Alolan Ninetales has been taking over the OU tier alongside Arctozolt due to its ability to set up hail as well as function as a solid cleaner with Nasty Plot backed up by a good Speed tier, with the only roadblock being the Steel-types that can come in on it, such as Heatran and Scizor. Aurora Veil is a good alternative to Freeze-Dry that boosts the longevity of Alolan Ninetales and its teammates by taking advantage of the aforementioned Heatran and Scizor as they switch in. The biggest beneficiary of the move is Arctozolt, which is able to pivot in and out with relative ease while putting constant offensive pressure on the opponent. However, running Aurora Veil over Freeze-Dry can make it difficult to immediately pressure Toxapex, which can allow it to force progress against Alolan Ninetales's team with Knock Off and Scald. Alolan Ninetales also has a crippling weakness to Stealth Rock and frequently needs to be pivoted in to make use of its positive qualities; as a result, Landorus-T and Corviknight are natural partners due to their ability to bring in Alolan Ninetales relatively freely and remove the entry hazards that trouble it.

Ninetales-Alola has been taking over the OU tier due to its ability to set up hail. A little bit of an oversimplification here as a standalone first impression. Probably combine this with the 2nd sentence for a clearer, more elaborate read, and truthfully I'd be talking about Arctozolt here too since Arctozolt is legit the reason to use Ninetales in the first place.. Its function as a pokemon is not only limited to setting up the weather, as it can be a solid cleaner due to its passable speed tier and special attack, with the only roadblock being the plethora of steel types that can come in on it, namely Heatran and Scizor. I feel like you should be more emphasizing Nasty Plot and its speed tier here, the latter of which being a really huge thing that makes Alolan Ninetales stand out as a hail setter above all else. Why is this what makes it viable over anything else. I'd also explain how it operates as a breaker/cleaner and what kinds of Pokemon it sets up against/can naturally pressure. Being the only viable hail setter in OU, it enables Arctozolt's Slush Rush, which allows it to break the aforementioned steels that wall Ninetales-Alola. I really think you should really be emphasizing Arctozolt a lot more here and how it's pretty much a key reason you'd be using Ninetales in the first place, though I enjoy the idea of emphasizing Arctozolt's ability to screwball Steel-types, it just comes down to how you word it. Also be sure to have this after "However running Aurora Veil" sentence. Aurora Veil is a good alternative to Freeze-Dry an amazing support option that further boosts the longevity of not only itself and its teammates but the whole team. When it does it find opportunities to use Aurora Veil, and in what ways can Aurora Veil's added utility be used? A major way is making pivoting between Pokemon a lot easier. However, running Aurora Veil over Freeze-Dry can mean that Toxapex has to be dealt with solely by Arctozolt which is very risky. It also has a crippling weakness to Stealth Rocks and frequently needs to be pivoted in to make use of its positive qualities, as such, Landorus-T and Corviknight are natural partners due to their ability to bring in Ninetales relatively freely and remove the hazards that trouble it.
