit ratio are raised by 1 stage.
Notable moves: Aura Sphere, Close Combat, Flamethrower, Bullet Punch, Swords Dance, Bulk Up, Dragon Pulse, Drain Punch, Earthquake, Extreme Speed, Facade, Focus Blast, High Jump Kick, Ice Punch, Nasty Plot, Poison Jab, Flash Cannon, Psychic, Roar, Rock Slide, Shadow Ball, Shadow Claw, Stone Edge, Substitute, Thunder Punch, Zen Headbutt, Blizzard, Dark Pulse, Fire Blast, Calm Mind, Foul Play, Hex, Ice Beam, Knock Off, Megahorn, Perish Song, Play Rough, Night Slash, Psycho Cut, Pursuit, Sucker Punch, Superpower, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Will-o-Wisp, Wish, X-Scissor, Rest, Sleep Talk, Baton Pass, Protect.
Role identification: Lucasol is a Fusion Evolution who would show no mercy in battle bringing out surprisingly so many coverage moves like Shadow Ball and Blizzard as well as its normal STAB moves like Close Combat and Dark Pulse. This Fusion Evolution can be easily unpredictable especially if you run many different sets. Too bad it doesn't have that much bulk and that means that Lucasol won't be able to run status moves to stall out or support. It could but it would risk Lucasol him/herself. Other than that, Lucasol also gains a lot more better priority moves than either of the separate parts. Examples of these are good moves like Sucker Punch and Extreme Speed which can be supported by that 130 Attack base, its fairly decent 93 Speed base, and an Attack raising move like Swords Dance or Bulk Up.

Parents: Lucario and Absol (+ Absolite)
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Lucasol-Mega
New type: Fighting/Dark
New base stats: 78/150/75/145/75/133 (20 Atk, 40 SpA, 40 Spe) [BST: 656]
New ability and desc: Magic Bounce: This Fusion Evolution blocks certain status moves and bounces them back to the user.
Notable moves: Aura Sphere, Close Combat, Flamethrower, Bullet Punch, Swords Dance, Bulk Up, Dragon Pulse, Drain Punch, Earthquake, Extreme Speed, Facade, Focus Blast, High Jump Kick, Ice Punch, Nasty Plot, Poison Jab, Flash Cannon, Psychic, Roar, Rock Slide, Shadow Ball, Shadow Claw, Stone Edge, Substitute, Thunder Punch, Zen Headbutt, Blizzard, Dark Pulse, Fire Blast, Calm Mind, Foul Play, Hex, Ice Beam, Knock Off, Megahorn, Perish Song, Play Rough, Night Slash, Psycho Cut, Pursuit, Sucker Punch, Superpower, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Will-o-Wisp, Wish, X-Scissor, Rest, Sleep Talk, Baton Pass, Protect.
Role identification: Just like Lucasol, Lucasol-Mega preforms in the trick of using coverage and STAB offense along with being part unpredictable. The biggest difference is the this Fusion Evolution's mega gains 100 BST and a better ability for it to support itself. This Pokemon now has the Attack to break down much more than it could before and the speed to outspeed even Greninja in the Uber tier or Other Metagames. Its defenses still aren't good though so be careful if you're going to use any set up moves and things like that.

Parents: Venusaur + Sceptile
Shared egg group: Monster
Offspring name: Sceptilusaur
New type: Poison / Grass
New base stats: 90 / 98 / 88 / 117 / 107 / 115 (+15)
New ability and desc: Overgrow
Notable moves: Leaf Storm, Giga Drain, Sludge Bomb, Focus Blast, Earthquake, Leech Seed, Sleep Powder, Power Whip, Rock Slide, Knock Off, Swords Dance, Synthesis
Role identification: Either way you look at it Sceptilusaur outclasses both Venusaur and Sceptile stat-wise (5 points slower than Sceptile but still pretty fast), but loses out on the ability. However, Overgrow has somemerit for a Substitute+Berry set. It has decent coverage with Poison, Grass, and Fighting, which could work on a Sleep Powder set.

