Sorry about that. I’ll put in my votes in a second and check with exploudit if it’s ok to close

Basically the voting phase in this slate
Sorry dude, real life has been a bit busy for me these last couple months. But I'm not rushing so much on the slates as we'll take a break during after fossils part II to let the metagame stabilize a bit. Also please don't use this everytime I delay something here, makes me pretty sad :(

Either way: here are my votes:
- Mygavolt, leonard, Exploudit
- Mygavolt, leonard, Exploudit
- Exploudit, Mygavolt, Yoshiblaze
- Exploudit, Mygavolt, Yoshiblaze
And thus the winners are:

Atk: 40 (+0)
Def: 130 (+30)
SpA: 95 (+5)
SpD: 115 (+60)
Spe: 44 (+9)
Signature Move: Rewind |
|
| 30 PP | Omanyte rewinds the time stream, resetting all stat changes on the field. Heals user by 50% of their max HP. | Z-Move: Fully heals user
Flavor: Omanyte's shell is a shade of blue, and the lines on the shell glow. This Omanyte can control small swaths of the timestream.
Competitive Analysis: Nice utility pokemon with all the hazards, Scald, and a cool Haze+Recover combo move. #VoteForGameBalance

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Kabuto-Eternal
New Type: Water / Steel
New Stat distribution: 100 (+70) / 100 (+20) / 100 (+10) / 47 (-8) / 47 (+2) / 100 (+45)
Signature Move: Squeaky Wheel - Steel, Physical, 80 BP, 10 PP, 100% Acc | Takes 2 PP from the target's last used move, if applicable. | Z-Move: 160 BP Corkscrew Crash
Design/Flavor: Takes on the appearance of a samurai helmet, and its pincers are colored like blades. It is said to be a master of the sword, in terms of both offense and defense.
Competitive Analysis: Physical tank with a unique means of dealing with low PP attackers and recovery users. Also sporting Knock Off, Rapid Spin, and STAB priority, this thing has nice utility of its own.

Name: Lileep-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP: 104 (+38)
Atk: 39 (-2)
Def: 104 (+27)
SpA: 104 (+43)
SpD: 104 (+17)
Spe: 39 (+16)
BST: 494 (+139)
Signature Move: Algae Allure |
|
| 90 BP | 10 PP | 100 Acc | "Lileep disguises itself as an Algae to bait its foe, then it uses its vicious tentacles to drain the foe's energy." | Lileep recovers 50% of the damage done. | Z Move - 175 BP Hydro Vortex
Design/Flavor: Lileeps are usually mistaken for algae due to their body shape, but Eternal Lileep exploited that feature of the species to be able to adapt to the current oceans, looking even more like algae and therefore luring even more prey.
Competitive Analysis: Eternal Lileep is a wonderful Wall, a great typing along base 104 bulk all-around makes it quite the challenge to take down, moves like Recover and Stealth Rock also add to its reliability as a wall, and it is anything but passive with its signature move and base 104 Special Attack. Still, like most walls, effective wallbreaking can take it down.

