I vote Chazm, and accounting for my vote, the winner is:
Name of the Eternal Pokemon: Poipole-Eternal

Signature Move: Ultra Warp - 65 BP, 10 PP, 100 Acc, Psychic type, Special - The user attacks through an Ultra Wormhole, leaving the user vulnerable. Inflicts poison.
Flavor/Story: This Poipole was blessed with the power to create Ultra Wormholes, and as such, became mischevious and lazy. It abused Ultra Wormholes to quickly transport itself to its opponent's weak spot, and could happily act laid back.
Role Identification: A very bulky Nasty Plot user that can abuse offensive and defensive teams alike with Nasty Plot + 3 Attacks. Ultra Warp and Venoshock synergize very well, and allow it to break down bulkier cores that might wall it, however, it is still troubled by Pokemon such as Magearna and Celesteela that can take its attacks and then retaliate back. Due to its lack of Fire coverage, it may as well find itself walled by these two Pokemon, as well as other common bulky threats such as Mega Sableye, however, Magearna and Sableye-Mega must adapt their strategies as Magearna must either run Heart Swap to remove its boosts or run Shadow Ball just for it. This allows it to become a premier utility wallbreaker.
Discussion phase is up now, I'll start the next slate and update everything shortly, but for now discuss Eternal Poipole's viability.

Poipole-Eternal: Competitive Analysis

As identified in the submission, it is a bulky Nasty Plot users that breaks teams using Ultra Warp to poison the targets, and then can utilize Venoshock for greater damage or Sludge Bomb/Wave for more consistent damage.
The Set
Poipole-Eternal @ Leftovers
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Ultra Warp
- Venoshock
- Nasty Plot
- Hidden Power [Fire]
Lures - Buginium-Z with Signal Beam hits Tyranitar, Hidden Power [Ground] hits Heatran but misses out on Skarmory and Celesteela.
Counters: Tyranitar - Even with Buginium-Z to snatch it on the switch, Tyranitar can switch in most of the time and take it out with Crunch.
Hard checks: Heatran - lured by HP Ground but will practically win all matchups.
AV Magearna: Takes very little from HP fire despite its weakness to it, and happily switches out into another Pokemon, making this mon very irritating for Poipole-Eternal to deal with
Checks: Celesteela, Sableye-Mega, Skarmory, Celesteela: all four of these Pokemon will wall it most of the time and will take good damage from HP Fire, and if they are not carrying HP Fire Celesteela and Skarmory wall it to death.
Revenge killers: A massive list! Practically anything that can hit it super-effectively will revenge it.
Eternal Counters: Clefairy
Eternal Checks: Magneton, Cosmoem, Spearow, Wingull

This Pokemon's biggest problem is with Landorus-Therian and Tyranitar, where Landorus-T is so prominent its roles may struggle to grip on most teams, and Tyranitar for practically hard countering it with its Choice Band set. Whilst it practically does nothing to any team with Tyranitar, as it is Pursuit-trapped and cannot inflict any Poison to Tyranitar through Ultra Warp, it can deal with Lando-T by slowly wearing it down with Ultra Warp's poison effect.

Oh yeah - side note, Ultra Warp's Z-move power should be 140 BP

Gloom - Weepinbell - Exeggute - Nuzleaf

Gloom will have a BST of 489, Weepinbell will have a BST of 489, Exeggute a BST of 529, and Nuzleaf a BST of 479. Have fun :]

Signature Move: Gloomy Aura |
|
| 55 BP | 10 PP | 100 Acc | "Gloom releases a sad aura that makes the opponent sad and unwilling to battle." | Lowers foe's Attack and Special Attack stats. | Z Move - 190 BP Supersonic Skystrike
Design/Flavor: Gloom is now a much sadder Pokémon, it's smell has evolved to bring sadness along with it's usual effects.
Competitive Analysis: Top tier Pokémon, with amazing typing, the best recovery move in the game (Strenght Sap), a very good signature move, and access to Sleep Powder, Gloom-Eternal is for sure difficult to break through, it's signature move punishes set up sweepers. The only real way to break through it is using ery strong wallbreakers or stallbreakers or resorting to Ground-types.

