Grass Core, Dragon is actually a neutral (i'd say bad) when you run whimsicott, but it's still hard to beat if you don't make plays and you don't predict right. Here's your 3 wincons when you face Dragon with a Mono Grass.

Ferrothorn : SpDef thingy can deal with kyu-b and Lati@s and nerf dragonite sometimes. Protect is here to scout Kyu-B and Scarf Latios / Band Dragonite, coupled with leech Seed and Leftovers it gives reliable recovery, and it can setup Spikes when you have Cradily in the side, Gyroball hits hard most of the team, you can run mixed wall spread if you want to safely deal with Kyu-B.

Whimsicott : Whimsi is your offensive thing here, it beat the whole team when SR is set, and when the scarf is gone. Also, Dragon immunity + Encore is very useful, it forces the switch-out, your predicts will be based on this when Whimsi enter the field.
Venu-Mega : More like the support of the core, Protect Ferro + M-Venu nerf choiced mons in dragon, Thick Fat gives possibility to check Dragonite, Garchomp and Hydreigon, Latios can't "Trick" you. Sleep Powder gives a perfect "support" to the core.

In paper it's seems easy, but the practice is more difficult, it needs very good predicting skills. Hazard is absolutely needed, No-Choiced Hydreigon and Kyu-B is hard to deal with, even with whimsi's fairy immunity. Specs Whimsi should be tried, but Encore is needed setup mons like CM Mega-Latias. Cradily side Support is also very important, and Breloom can help too.

Mega Diancie OHKOs every member of the team after rocks besides Mega Latias. Tyranitar beats Mega Latias and can trap Latios to prevent it from trying to revenge Diancie. Tyranitar also sets up sand which boosts the special defense of Diancie and can break Dragonite's Multiscale in the event of Latias getting off the defog so it can live Diancie's Moonblast. Shuckle pretty much only has to get up rocks vs. this team since the only scarfed mon is Latios.

Mega Medicham is one of the most powerful physical attackers Psychic gets, and with STAB Pure Power High Jump Kick it can deal heavy damage to everything. Bullet Punch can also be used for super-effective priority. However, it cannot beat the whole team by itself, so it needs support from a fast scarfer like Jirachi.

Jirachi can easily outspeed everything with Choice Scarf, and with Serene Grace + Iron Head, not only can it get crucial flinches, but hit everything super-effectively bar Mega Aggron.

Mew is needed because Sticky Webs will stop the core from being effective against the team and it takes hits very well. Will-O-Wisp is useful against the many physical attackers on the team (Mega Agrron, Terrakion and Rhyperior). Psychic should be used over Psyshock as it does more to the Mega Aggron.

Azumarill is the main mon in this core, it is your sweeper and win condition. But to avoid taking damage from Aggron and getting KOed by Quick Attack + Sand you need to set up Belly Drum without the Sticky Web drop. That is easy to work with as Diancie counters Shuckle. Going for Earth Power vs Shuckle will catch any switch in, hopefully Aggron predicting Diamond Storm. Klefki is there to simply support the Belly Drum and also a switch in to Aggron in case they lead with it.

So basically you use Mega Medicham and have Jirachi and Mew back it up.

Sorry for all the calcs, just trying to show how well the core works.
Just a heads up, you said High Jump Kick but your importable has Drain Punch on Medicham.

generic flying core, 3 most used mons ig. not gonna explain because this obviously beat Rock, Band terra is the only threat for the core. Gliscor or Scarfed Lando-Therian is also a option, but i prefer Lando-I because it sweeps the whole team. Gyara has free setup on 5/6 mons, just lead with it and sweep.

These 3 individually pick apart this rock type team because when Mega Aggron/Tyranitar force a switch out of Mega Venusaur, Sheer Force Nidoking will help easily pick off Mega Aggron unless it gets a low roll or SpD MAggron which will be taken down by attack #2. Toxicroak with the Air Balloon an Dry Skin completely stop Omastars ability to sweep and cant be picked off by Terrakions EQ because of the balloon allowing it to setup a few Swords Damces then running though the team. Toxicroak also 1 shots Tyranitar with Drain Punch unless it holds the colbur berry in which case Turn 2 will go down. Aside from Mega Aggron and Tyranitar Venusaur just 6-0s the opposing Rock Team due to Reliable Recovery in Leech Seed+Synthesis+Giga Drain and can wasily take down the type with little to no ease.