Name: Anorith-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP: 57 (+12)
Atk: 133 (+38)
Def: 57 (+7)
SpA: 57 (+17)
SpD: 57 (+7)
Spe: 133 (+58)
BST: 494 (+139)
Signature Move: Aquatic Ambush |
|
| 90 BP | 10 PP | 100 Acc | "Anorith attack its prey by surprise, setting the stage up for a finishing blow." | On the following turn after using this move, Anorith is granted +1 Priority on any Bug-type move used or 50% extra power on any Water-type move used. | Z Move - 175 BP Hydro Vortex
Design/Flavor: While most Anorith fail to adapt to the current ocean, Eternal Anorith was not only able to survive but also to thrive as a fearsome predator. Its great water mobility was key for its adaptation.
Competitive Analysis: Eternal Anorith can be quite a pain for more Offensive teams, its scary combination of priority moves in Aqua Jet and Aquatic Ambush-boosted X-Scissor shouldn't be overlooked, it's ability Swift Swim may also add another layer to its ability to almost always find a way to move first. Overall, Aquatic Ambush's effect of boosting subsequent Water-type moves is also greatly appreciated, especially in rain, enabling to be quite the wallbreaker in the correct circumstances. In addition, Access to both Stealth Rock and Rapid Spin make Anorith quite a method of hazard control. However, a mediocre bulk of base 57 all across and a mediocre at best typing doesn't allow the ancient shrimp to last for too long, and a dependency on support from Rain or Aquatic Ambush to access its Speed stat to it's fullest makes Eternal Anorith not always completely reliable.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Tirtouga-Eternal
New Type: Steel/Water
New Stat distribution: 80/84/130/60/130/10
Signature Move: Moisturize (Water, Status, 5 PP, Heals 50% of max HP; 67% in Rain; 25% in Sun or Hail
Design/Flavor: The shell on its back is now made of thick durasteel, thus making it hardly able to move, which explains its 10 speed.
Competitive Analysis: This thing is the definition of tank. Its signature move is basically Morning Sun but better in rain. This is an amazing tank in a rain team.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Archen-Eternal
New Type: Dragon/Flying
New Stat distribution: 105/51/105/150/105/50
Signature Move: Draco Storm (Dragon, Special, 110 BP, 5 PP, 85 Acc, ignores user’s stat drops, including Defeatist)
Design/Flavor: The blue feathers are now orange, and the beak, tail feathers, and feet are now an orangish-yellow color.
Competitive Analysis: This thing is tired of Defeatist, so now its Attack and speed are now 51 and 50 respectively. It now takes the role of a bulky special sweeper. Draco Storm is a really good move with 110 BP and ignoring Defeatist but 85 accuracy. Outside of that, it can use Earth Power, Heat Wave, and Hidden Power for coverage. It also can run Roost or Stealth Rocks.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Tyrunt-Eternal
New Type: Grass/Rock
New Stat distribution: 85/100/100/40/100/95
Signature Move: Wood Fang (Grass, Physical, Contact, Strong Jaw affected, 65 BP, 95 acc, 15 PP, 10% to flinch, 10% to sleep)
Design/Flavor: Eternal Tyrunt’s fossil sat in a mossy area for over 3,000 years. The fossil’s lower jaw eventually broke off and had to have a replacement lower jaw. Tyrunt is covered in moss, except for its lower jaw, which is made of wood, and eyes.
Competitive Analysis: Wood Fang is really useful, due to it being strong jaw boosted and having a 10% to flinch and/or sleep the target. Of course, it should run its normal physical Moveset, but replace a move with Wood Fang.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Amaura-Eternal
New Type: Ice/Fire
New Stat distribution: 110/60/75/100/75/100
Signature Move: Frostburn (Ice, Special, 90 BP, 100 acc, 10 PP, combines fire type in effectiveness)
New Move (if possible): Flamethrower
Design/Flavor: Amaura’s fossil sat in a volcanic area for over 3,000 years. Amaura’s skin is now a gradient of purplish-red and purplish-blue.
Competitive Analysis: Having Frostburn is huge, being amazing and I MEAN AMAZING against any Grass-type. Even without Frostburn, 110 HP with 100 in Special Attack and Speed is still good. However, if Stealth Rock ever gets set up, Eternal Amaura must write its last will.