Parents: Mega Venusaur + Sceptile
Shared egg group: *Mega
Offspring name: Mega Sceptilusaur X
New type: Poison / Grass
New base stats: 90 / 116 / 128 / 139 / 127 / 115
New ability and desc: Thick Fat
Notable moves: Leaf Storm, Giga Drain, Sludge Bomb, Focus Blast, Earthquake, Leech Seed, Sleep Powder, Power Whip, Rock Slide, Knock Off, Swords Dance, Synthesis
Role identification: Just a better Mega Venusaur with a stronger offensive presence. 5 stars.

Parents:
Venusaur + Mega Sceptile
Shared egg group: *Mega
Offspring name: Mega Sceptilusaur Y
New type: Poison / Dragon
New base stats: 90 / 123 / 98 / 157 / 107 / 140
New ability and desc: Lightning Rod
Notable moves: Sludge Bomb, Focus Blast, Dragon Pulse, Earthquake, Leech Seed, Sleep Powder, Rock Slide, Knock Off, Swords Dance, Synthesis
Role identification: So long, x4 Ice weakness! Hello coverage. A simple set of 4 attacks including Sludge Bomb, Focus Blast, Dragon Pulse, and Earthquake will be pretty difficult to wall, but so will be a fast Sleep Powder with 3 attacks.

Parents: Manectric + Houndoom
Shared Egg Group: Field
New Typing: Electric/Dark
Offspring Name: Houndectric
New Base Stats: 83/93/65/118/80/110
New Ability: Lightning Rod + Flash Fire = Thunderous Embers: Raises Special Attack by 1.5x when hit by a fire attack move; immunity to fire attacks.
Notable Moves: Dark Pulse, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Fire Blast, Nasty Plot, Sucker Punch, Overheat, Heat Wave, Taunt, Will-O-Wisp, Sludge Bomb, Shadow Ball, Destiny bond, Discharge, Hidden Power, Switcheroo, Signal Beam
Role Description: Ok, so you know how Fire Types Destroy a ton of pokemon? WellScrew You! With an immunity for fire moves, as well as not be destroyed by Trace Attackers due to it's immunity to fire not being one of it's STAB moves. It's STAB moves have nice coverage, only being resisted by Dark/Ground, Dark/Electric, Fairy/Ground and Fairy/Electric Types. Only One Relevant Pokemon in the metagame actually resists this! It also provides nice momentum with volt Switch.
[Also I love how no-one hypes up their mega pre-evo's]

Parents: Manectric-Mega + Houndoom
Shared Egg Group: Field
New Typing: Electric/Dark
Offspring Name: Houndectric-Mega-M
New Base Stats: 83/93/85/148/100/140
New Ability: Intimidate
Notable Moves: Dark Pulse, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Fire Blast, Nasty Plot, Sucker Punch, Overheat, Heat Wave, Taunt, Will-O-Wisp, Sludge Bomb, Shadow Ball, Destiny bond, Discharge, Hidden Power, Switcheroo, Signal Beam
Role Description: A bit iffy, but Houndectric makes for a very scary special attacker, with a high speed and Special attack stat, Good Momentum giving moves and an above average Destiny Bond abusal rate! Intimidate provides nice Pseudo Bulk. Also look at that Special attack and realize it learns Nasty Plot

Parents: Manectric + Houndoom-Mega
Shared Egg Group: Field
New Typing: Electric/Dark
Offspring Name: Houndectric-Mega-H
New Base Stats: 83/93/105/148/90/130
New Ability: Solar Power
Notable Moves: Dark Pulse, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Fire Blast, Nasty Plot, Sucker Punch, Overheat, Heat Wave, Taunt, Will-O-Wisp, Sludge Bomb, Shadow Ball, Destiny bond, Discharge, Hidden Power, Switcheroo, Signal Beam
Role Description: 100% Outclassed by it's other mega unless running Sun.