Name: Weepinbell-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP:
99 (-36)
Atk: 33 (+79)
Def: 36 (-16)
SpA: 126 (+39)
SpD: 129 (-16)

Signature Move: Interstellar Burst |
|
| 130 BP | 10 PP | 100 Acc | "Weepinbell opens it's mouth creating a wormhole that connects directly to space, then, it emmits a beam of radiation." | Has a 1/15 chance to burn the opponent, a 1/15 chance to poison the opponent, and a 1/15 chance to paralyze it. User must recharge next turn. After using the attack, whenever a Pokémon makes contact with the user, the user avoids all damage and phases the opponent out, this effect lasts until Weepinbell is done recharging. | Z Move - 195 BP Shattered Psyche
Design/Flavor: Weepinbell's mouth has a little wormhole in it, and it's body is covered with a similar substance that was used on Olympia's cloak.
Competitive Analysis: Weepinbell-Eternal is an outstanding Sun Sweeper, the added Speed from Chlorophyll allows it to completely wall and set up on physical attackers that rely on contact moves. Overall, Grass + Fire (Weather Ball) + Psychic is great coverage and access to Growth and Sleep Powder further helps it's case. However, most special attackers can exploit it's typing and the vulnerability from Interstellar Burst and some Special Walls such as Mega Latias and Chansey can take it on without much trouble.

Name: Exeggcute-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP:
26 (-34)

Def: 234 (+154)
SpA: 32 (-28)

BST: 529 (x)
Signature Move: Egg Blaster |
|
| 30 BP | 10 PP | 100 Acc | "Exeggcute blast's itself six times against the opponent." | Hits 6 times, the move is either Steel- or Psychic-type, whichever is most effective against the opponent, the type is decided before the move begins and after the opponent switches out, it a case where Steel and Psychic have the same effectiveness Steel is chosen. User loses 1/6th of it's health (à la Mind Blown). | Z Move - 220 BP Corkscrew Crash
Design/Flavor: Exeggcute becomes completely made of Steel, the non-shiny version is silver while the shiny one is golden.
Competitive Analysis: 75 Attack may look pathetic at first, but when you realize that Exeggcute-Eternal has a 180 BP power move that hits almost every Pokémon for at least neutral damage, it becomes clear how strong it actually is. With access to Swords Dance and Sleep Powder, this thing is actually a huge Stallbreaker. Or it can also just run Choice Band and demolish anything on it's way since it really doesn't need to switch moves at all. However, it's special bulk is very lacking, and when combined with it's Speed stat, means pretty much any Special Attacker has little issue revenge killing it.