Oh by the way, this thread almost has more posts than there are Pokémon in the Pokédex.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Tirtouga-Eternal
New Type: Water
New Stat distribution: 74 (+20) / 32 (-46) / 83 (-20) / 132 (+79) / 65 (+20) / 108 (+86)
Signature Move: Depth Voltage - Electric, Special, 60 BP, 10 PP, 100% Acc | Base Power increases by 10 for every stat drop that the user has, capping at 180. | Z-Move: 160 BP Gigavolt Havoc
Design/Flavor: Its body is a darker color, and its armor contains traces of electricity. It dives to extreme depths in search of energy, and swims rapidly upward while converting the energy into a light electrical current.
Competitive Analysis: Specially offensive Shell Smasher with BoltBeam coverage alongside Water STAB.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Archen-Eternal
New Type: Rock
New Stat distribution: 74 (+19) / 65 (-47) / 112 (+67) / 65 (-9) / 110 (+65) / 140 (+70)
Signature Move: Archaic Anguish - Rock, Special, 10 PP, 90% Acc | Deals damage equal to half the target's HP, and drains half of the damage dealt. | Z-Move: 100 BP Continental Crush
Design/Flavor: An upside-down Archen with an inverted color scheme. It walks with its winged appendages and uses its talons for hands. The main thing keeping it alive in this state is its anguish unto the world for leaving it that way.
Competitive Analysis: Bulky pivot that can take better advantage of the utility in Archen's movepool: Stealth Rock, Defog, Knock Off, Taunt, U-turn, and maybe Torment. Archaic Anguish not only stays consistent even with Defeatist active, but also keeps it healthy in tandem with Roost.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Tyrunt-Eternal
New Type: Dragon
New Stat distribution: 80 (+22) / 96 (+7) / 136 (+59) / 51 (+6) / 51 (+6) / 106 (+58)
Signature Move: Jaw Drag - Dragon, Physical, 85 BP, 10 PP, 95% Acc | If this move triggers the message "But it failed!" or had no effect on any target, then the user gains +1 Attack. Boosted by Strong Jaw. | Z-Move: 170 BP Devastating Drake
Design/Flavor: Differs in appearance from other Tyrunt only by its crimson hide. Its jaws are initially not as destructive as those of a normal Tyrunt, but they gain strength when unsuccessful at biting through its targets.
Competitive Analysis: Stat-wise, it resembles a physical Dragon-type Cryogonal, which is somewhat Tyrantrum-like except with higher Defense and Speed at the expense of Attack. In terms of movepool, it normally sets up Stealth Rock or Dragon Dance. More importantly, it actually has a jaw STAB (7 BP stronger than Outrage, even) that not even Fairies are safe switching into.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Amaura-Eternal
New Type: Ice
New Stat distribution: 96 (+19) / 45 (-14) / 47 (-3) / 118 (+51) / 185 (+122) / 29 (-17)
Signature Move: Fauxrora - Ice, Other, 20 PP | Can only be used if hail is active. The user sets up a 5-turn illusion that takes the appearance of an aurora. (This lasts 8 turns if the user is holding Light Clay.) While the effect is active, all opponents deal 0.5* damage with direct attacks. Can be removed by Defog. | Z-Effect: Fully restores the user's HP
Design/Flavor: It despises that its family cannot use Aurora Veil, so it ventured to the North Pole to do live research on auroras. It ended up unsuccessful in learning the technique, but it changed color—to glowing green sails and a dark-as-night body—and invented a similar technique that relies on hindering enemies instead of protecting allies.
Competitive Analysis: Stat-wise, it's a special counterpart of Avalugg. Movepool-wise, it has far better offensive options but entirely different utility (i.e. Stealth Rock and Fauxrora instead of Recover and Rapid Spin).

|
| 90 BP | 100 Acc | 20 PP | Archens lashes out, fighting back against its insecurities. Deals quadruple damage when any of Archen's stats are reduced. | Z-Move: 180 BP Supersonic Skystrike
Flavor: Archen looks very angry, and has a sleeker body, more akin to an actual bird. Finally tired of losing, it harnesses the negative emotions and channels them into a dangerously powerful attack.
Competitive Analysis: Hot calcs incoming

252 Atk Archen Fury vs. 248 HP / 8 Def Toxapex: 99-117 (32.6 - 38.6%) -- 4.4% chance to 3HKO after Black Sludge recovery
252 Atk Defeatist Archen Fury vs. 248 HP / 8 Def Toxapex: 195-231 (64.3 - 76.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Black Sludge recovery

|
| 40 BP | 100 Acc | 20 PP | Tirtouga stirs up a cloud of sand, and then sends it flying at the opponent. +1 priority. 30% chance to lower the target's accuracy by 1 stage. | Z-Move: 100 BP Tectonic Rage
Flavor: Tirtouga's shell is a more tan color, and resembles that of a soft shell turtle. Living beneath the sand of the primordial sea, this Tirtouga managed to survive the extinction of its species and exists eternally as the last living member of its kind.
Competitive Analysis: A solid shell smash sweeper with ok physical bulk and the typing to get one off. Can hit from both sides of the spectrum and has priority on both sides to boot. Hell, I'm sure mixed its perfectly viable.

Signature Move: Tyrant's Bite |
|
| 100 BP | 90 Acc | 15 PP | Titouga savagely bites the opponent with razor-sharp teeth. Biting move. | Z-Move: 160 BP Corkscrew Crash
Flavor: Tyrunt's bottom jaw is golden metal, and the horns on its head now form a small crown. The tuft of feathers (dinos had feathers, so I'm assuming here) around its head are a regal red.
Competitive Analysis: Actual STAB that uses Strong Jaw, a nice Dragon Dance sweeper or Assualt Vest user.