Parents: Exploud + Houndoom
Shared Egg Group: Field
Name: Exdoom
New Type: Normal/Fire
New Base Stats: 100/100/66/111/86/92
New Ability: (Flash Fire + Soundproof) Mix-tape - Increases the power of Exdoom's Fire Type and sound based moves if hit by a sound based/Fire Type attack, grants immunity to sound based/Fire Type attacks
Notable Moves: Boomburst, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Dark Pulse, Focus Blast, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Surf, Sludge Bomb, Shadow Ball, Solar Beam, Nasty Plot, Destiny Bond
Role Identification: Its learns Boomburst and Nasty Plot, every single stat is an improvement over both parents except Speed (which only drops by 3 points), and it has an extremely powerful ability. That should be plenty to scare some people. At first Amplify was weaker than it is now, but I thought it should be stronger to make up for Exdoom's unimpressive stats for an offensive pokemon.

Name: Mega-Exdoom
New Type: Normal/Fire
New Base Stats: 100/100/106/141/96/112
New Ability: Solar Powered
Notable Moves: Boomburst, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Dark Pulse, Focus Blast, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Surf, Sludge Bomb, Shadow ball, Solar Beam, Nasty Plot, Destiny Bond
Role Identification: There is no stronger in terms of raw special attacking power. In the Sun Mega-Exdoom outdamages Specs Porygon-Z's Hyper Beam with Fire Blast and matches its power with Boomburst. You still need to get rid of anything faster that can revenge kill Mega-Exdoom or use Sticky Web to slow them down. After that there is nothing that can stop it.

Parents: Gyarados / Salamence
Shared egg group: Dragon
Offspring name: Gyaramence
New type: Water/Dragon
New base stats: 110/145/94/100/105/105
New ability and desc: Intimidate
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Dragon Claw, Waterfall, Earthquake, Crunch, Iron Head, Fire Fangs, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Scald, Hydro Pump, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse
Role identification: Overall improvement for both of them for what concerns typing, stats and movepool. An incredible physical or mixed sweeper with very good bulk and very nice movepool, but look at the mega.

Parents:
Gyarados / Salamence
Offspring name: Mega Gyaramence
New type: Water/Dark
New base stats: 110/175/124/110/135/105
New ability and desc: Mold Breaker
Notable moves: Dragon Dance, Dragon Claw, Crunch, Iron Head, Waterfall, Earthquake, Fire Fangs, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Scald, Hydro Pump,
Role identification: Incredible moveset, amazing Attack stat with a very good speed tier, good typing attack-wise, fantastic bulk to take advantaget of Dragon Dance.

Name: Jawcracker (Close Combat+Night Slash)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: 100
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 5 (max 8)
Effect: This move has a high critical hit ratio. When this move is used, it's def and sp.def. are lowered by 1. If this moves crits, the stat lowering is ignored.
Target: Single
While it's BP is less then of normal CC, this move is perfect for Lucasol. Get those crits going!

Name: Overcharge (Charge+Nasty Plot)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: --
Accuracy: --
Power Points: 20 (max 32)
Effect: If the user's next move is Electric-type, it's power will be tripled instead of the damage dealt. This move also raises the user's sp.def by one.
Target: Self
Immense buff for electrical moves!

Name: Rising Air Current (Rain Dance+Twister)
New Type:

Classification:

Base Power: --
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: 5 (max 8)
Effect: Summons a weaker version of Delta Stream, doing everything Delta Stream does, except that it CAN be replaced by all weathers.
Target: Self
I know what your thinking, how can Rain Dance and Twister form such a move? Well, I was thinking in the more broad sense as Twister is basically a weakened hurricane or typhoon. So I took that idea plus the weather ability of Rain Dance to make this.

I'm legit scarred of what people might turn the already-god Gyaramence into...

I'll post later but I'm goin on a trip with no internet so probs will update only on sunday night

Name: Karmic Retribution (Retaliate + Magnitude)
New Type:
Classification:
Base Power: --
Accuracy: 100%
Power Points: TBD
Effect: The power of this move varies. The power of the selected magnitude is doubled if an ally fainted last turn.
Target: All adjacent Targets
This move will make sure the opponent has a bad time! KR will make this thing a revenge killer that might break this metagame's bones!

Please tell me if I am doing this wrong.
