V-create is a generic attack that OHKOes most Fire-neutral Pokemon like Zapdos and Kyurem-B and can even OHKO frail Pokemon that resist Fire-type moves like Greninja after Stealth Rock damage. Bolt Strike is strong coverage, nailing Toxapex and other Water-types and significantly chunking Heatran. U-turn not only gives Victini a strong move to pivot with but also does substantial damage to Mega Latios and Tyranitar. Zen Headbutt is a secondary STAB attack that can be occasionally useful to ease prediction, such as against the core Toxapex + Landorus-T. Brick Break OHKOes Tyranitar one-on-one, preventing it from Pursuit trapping Victini, and 2HKOes bulkier Heatran variants that are only 3HKOed by Bolt Strike. Glaciate is an unconventional option to allow Victini to 2HKO defensive Landorus-T and Zygarde without dropping its Speed, and Glaciate also drops the speed of Choice Scarf variants of Landorus-T so Victini can 2HKO them. However, being Choice-locked into a special move is dangerous because of how weak Glaciate is against most targets. Finally, Trick can cripple certain targets, but few Pokemon manage to wall Choice Band Victini anyway.

Set Details
========

Maximum Attack and Speed investment ensures Victini is as strong and as fast as possible. A Jolly nature lets it outspeed Landorus-T, Tapu Lele, and Kyurem-B. Choice Band boosts Victini's Attack, powering up V-create to absurd levels. Victory Star ensures V-create always hits and bumps the accuracy of Bolt Strike to 93.5%.

Usage Tips
========

Use Victini's good defensive typing to bring it in as often as possible, such as against Tapu Lele, Clefable, and Tapu Bulu or Power Whip from Ferrothorn, Giga Drain from Tangrowth, Leaf Blade and Sacred Sword from Kartana, and Fleur Cannon from Magearna. Play aggressively with Victini; good prediction skills are important to effectively wallbreak against common cores such as Landorus-T + Heatran. Be wary of using V-create against teams with Tyranitar, as it leaves Victini very prone to being trapped by Pursuit.

Team Options
========

Tapu Koko is an excellent partner, using Volt Switch or U-turn to bring in Victini against bulky Grass-types to fire off strong V-creates. It also sets Electric Terrain, helping Victini muscle through Heatran. Defog support is paramount; Stealth Rock and Spikes wear down Victini incredibly quickly, preventing it from checking Tapu Lele and Tapu Bulu effectively. Toxic Spikes are a nuisance for Victini, too, putting it on a timer. Good options for Defoggers include Zapdos and Mega Latios, the latter of which checks Heatran and baits in Ferrothorn, Celesteela, and Scizor for Victini. Good Ash-Greninja checks are also important partners; while any of Victini's moves will OHKO it, Ash-Greninja is very effective at coming in after a KO or on a double switch and applying pressure with strong STAB attacks, so Ferrothorn and Magearna are good partners. Tangrowth gets a special mention for its ability to also check Zygarde, which is another nuisance for Victini to deal with, as it can switch in on V-create or Bolt Strike and force Victini out. Wish support from Magic Guard Clefable is incredibly useful, heightening Victini's longevity, and Clefable also checks Zygarde.

V-create is a generic nuke that OHKOes most neutral uninvested Pokemon
could probably give a couple examples to give the reader an idea of its power, ig stuff like lele and koko or even zap and kyub if u wanna go for less frail examples

Tips seems a bit short so you could include something about not using vcreate if theres a ttar ready to pursuit it on the opposing team, I know this is a fairly straight forward mon but an extra bullet would be cool

Rest looks good 1/3 after that

Also not on QC, but couldn't you also run grass knot to lure quag? It used to be slashed in the old m-meta analysis, and the 4th slot isn't ever gonna really be used anyways, so I don't see why you couldn't run it.

However, being Band-locked Choice-locked into a special move is dangerous because of how weak Glaciate is against most targets. I don't think you need the second half of this sentence if you're just generally talking about Landorus-T) and Zygarde without dropping its Speed, and Glaciate also drops the speed of Choice Scarf variants of Landorus-T so Victini can 2HKO them (should remove if unneeded per above comment). However, being Choice Band-locked Choice-locked into a special move is dangerous because of how weak Glaciate is against most targets. Finally, Trick can cripple certain targets, but few Pokemon manage to wall Choice Band Victini anyway.
