[SET COMMENTS]
* Tornadus finds a solid niche as a fast physical attacker that is capable of punishing the omnipresent Intimidate as one of the only Defiant users in the tier. Tornadus, however, is susceptible to speed control, specifically Trick Room and Prankster Thunder Wave. More importantly, it relies heavily on super effective hits and Defiant boosts to do damage, so it often finds itself unable to deal much damage in certain matchups, notably against common bulky Pokemon, such as Thundurus, Cresselia, Jellicent, and Metagross.
* Acrobatics is Tornadus's most reliable STAB attack, synergizing well with Flying Gem and OHKOing common Flying-weak Pokemon, such as Amoonguss and Conkeldurr. Superpower hits Flying-resistant Pokemon super effectively, such as Tyranitar, Excadrill, and Heatran. U-turn gives Tornadus an option to pivot out of unfavorable matchups, while Taunt grants Tornadus utility against bulky support Pokemon like Cresselia and Jellicent that it otherwise cannot pressure.
* Flying Gem allows Tornadus to have access to full-powered Acrobatics. Notably, it gives Tornadus a high chance of OHKOing Latios and guarantees the OHKO on Landorus-T at +1 Attack.
* Tornadus synergizes well with sand teams due to its Ground-immunity, ability to deter Intimidate users, and capability for threatening Fighting-types that can give Excadrill and Tyranitar trouble. In return, Excadrill beats Heatran and Metagross while Tyranitar threatens Cresselia and Jellicent. Both Excadrill and Tyranitar also threaten Thundurus, one of Tornadus's biggest counters. Strong physical attackers appreciate Tornadus's ability to deter Intimidate as well, with Conkeldurr being a notable teammate thanks to its ability to threaten Flying-resistant Pokemon, such as Heatran and Tyranitar.

  • One of the only Defiant users in the tier, Tornadus finds a solid niche as a fast physical attacker that is capable of punishing the omnipresent Intimidate you can put 'as one of the only defiant users in the tier' here. Tornadus, however, is susceptible to speed control. More importantly, it relies heavily on super effective hits and Defiant boosts to do damage, oftentimes finding itself unable to pressure common bulky Pokemon, such as Thundurus, Cresselia, Jellicent, and Metagross. this sounds like once you get enough defiant boosts you do threaten those mons, but you don't really, so i'd rewrite to say something mroe like "oftentimes finding itself unable to deal much damage in certain matchups" or however
  • Acrobatics is Tornadus's most reliable STAB attack, synergizing well with Flying Gem and threatening common Flying-weak Pokemon, such as Amoonguss and Conkeldurr. just say it ohkoes them Superpower allows Tornadus to hit hits Flying-resistant Pokemon super effectively, such as Tyranitar, Excadrill, and Heatran. U-turn gives Tornadus an option to pivot out of unfavorable matchups,(add comma) while Taunt increases torn has no utility to begin with so reword to like "grant" or w/e Tornadus's utility against bulky support Pokemon like Cresselia and Jellicent. elaborate once more that you dont do shit against them otherwise
  • Flying Gem allows Tornadus to have access to full-powered Acrobatics instantly not instantly but as soon as you use acro, say you click superpower first etc idk its nitpicky but i'd change it. Notably, it gives Tornadus a high chance of OHKOing Latios and guarantees the OHKO on Landorus-T (capitalize T) at +1.
  • Tornadus synergizes well with sand teams due to its Ground-immunity, ability to deter Intimidate users, and threatening Fighting-types that can give Excadrill and Tyranitar trouble. In return, Excadrill beats Heatran and Metagross while Tyranitar threatens Cresselia and Jellicent. Both Excadrill and Tyranitar also threaten Thundurus, one of Tornadus's biggest counters. Tornadus, however, is susceptible to speed control I'd specify Trick Room/Prankster Twave in particular but up to you bc yeah all speed control really sucks. More importantly, it relies heavily on super effective hits and Defiant boosts to do damage, oftentimes finding itself unable to deal much damage in certain matchups, notable against common bulky Pokemon, such as Thundurus, Cresselia, Jellicent, and Metagross.
