Anyways voting is open! Your options are listed below:

Pokémon: Alolan Vaporeon
New Typing:
/

New Abilities: Water Absorb | Aerilate
New Stats: 130 / 35 (-30) / 90 (+30) / 110 / 95 / 65
New/Removed Moves: (Added Ten: Hurricane, Air Slash, Nasty Plot, Calm Mind, Earth Power, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Psychic, Psyshock, Focus Blast)
Competition Theory: Marginally bulkier than Gyarados, although also slower. The moves Nasty Plot and Calm Mind will help Alolan Vaporeon to become a wall-breaker, while Aerilate can be useful with Hyper Voice in order to penetrate Substitutes and a more useful Flying-type STAB. Although it got Earth Power to back off Electric-type foes, Electric-moves remains very deadly against Alolan Vaporeon, although Steel-types trying to wall it except Ferrothorn (even then, even Ferrothorn do not want to get hit by a boosted Hyper Voice). Thunder or Thunderbolt will help it to deal with fellow Water-type not named (Mega) Swampert, and it can use them better than Gyarados itself is able to.
Pokémon: Vaporeon-Alola
New Typing:
/

New Abilities: Water Absorb / Regenerator
New Stats: 120 / 60 / 75 / 110 / 95 / 65 (-10 HP, -5 Atk, +15 Def)
New/Removed Moves:
New: Calm Mind, Flash Cannon, Iron Defense, Iron Head, Metal Sound, Mirror Shot, Recover (+7)
Removed: Acid Armor (-1)
Flavor/Design: Vaporeon brought to Alola naturally went to live in the beautiful tropical waters around the islands. However, these new habitats were full of dangerous Pokemon like Bruxish, Dhelmise, and Toxapex, which made it difficult for the Vaporeon to thrive. In adapting to their new home, the Vaporeon developed tougher armor on their skin which made them impervious to Toxapex poison and resistant to the attacks of the other threats. These Vaporeon-Alola could no longer melt into the water as their Kanto relatives could, but they didn’t need to anymore; they could stand up to Pokemon their relatives could never stand up to.
Alolan Vaporeon are a gleaming silver-blue with smooth but hard skin.

Pokémon: Vaporeon
New Typing: Water / Dragon
New Abilities
: Drizzle / Adaptability
New Stats: 130 / 55 (-10) / 80 (+20) / 115 (+5) / 90 (-5) / 55 (-10)
New/Removed Moves: (New: Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Outrage, Dragon Breath, Slack Off, Energy Ball, Extrasensory, Focus Blast, Calm Mind, Defog)
Flavor/Design: In Alola, Vaporeon are one of eight sacred key to a chain of summoners, which are present in alot of Alolan myths. These are the ones who use the element of water, and uses it to control oceans and provide clean water. To be honest, it looks not that different from a standard Vaporeon. It even has mostly the same color scheme, though with black and white designs you would see on the Tapus' shells.
Pokémon: Vaporeon
New Typing:

New Abilities: Poison Point/Regenerator
New Stats: 130/110/95/65/60/65
New/Removed Moves: +Acid, Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Venoshock, Venom Drench
- Water Gun, Hydro Pump, Water Pulse, Muddy Water, Aqua Ring
Flavor/Design: WIP

Pokémon: Alolan Jolteon
New Typing:
/

New Abilities: Lightning Rod | Sheer Force
New Stats: 65 / 45 (-20) / 80 (+20) / 120 (+10) / 85 (+10) / 130
New/Removed Moves: (Added Ten: Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Toxic Thread, Toxic Spikes, Acid Spray, Clear Smog, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, Focus Blast, Dark Pulse)
Competition Theory: With slightly better Special Attack, better Defense (not that it is much but it can still help), with Clear Smog and Acid Spray as utility moves, Focus Blast to fend off Steel-types and Dark Pulse to strike back at Psychic-types, and Sheer Force to boost Sludge Wave, Thunder/Thunderbolt and its coverage moves. It still runs troubles against Ground-types without Hidden Power (preferably Grass-type Hidden Power unless you dread Landorus, which Ice will helps more), and it's HP still suffers.
Pokémon: Jolteon-Alola
New Typing:
/