Name: Nuzleaf-Eternal

New Stat distribution:
HP:
34 (-36)
Atk: 149 (+79)
Def: 24 (-16)
SpA: 99 (+39)
SpD: 24 (-16)
Spe: 149 (+89)
BST: 479 (+139)
Signature Move: Seedy Wind |
|
| 90 BP | 10 PP | 100 Acc | "Nuzleaf summons an air current that drags seeds with it." | Calculates damage using the user's Attack or Special Attack, whichever is higher, but always uses the foe's Special Defense. Does not make contact, replaces foe's ability with Insomnia and applies a Leeh Seed effect. | Z Move - 190 BP Supersonic Skystrike
Design/Flavor: Nuzleaf now floats with the power of the wind itself creates. He was once told by an elder Shiftry to spread seeds and polem using it's wind to expand the realm of Grass-type Pokémon.
Competitive Analysis: While it's stats may look like a blessing, it's typing and coverage are a curse. Grass and Flying are both walled by Steel, which Nuzleaf-Eternal can't do mmuch about except Low Kick or Low Sweep. Swords Dance does help it muscle past Steel-types but it's poor defenses and terrible defensive typing leave very little room to set up. It is also a rather decent Defogger due to the switches it forces, kind of like Pheromosa was a good spinner.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Gloom-Eternal
New Type: Dark/Poison
New Stat distribution:
HP: 80 (+20)
Attack: 70 (+5)
Defense: 90 (+20)
Special Attack: 110 (+25)
Special Defense: 95 (+20)
Speed: 44 (+4)
BST: 489 (+94)
Signature Move: Spore Burst - Dark, Special, 100 BP, 5 PP, 100% Accuracy (spread move) | The user releases a cloud of spores that darken the sky. Switches out turn 1, hits target turn 2, heals a team member for 50% damage dealt to the corresponding target. | Z-move: Black Hole Eclipse, 190 BP
Design/Flavor: This Gloom became so tired of the light that it shed its leaves, leaving its only source of food to be other plants. As such, in the day, it releases spores that infect other plants around it so that it can take their nutrients for itself.
Competitive Analysis: Gloom-Eternal is a stellar pivot that can heal and damage enemies whilst being absent from the battlefield. Its main problem is that its bulk is quite middling for the Eternal Pokemon metagame, leaving few switch in opportunities despite its fantastic typing. However, access to Strength Sap and Spore Burst are great for deterring opposing physical threats in the metagame, and then exploiting those switchins with Spore Burst, which provides immense team support, especially on balanced builds.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Weepinbell-Eternal
New Type: Grass/Water
New Stat distribution:
HP: 115 (+50)
Attack: 65 (-30)
Defense: 70 (+20)
Special Attack: 110 (+25)
Special Defense: 75 (+30)
Speed: 59 (+4)
BST: 489 (+99)
Signature Move: Ocean Tornado - Water, 120 BP, 10 PP, 100% Accuracy, Special | The user inhales a massive proportion of water, and then spurts it out at the opponent. The user attacks for two turns, and then confuses the user. During the first turn, it hits Water types super effectively, and steals the Berry off of an opponent. | Z-move: Hydro Vortex, 200 BP
Design/Flavor: This Weepinbell became oversaturated with water, slowly increasing the size of its body every day with it. This unfortunate overhydration caused its mouth muscles to become flaccid, leaving it unable to catch its prey via mouth. Instead, it launches huge jets of water at the enemy in hopes of crippling it, allowing it to absorb the nutrients of the dead body.
Competitive Analysis: Weepinbell-Eternal is a bulky Growth user that is able to function in both Sun and Rain, although it prefers rain due to its much more powerful signature move and 4x resistance to Water, allowing it to function as an anti-rain wall, most notably dealing with Swampert-Mega. Access to Synthesis also lets it shine in Sun, however, being neutral to Fire really sucks for it.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Exeggcute-Eternal
New Type: Fire/Psychic
New Stat distribution:
HP: 60 (+0)
Attack: 90 (+50)
Defense: 67 (-13)
Special Attack: 130 (+70)
Special Defense: 68 (+23)
Speed: 114 (+74)
BST: 489 (+99)
Signature Move: Crackling Flame - Fire, Special, 120 BP, 10 PP, 100% Accuracy - The egg shell on one of the Exeggcute blows off, creating a pillar of flame that damages all opponents. 40% to burn each opponent. The user takes 1/5 of its max HP as damage, rounded up. | Z-move: Inferno Overdrive, 200 BP
Design/Flavor: These Exeggcute fell from an Alolan Exeggutor when the volcano on Akala Island violently erupted, spreading ash all throughout the region. Due to their parent's death, these Exeggute are violently riled to guard the young population from being picked off.
Competitive Analysis: Exeggcute-Eternal is a brilliant sweeper in the sun, having access to both Chlorophyll, Growth and STAB Fire attacks. Crackling Flame scares Pokemon such as Tyranitar from switching in as their attempts to trap Exeggcute may be stopped with its 40% burn chance, however, the chip damage on Exeggcute and the sandstorm accompanied with it may extinguish Exeggcute trailblaze. Rain also deals with Exeggcute quite well, ruining its ChloroGrowth combo and essentially limiting it to Fire-type moves.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Nuzleaf-Eternal
New Type: Grass/Fighting
New Stat distribution:
HP: 40 (-20)
Attack: 120 (+50)
Defense: 40 (0)
Special Attack: 120 (+70)
Special Defense: 39 (-1)
Speed: 120 (+74)
BST: 479 (+99)
Signature Move: Spiritual Mastery - Fighting, Special, 100 BP, 5 PP, 95% Acc | The Pokemon utilizes the power of its spirit to demolish the target. Increases base power by 1.5x if the user does not have any positive stat boosts. | Z-move: All-Out Pummeling, 180 BP
Design/Flavor: Rather than jump around Fortree City, this Nuzleaf, as a Seedot, decided that it wanted to increase its mental resistance - and as such, it learned how to manipulate aura. Whilst its defenses never increased due to its frail structure, this Nuzleaf is often seen battling other Shiftry in an attempt to teach them control.
Competitive Analysis: Nuzleaf-Eternal is a brilliant mixed attacker with the option to utilize Choice Specs to abuse its main STAB move, Spiritual Mastery. It can abuse Swords Dance with Low Kick, Life Orb mixed, and potentially a Nasty Plot set - however, its unfortunate STAB combo is entirely resisted by Flying, Poison and Bug, leading it to be initially very easy to switch into.

