Alomomola @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Regenerator
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 40 HP / 216 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Flip Turn
- Wish
- Protect
- Toxic / Knock Off

With its high HP and newly gained access to Flip Turn, Alomomola serves as an excellent Wish passer as well as a solid bulky pivot that can easily stay healthy with Wish + Protect and Regenerator while safely bringing in other teammates. Toxic can be run in the last slot to help pressure defensive foes like Zapdos and opposing Alomomola, as well as setup sweepers like Dragonite and Baxcalibur, while Knock Off can be used to remove Leftovers and Heavy-Duty Boots from Pokemon such as Garganacl and Toxapex. Tera Fairy is useful to improve Almomola's matchup against several offensive threats such as Mega Lopunny and Baxcalibur while removing its weakness to Electric- and Grass-type moves from the likes of Tapu Koko and Kartana. Due to its passivity, Alomomola pairs well with offensive teammates like Ursaluna-B and Tapu Lele that can easily remove opposing Pokemon and in turn benefit from Alomomola's ability to pivot them in with Flip Turn. Other defensive teammates such as Heatran and Ting-Lu also benefit greatly from Alomomola's Wish support allowing them to stay healthy. Alomomola also struggles to meaningfully damage Toxic-immune Pokemon like Mega Scizor and Hatterene, so teammates like the aforementioned Heatran and Gholdengo that can take care of these Pokemon are necessary.

With its high HP and newly gained access to Flip Turn, Alomomola serves as an excellent Wish passer, as well as a solid bulky pivot that can easily stay healthy with the combination of Wish + Protect and Regenerator while safely bringing in other teammates. Toxic can be run in the last slot to help pressure defensive opponents like Garganacl (Garganacl is immune to Toxic, do something else here such as Zapdos) and opposing Alomomola, as well as setup sweepers like Dragonite and Baxcalibur, while Knock Off can be used to cripple opponents by removing Leftovers and Heavy-Duty Boots, making them easier to wear down from Pokemon such as Garganacl and Toxapex (More efficient use of space to list examples instead of a generality) Tera Fairy is useful to improve Almomola's matchup against several offensive threats such as Mega Lopunny and Iron Valiant Baxcalibur (Valiant is most likely clicking a specs moonblast or tbolt into you, I think instead for an example here lets go with Baxcalibur as the Glaive immunity can make a huge difference when trying to Toxic stall it out) while removing its weakness to Electric- and Grass-type moves from the likes of Tapu Koko and Kartana. Due to its passivity, Alomomola pairs well with offensive teammates like Ursaluna-Bloodmoon and Tapu Lele that can easily remove opposing Pokemon and in turn benefit from Alomomola's ability to switch into attacks and absorb Knock Offs. Alomomola’s ability to pivot them in with Flip Turn. Other defensive teammates such as Heatran and Ting-Lu also benefit greatly from Alomomola's Wish support allowing them to stay healthy. Alomomola also struggles to meaningfully damage Toxic-immune Pokemon like Mega Scizor and Hatterene, so teammates like Mega Charizard Y the aforementioned Heatran (Alomomola and Mega Charizard Y dont play on the same archetypes) and Gholdengo that can take care of these Pokemon are necessary.
sorry for any weird formatting errors on my end, did this on mobile, nice work! QC 1/1 after implementation