New Abilities: Volt Absorb / Sand Rush
New Stats: 75 / 60 / 65 / 110 / 95 / 120 (+10 HP, -5 Atk, +5 Def, -10 Spe)
New/Removed Moves:
New: Bulldoze, Earth Power, Electric Terrain, Mud Bomb, Mud Shot, Nasty Plot, Sand Tomb, Sandstorm, Spikes (+10)
Removed: (0)
Flavor/Design: Jolteon-Alola descend from Jolteon that were released around Blush Mountain on Ula’ula Island. They went to live around the geothermal power plant, drawn in to the electricity produced by it. At times the resident Electric-types would become especially agitated when the power plant became more active, which frightened the Jolteon who started digging dirt burrows to hide in. They eventually developed the ability to move the ground very efficiently, even though they were Electric-types, and became Alolan Jolteon. Not only do they dig extensive burrow systems underground, but they can discharge large amounts of electrical energy that can cause the ground to break around the feet of their opponents.
Alolan Jolteon are a brownish yellow with brown spikes.

Pokémon: Jolteon
New Typing: Electric / Dragon
New Abilities
: Electric Surge / Adaptability
New Stats: 80 (+15) / 55 (-10) / 55 (-5) / 115 (+5) / 90 (-5) / 130
New/Removed Moves: (New: Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Outrage, Dragon Breath, Flash Cannon, Focus Blast, Extrasensory, Energy Ball, Calm Mind, Slack Off)
Flavor/Design: Jolteon is another one of the eight keys. This one uses the element of electricity, which provides people with light and power for areas. It's not able to do it perfectly though, as sometimes the lightning it summons can fire in an unintentional area. They look like a standard Jolteon, but with black and white designs you would see on the Tapus' shells.
Pokémon: Jolteon
New Typing:

New Abilities: Compound Eyes/Infiltrator
New Stats: 65/110/95/65/60/130
New/Removed Moves: +Fury Cutter, Bug Bite, X-Scissor, Megahorn (It'll have a horn)
-Thundershock, Thunder Fang, Discharge, Thunder (As a level-up move)
Flavor/Design: WIP

Pokémon: Alolan Flareon
New Typing:
/

New Abilities: Dry Skin | Adaptability
New Stats: 65 / 130 / 60 / 95 / 90 (-20) / 85 (+20)
New/Removed Moves: (Added Ten: Blaze Kick, Fire Punch, Earthquake, Bulldoze, Wild Charge, Waterfall, Bulk Up, Swords Dance, Stomping Tantrum, Stone Edge)
Competition Theory: Flareon is often cursed for too long. Now with Blaze Kick and Fire Punch as safer alternates, along with obligatory Ground-type STABs and coverages, as well as Bulk Up and Swords Dance, Alolan Flareon is a fast sweeping ox/fox/cat. Dry Skin will let it play like a frail but fast Primal Groudon of OU, removing its crippling weakness of Water-type (long as the attacker had no Mold Breaker, but Mega Gyarados do not likes getting hit by Wild Charge), or Adaptability will make it an even more major pain and an almighty wall-breaker, but remember that it is still frail and becomes 4x vulnerable to Water in exchange, which means that an Aqua Jet will bring it down.
Pokémon: Flareon-Alola
New Typing:
/

New Abilities: Flash Fire / Rock Head
New Stats: 65 / 120 / 60 / 110 / 95 / 75 (-10 Atk, +15 SpA, -15 SpD, +10 Spe)
New/Removed Moves:
New: Accelerock, Burn Up, Fire Lash, Head Smash, Power Gem, Rock Polish, Rock Slide, Rock Tomb, Sandstorm, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge (+11)
Removed: Rain Dance, Smog (-2)
Flavor/Design: Alolan Flareon live on Mount Hokulani where they compete with one another for the best spots on the hills. They learned to toss rocks at one another as well as at the resident Fearow and Minior, and using their fire attacks against Skarmory and Beldum. Alolan Flareon have even been observed charging into one another head-first, attempting to butt each other off the cliffs.
Alolan Flareon have rocky helmets and are slightly brown.