Def: 132 (+52)
SpA: 113 (+53)

Signature Move: Sunny Side |
|
| 5 PP | Exeggcute radiates extreme heat from its yolk, causing an effect akin to the sun itself. Summons sun for 5 turns. If sun is already set up, this move instead becomes the move Weather Ball. | Z-Move: +1 to all stats
Flavor: Each egg is translucent and glows, with the cracked one giving off an unbearable amount of light.
Competitive Analysis: With both of its abilities being better in the sun, I decided to create a sun sweeper or tank that is also self-reliant, being able to set it up itself. Sunny Side offers great moveslot compression, being both Sunny Day and Weather Ball when necessary, while the Z-Move can let it attempt to sweep. It is, however, still very weak to Pokemon such as Volcarona and Blacephalon which can prey on its low Special Defense and many weaknesses to take it down.

Signature Move: Aromatic Trap |
|
| 20 PP | Spitting a gob of saliva on the battlefield, Gloom prepares a trap for the next opponent. Lays an entry hazard that traps the next grounded switch-in, and is then removed. Does not affect Poison types, and is removed when a grounded Poison-type switches into it. | Z-Move: +1 Defense
Flavor: Gloom's entire move brims with saliva, yet it is smiling in spite of it. The scent of this saliva attracts hordes of pokemon, which follow it anywhere it goes.
Competitive Analysis: A really nice pivot for Bulky Offense, as Aromatic Trap can trap a passive opponent and allow one of your sweepers to set up on it. It's bulk is pretty good and its HP is just low enough to abuse Strength sap nicely. It also gets Moonblast apparently!

Flavor: Nuzleaf's entire body is slate grey, with the tan portions becoming a jet black. Its leaf is more streamlined and is now silver.
Competitive Analysis: That speed is nasty! Anyhow, it will mostly act as an offensive pivot with that signature move while also being able to run a Nasty Plot lure set. It's a good ninja

Design/Flavor: Gloom-Eternal was discovered in a greenhouse that was utterly ruined when someone decided to dump toxic waste into it, killing all of the plants inside. Gloom-Eternal is brownish in color, and its leaves appear to be dead and dark purple.
Competitive Analysis: Slow special attacker that spreads lots of bad poison with its signature move.

Weepinbell-Eternal is all black with dark purple leaves and what appear to be thorns resembling teeth inside of its mouth.
Competitive Analysis: Frail special attack with a spammable signature move that steals the opponent's boosts.

Design/Flavor: Exeggcute-Eternal hates people who cook with or eat eggs, mistaking them for consuming Exeggcute. It took it upon itself to furiously attacking people and Pokemon, with each unit in the group leaping to strike the target with impeccable timing and teamwork. Exeggcute-Eternal is more egg-colored than normal Exeggcute, which is probably why they mistake eggs for comrades.
Competitive Analysis: Fast and hard-hitting physical attacker with moderate bulk, its signature move does high damage but each hit also damages Exeggcute-Eternal a bit.

Design/Flavor: Gloom became more of a poisonous bug instead of a Plant. It colors become brighter to attract other pokemon.
Competitive Analysis: Gloom is a good special tank. Rolling with 70/94/120 defense and having a solid base 90 base special attack, It is a pretty good tank. With its Signature move, Gloom can cripple pokemon that relay on speed and help out its teammates.

Design/Flavor: Weebinbell have more of a frozen look. The leaf have become an icicle. Its body become white.
Competitive Analysis: A weird Sun Sweeper. Being an ice type give it a disadvantage against opposing sun teams. Its Signature move is an Ice move that can cause burns. While in the sun, its move will gain double damage while getting double the speed.