Name: Archen-Eternal
Type: [flying]
New Stats:
HP:
55
Atk: 100
Def: 156
SpA: 50
SpD: 125
Spe: 80
Signature Move Flavor: Archen pawns off all the negatives with in it to the foe or an ally.
Signature Move: Pawn-Off |[flying]|[status]| 100 Acc | 15 PP | Give defeatist to the foe only if user has defeatist, if user has defeatist recover all damage taken and steal the users ability, as well the effects of not having defeatist activate also. If user does not have defeatist give all status effects and negative stat changes to foe. This move can not be stopped by taunt or paralasis.
Flavor: claws become bigger beak becomes sharper wings become bigger and tail becomes thinner but wraps around its lower body as it flies
Competitive Analysis: being fairly bulky with a semi decent attack stat with above average speed for a tank with good recovery and the ability to remove its awful ability and give its negative effects to really thing any till it the pokemon switches out pretty much forcing a switch on physicial attackers and if this thing were to get anything useful it could become some what decent the problem being in it has to waste a turn setting up and if its hit to hard before it can recover to full then it will go down anyway how ever if you do live you can recover all damage taken but if you outspeed in most situations it becomes worthless unless the foe was less then half.

| 85 BP | 10 PP | 100 Acc | "Tyrunt strikes its foe using its Draconid Fangs, this move breaks through the opponent's protection" | Bypasses Protect and its clones. | Z Move - 160 BP Devastating Drake
Design/Flavor: Tyrunt becomes much more tyrannic and grows an even bigger jaw while receiving impressive mobility, its body is made a thick black reptilian skin instead of rocks.
Competitive Analysis: Very powerful and fast thanks to its STAB combo getting the boost from Strong Jaw. Can become a huge threat to offensive teams courtesy of Dragon Dance. Nonetheless, Fairy-types can take it on without much struggle.

| 10 PP | "Amaura calls upon a winter bliss, letting it regain some of its health." | Recovers 50% of its health, 2/3 in hail. | Z Move - 200 BP Black Hole Eclipse
Design/Flavor: Amaura projects an aurora surrounding it, its skin is now reptilian like and not rocky.
Competitive Analysis: Despite Ice being a terrible typing, it has great bulk and recovers 2/3 of its health under hail. Could see some use as a wall potentially.

Design/Flavor: Archen finally learns how to fly, it loses all rocks on its body and has feathers everywhere.
Competitive Analysis: full health? Strong af! 2/3 health? Still strong. 1/3 health?

Eternal Wingull's signature move doesn't work properly. It steals the target's stat boosts and switches Wingull out, but it doesn't pass the boosts to the replacement as it should.

Wingull's Attack rose because he stole the boost from Kartana, but when Dragonair switched in it didn't receive the boost.

I believe it is a visual bug, the boosts are still passed.

E: Btw that Mon is OP as balls so maybe it’s for the best if it actually doesn’t work lol

I don't think it is OP. It is extremely weak and frail, the stat boost stealing is it's only niche and without the move it is basically useless. It has 66 SpA lol...
Yes but that move almost single-handedly invalidates and punishes set-up sweepers. It is a dead weight against stall, though, so perhaps it isn’t too much of an issue. Oh and it has pretty good special bulk at least

now this a bit of a delicate topic, but with PMGS on the way, and with little time to test all broken stuff, I'll have to preliminarily nerf a Pokémon or two, I'd love to play some more of the metagame before jumping into nerfs but I think this is necessary for a better metagame:
  • Pinpoint Smash from Snorunt-Eternal makes the user take full recoil.
  • Heat Converter from Heliolisk-Eternal now has 70 BP.
  • Woodpecker Barrage from Trumbeak-Eternal now has 30 BP and hits 2-5 times.
  • Bounce Shield from Wynaut-Eternal returns only half the damage taken.
  • Dead-on Strike from Zwelious-Eternal now has 80 BP.
  • Spike Storm from Pupitar-Eternal now has a 30% chance to set up Spikes.
  • Eerie Whiteout from Sneasel-Eternal now has 50 BP.
Tagging charizard8888 to please implement these on dragon heaven :)