Pokémon: Flareon
New Typing: Fire / Dragon
New Abilities
: Drought / Adaptability
New Stats: 55 (-10) / 130 / 90 (+30) / 80 (-15) / 115 (+5) / 55 (-10)
New/Removed Moves: (New: Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Outrage, Dragon Hammer, Blaze Kick, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Swords Dance, Bulk Up, Slack Off)
Flavor/Design: Flareon is yet another key to Alolan myths. These ones use the element of fire, where anything necessary can be destroyed with this power. Though they do get quick tempered sometimes and hurt things without realization. They mostly look like standard Flareon, though with black and white designs you would see on the Tapus' shells.
Pokémon: Flareon
New Typing:

New Abilities: Cursed Body/Stakeout
New Stats: 65/95/110/130/60/65
New/Removed Moves: +Shadow Sneak, Shadow Claw, Curse, Night Shade, Phantom Force
-Ember, Fire Fang, Fire Spin, Lava Plume, Flare Blitz
Flavor/Design: WIP

Pokémon: Alolan Sylveon
New Typing:
/

New Abilities: Filter | Pixilate
New Stats: 95 / 35 (-30) / 95 (+30) / 110 / 130 / 60
New/Removed Moves: (Added Ten: Flash Cannon, Mirror Shot, Surf, Earth Power, Ice Beam, Psychic, Nasty Plot, Mirror Coat, Focus Blast, Recover)
Competition Theory: With the new Steel-type and enhanced Defense, Sylveon can play its defensive role much better. With Filter to minimize the weaknesses and Recover, it can become a painful wall. However, it also can still do the old-fashioned Hyper Voice + Pixilate, with this time Earth Power, Ice Beam or Surf to fend off threats. It also have Nasty Plot as if it isn't bad enough for the opponents. That is to said, Fire and Ground types are still dangerous against Alolan Sylveon, especially my Alolan Flareon if it won.
Pokémon: Sylveon-Alola
New Typing:
/

New Abilities: Adaptability / Pixilate
New Stats: 75 / 95 / 65 / 110 / 120 / 60 (-20 HP, +30 Atk, -10 SpD)
New/Removed Moves:
New: Aura Sphere, Brick Break, Bulk Up, Close Combat, Counter, Extreme Speed, Focus Blast, Mach Punch, Recover, Sky Uppercut, Swords Dance, U-turn (+12)
Removed: Skill Swap, Telekinesis (-2)
Flavor/Design: Sylveon brought to Alola were inspired by watching wild Hakamo-o and Kommo-o fighting, and some went to train with them. The Sylveon learned how to fight like them, though using their lighter bodies to strike with more speed and agility than the dragons could. They became Alolan Sylveon, using their strengthened ribbons like fists while gaining the focus to concentrate their aura power that could be fired at opponents.
Alolan Sylveon have yellow ribbons similar to the shade of yellow on Kommo-0 scales and darker pink bodies.

Pokémon: Sylveon
New Typing: Fairy / Dragon
New Abilities
: Misty Surge / Adaptability
New Stats: 80 (-15) / 55 (-10) / 90 (+25) / 115 (+5) / 130 / 55 (-5)
New/Removed Moves: (New: Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Outrage, Dragon Breath, Slack Off, Heat Wave, Extrasensory, Focus Blast, Calm Mind, Cosmic Power)
Flavor/Design: and finally, Sylveon (though we still have 4 other Eevee evolutions to cover). These ones, uhh what's the element of fairy? Ah well, these ones are sincere protectors of people here, miraculously appearing out of nowhere to protect those in great danger. It can also heal people, though Sylveon knows where and when to do that. It too, doesn't different much, and also has black and white designs you would see on the Tapus' shells.
Pokémon: Sylveon
New Typing:

New Abilities: Big Pecks/Aerilate
New Stats: 95/110/130/65/65/60
New/Removed Moves: +Air Cutter, Gust, Air Slash, Tailwind, Hurricane
-Disarming Voice, Fairy Wind, Draining Kiss, Misty Terrain, Moonblast
Flavor/Design: WIP

Hey guys, can I make a minor change to my Jolteon sub? I want to swap the speed and Special Attack stats to make t not outclass Tapu Koko
I don't really think it's a good idea to change it in the middle of the voting :/
Tho it's honestly fun to see some new setters for a change.

Vaporeon: Coolman, Stitch
Jolteon: Coolman, Stitch
Flareon: Coolma, Stitch
Sylveon: Coolman, Stitch

Flavor: You can often find Alolan Charmander swimming in the beaches of Alola, these Pokémon often gift tourists with shells and coconuts they find throughout the beaches, Alolan Charmander are very shy, but whenever it's raining they forget their shyness and go play together on alolan beaches.
Design: Alolan Charmander have a tiny bubble at the tip of their tail and their body is Teal colored, slightly Bluer though, or a deep Purple if shiny. It's belly is a very cyan like Light blue, very bright Pink when shiny. It's claws are tied together by a membrane similar to platypus' and ducks'.
Competitive: Is LC UU a thing?

Alolan Charmeleon

Ability 0: Torrent
Ability H: Swift Swim
HP: 58 (±0)
Atk: 64 (±0)
Def: 69 (+11)
SpA: 80 (±0)
SpD: 59 (-6)

Flavor: Alolan Charmeleon, unlike their Kantonese counterparts, are very kind Pokémon, and are always willing to help weaker Water-types. The bubble on it's tail represents it's vital energy and is also used for swimming, speaking of which, these Pokémon are arguably the best swimmers in all of Alola, travelling throughout all four islands in less then a day. It's claws are tied together by a membrane similar to platypus' and ducks'.
Design: Has a Teal colored body, purple when shiny, and multiple bubbles on it's tail. It's belly is a very bright Blue or bright Purple if shiny.
Competitive: umm, Middle Cup?

Alolan Charizard

Ability 0: Torrent
Ability H: Swift Swim
HP: 78 (±0)
Atk: 84 (±0)
Def: 94 (+16)
SpA: 109 (±0)
SpD: 76 (-9)
Spe: 93 (-7)
Changes Moves:
+: Aqua Jet, Aqua Tail, Brine, Bubble, Bubble Beam, Dive, Hydro Cannon, Hydro Pump, Liquidation, Rain Dance, Scald, Surf, Water Gun, Waterfall, Whirlpool, Hurricane, Ice Beam, Ice Punch, Thunder, Thunderbolt {21}
-: Flare Blitz, Heat Wave, Shadow Claw, Ember, Smokescreen, Fire Fang, Flame Burst, Flamethrower, Fire Spin, Inferno, Sunny Day, Fire Blast, Flame Charge, Overheat, Will-O-Wisp, Blast Burn, Fire Pledge, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Incinerate {21}
Flavor: By now, I think we all know how reckless Kantonese Charizard can be, and with their Alolan counterparts its no different! Legend says that some Charizard decided to fly across the ocean from Kanto to Alola, but their stamina wasn't enough apparently and they had to land in a small island, without anything to make their tails lit again, Charizard started losing their power and they eventually became trapped in the island as their lack of vital energy from the tail didn't allow the to fly anymore. Then all Charizards agreed on trying to swim their way into Alola, they really couldn't get the hang of swimming, but after a couple of generations, Charizards were expert at swimming and diving and finally made their way to the Alolan archipelago. They decided to reside on the depths of Seaward cave.
Design: Teal body, Cyan belly, and Lime wings, if shiny Black body, White belly and Teal wings. Has a complex of bubbles on the tip of it's tail and it's claws are tied together by a membrane similar to platypus' and ducks'.
Competitive: Despite it's Mega evolutions being better competitively, Alolan Charizard is not by much behind. Thanks to it's access to Hurricane and Thunder it can be a very unique Swift Swimmer in the OU tier, hitting considerably hard with a Choice Specs, a Life Orb or a Waterium Z. It does stack a few weaknesses with Pelipper, notably a Stealth Rock weakness, but it's for sure a top tier Swift Swimmer.