Competitive Analysis: a very spammable move in Murasame with good speed and amazing attack it can easily run low kick or brick break. Nuzleaf could run grounded z with dig in order to hit steels across the board instead of being stopped by magearna.

Competitive Analysis: Gloom-Eternal has a good defensive typing, access to Strenght Sap and a great pivoting ability with the added factor it creates pressure to opponent to switch, which could create an ideal scenary for setup sweepers. Even without investment, Germinate can make a good amount of damage to neutral targets factoring Grassy Terrain.

Competitive Analysis: Fire/Poison is a good defensive typing, and with this bulk and accesss to support moves like Strenght Sap, Knock Off, Encore, Acid Spray, Sleep Powder or Clear Smog, but the main reason to use it is Searing Screen which could add some important use to sun teams... Except you need a sun setter (It can use Sunny Day by itself) but when Searing Screen is under play, it can put a lot of pressure to opposing teams.

Competitive Analysis: Chlorophyll revenge killer with the posibility to act as a sweeper if it gets a boost with Sunlit Burst (or just using Nasty Plot) it has a great coverage with STAB and some intersting coverage moves as Extrasensory (Poison lure) Solar Beam, Hidden Power and Nature Power if it's used with terrains.

Isn't This 'mon a bit too strong? Only Dragon-types can tank it's STAB combo, and with base 163 SpA, weather boosted Extreme Heats and Solar Beams do a little too much damage.

+2 252 SpA Life Orb Weepinbell Solar Beam vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Eviolite Chansey: 383-452 (54.4 - 64.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 SpA Life Orb Weepinbell Solar Beam vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Latios: 138-164 (45.8 - 54.4%) -- 50.8% chance to 2HKO
252 SpA Life Orb Weepinbell Solar Beam vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Toxapex: 169-200 (55.5 - 65.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Also, it can just Sleep Powder stuff and set up, I don't think this mon is really fair tbh. Giving it ~123 should be fine considering Growth + Sleep Powder.
Oh yeah forgot about growth+sleep powder, whoops. Gonna fix

Get ready for Searing Screens HO frens! Here are your winners, everything will be updated at the end of next slate!
New Type: Fire/Poison
New Stat distribution:
HP: 100 (+35)
Attack: 60 (-30)
Defense: 90 (+40)
Special Attack: 74 (-11)
Special Defense: 90 (+45)
Speed: 75 (+20)
BST: 489 (+99)
Signature Move: Searing Screen - Fire, Other, -, 20 PP, - | Increase the power of physical and special attacks by 1,33% during 5 turns, but it can be used only during Sun. It lasts 8 if you use Light Clay. | Z-move: +1 Speed
Design/Flavor: -
Competitive Analysis: Fire/Poison is a good defensive typing, and with this bulk and accesss to support moves like Strenght Sap, Knock Off, Encore, Acid Spray, Sleep Powder or Clear Smog, but the main reason to use it is Searing Screen which could add some important use to sun teams... Except you need a sun setter (It can use Sunny Day by itself) but when Searing Screen is under play, it can put a lot of pressure to opposing teams.

New Stats:

Atk: 91 (+21)
Def: 41 (+1)
SpA: 72 (+11)
SpD: 41 (+1)
Spe: 143 (+83)
Signature Move: Misdirection |
|
| 60 BP | 15 PP | 100 Acc | Throwing out a set of caltrops, Nuzleaf distracts the opponents and uses it as a chance to escape, but not before a cheap attack. Sets up a layer of Spikes, and then attacks the opponent. Switches out after attacking. | Z-Move: 120 BP Black Hole Eclipse

There has been a tie for Exeggcute, however, here are your options:

Name: Exeggcute-Eternal
New Type:

New Stats:
HP:
88 (+28)
Atk: 40 (+0)
Def: 132 (+52)
SpA: 113 (+53)
SpD: 59 (+14)
Spe: 97 (+57)
|

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Exeggcute-Eternal
New Type:
/

New Stat distribution: 70 (+10) / 125 (+85) / 99 (+19) / 40 (-20) / 80 (+35) / 115 (+75)
Signature Move: Poach and Scramble
,
, 20 BP, 10 PP, 90 Acc, Always hits 6 times, User takes 25% damage inflicted in recoil, Z-move: All-Out Pummeling, 140 BP
My vote goes for Earlio!
