Eevee team? Is this good

So there's a tourney coming up near where I live and it's my first time and I want to do good in it
Here's what I'm thinking
A all eeveeloins team
1. Jolteon
Maxed out speed and sp atk with a little on hp. Moves are volt switch thunder wave thunder bolt and last resort.
2. Flareon
Trained in attck and speed. Moves are fire bite flare charge last resort ember
3. Vapereon
Hp and def and sp.attk. Moves are water pulse rain dance surf and ice bream.

Eeveelution teams aren't great to begin with, but even by those standards, this one needs work.

Your Vaporeon has Water Pulse and Surf. You don't need both.