Alolan Mega Charizard X

Ability M: Tough Claws
HP: 78 (±0) [±0]
Atk: 130 (±0) [+46]
Def: 127 (+16) [+33]
SpA: 120 (±0) [+11]
SpD: 76 (-9) [±0]
Spe: 103 (-7) [+10]
Changes Moves:
+: Aqua Jet, Aqua Tail, Brine, Bubble, Bubble Beam, Dive, Hydro Cannon, Hydro Pump, Liquidation, Rain Dance, Scald, Surf, Water Gun, Waterfall, Whirlpool, Hurricane, Ice Beam, Ice Punch, Thunder, Thunderbolt {20}
-: Flare Blitz, Heat Wave, Shadow Claw, Ember, Smokescreen, Fire Fang, Flame Burst, Flamethrower, Fire Spin, Inferno, Sunny Day, Fire Blast, Flame Charge, Overheat, Will-O-Wisp, Blast Burn, Fire Pledge, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Incinerate {20}
Flavor: Alolan natives are scared of Charizard, as a schooltrip through Seaward cave ended up with students running away from an Alolan Mega Charizard X why was awaken by a child who threw a couple of pebbles on it's head, it is still unknown to the native how Alolan Charizard managed to Mega Evolve without the use of a Mega Stone, some theorize that the cave's walls are made up of the same material as Alocharizardite X is.
Design: Black body, Lime belly, and Lime wings, if shiny Red body, Light Red belly and Teal wings. Has a complex of bubbles on the tip of it's tail and it's claws are tied together by a membrane similar to platypus' and ducks'.
Competitive: This is a surprisingly versatile Pokémon, while it doesn't really hit as hard as it's Kantonese counterpart thanks to the former's access to a more powerful STAB move in Flare Blitz, it's acess to Belly Drum and Aqua Jet makes it a huge threat as a Wallbreaker, it can also run a similar set of DD + 3 Attacks or Roost + 3 Attack.

Alolan Mega Charizard Y

Ability M: Drizzle
HP: 78 (±0) [±0]
Atk: 94 (±0) [+10]
Def: 104 (+16) [+10]
SpA: 159 (±0) [+50]
SpD: 106 (-9) [+30]
Spe: 93 (-7) [±0]
Changes Moves:
+: Aqua Jet, Aqua Tail, Brine, Bubble, Bubble Beam, Dive, Hydro Cannon, Hydro Pump, Liquidation, Rain Dance, Scald, Surf, Water Gun, Waterfall, Whirlpool, Hurricane, Ice Beam, Ice Punch, Thunder, Thunderbolt {20}
-: Flare Blitz, Heat Wave, Shadow Claw, Ember, Smokescreen, Fire Fang, Flame Burst, Flamethrower, Fire Spin, Inferno, Sunny Day, Fire Blast, Flame Charge, Overheat, Will-O-Wisp, Blast Burn, Fire Pledge, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Incinerate {20}
Flavor: An Alolan Mega Charizard Y is said to bring storms to the Alolan archipelago, everytime an Alolan Mega Charizard Y flies by a severe torrential storm surges. Alolan citizens are clueless as to how it's able to stay mega evolved without the need of a Mega Stone, scientists find evidence that the storm it brings is fueled with Mega energy, and many reports of Pokémon suddenly mega evolving when Alolan Mega Charizard Y flies by have come up already.
Design: Teal body, Cyan belly, and Lime wings, if shiny Black body, White belly and Teal wings. Has a complex of bubbles on the tip of it's tail and it's claws are tied together by a membrane similar to platypus' and ducks'.
Competitive: This Pokémon is arguably the best Wallbreaker in the tier, we all know how strong the combination of Drizzle, Hydro Pump and Hurricane can be, as exemplified by Choice Specs Pelipper, but when you add Thunder to the mix, not even Toxapex and Mantine are answers anymore. Ferrothorn is 3HKO'd by Hurricane and AV Magearna is 3HKO'd by Hydro Pump or even Surf. The only real switch-ins to it are Chansey, Gastrodon, and Mega Latias. Still, Alolan Mega Charizard Y is rather easy to revenge kill, Tapu Lele, Mega Pinsir, Mega Diancie, and Tapu Koko all blow it back and outspeed, Stealth Rock is also a big nuisance to it.

Pokémon: Bulbasaur
New Typing: Fire
New Abilities
: Blaze / Sheer Force
New Stats: 45 / 39 / 69 / 75 / 65 / 25
New/Removed Moves: (Removed: Leech Seed, Vine Whip, Poison Powder, Sleep Powder, Razor Leaf, Sweet Scent, Growth, Petal Dance, Worry Seed, Synthesis, Venoshock, Sludge Bomb, Energy Ball, Grass Knot, Giga Drain, Grass Whistle, Grassy Terrain, Ingrain, Leaf Storm, Magical Leaf, Power Whip, Sludge, Grass Pledge, Seed Bomb) (Added: Smokescreen, Ember, Poison Gas, Flame Charge, Scary Face, Will-O-Wisp, Fire Spin, Morning Sun, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Overheat, Incinerate, Mud-Slap, Mud Shot, Earth Power, Ancient Power, Dark Pulse, Fire Pledge, Heat Wave, Stealth Rock, Rock Tomb, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Focus Blast, Glare)
Flavor/Design: Bulbasaur were being imported from Kanto to Alola so people could use them. However, the idiots who were imported them decided to dumb them in Wela Volcano Park of all places. Yeah, bet you can guess what happened. They had to become fire type in order to survive in those lands, and that same old place they were first dumped in is now where all of them live in Alola. As for appearance, the main skin part is now an orange shade similar of Kantonian Charmander, with the bulb becoming a Dark Grey color and it now emitting smoke.

Pokémon: Ivysaur
New Typing: Fire / Ground
New Abilities
: Blaze / Sheer Force
New Stats: 60 / 52 / 82 / 95 / 80 / 35
New/Removed Moves: (Removed: Leech Seed, Vine Whip, Poison Powder, Sleep Powder, Razor Leaf, Sweet Scent, Growth, Petal Dance, Worry Seed, Synthesis, Venoshock, Sludge Bomb, Energy Ball, Grass Knot, Giga Drain, Grass Whistle, Grassy Terrain, Ingrain, Leaf Storm, Magical Leaf, Power Whip, Sludge, Grass Pledge, Seed Bomb) (Added: Smokescreen, Ember, Poison Gas, Flame Charge, Scary Face, Will-O-Wisp, Fire Spin, Morning Sun, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Overheat, Incinerate, Mud-Slap, Mud Shot, Earth Power, Ancient Power, Dark Pulse, Fire Pledge, Heat Wave, Stealth Rock, Rock Tomb, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Focus Blast, Glare)
Flavor/Design: The increased defenses the Bulbasaur have made proved to not be enough, so Ivysaur add a Ground typing to the mix in order to further enhance their survivability. This helps a heck of a lot. These pokemon are also considered good helpers for the Fire trial also lend in the very same location they live in. As for appearance, the main skin part is now an orange shade similar of Kantonian Charmander, with the bulb becoming a Dark Grey color and it now emitting smoke. The leaves around the bulb become a light brown, and appear quite rocky.

Pokémon: Venusaur
New Typing: Fire / Ground
New Abilities
: Blaze / Sheer Force
New Stats: 80 / 72 (-10) / 103 (+20) / 120 (+20) / 100 / 50 (-30)
New/Removed Moves: (Removed: Leech Seed, Vine Whip, Poison Powder, Sleep Powder, Razor Leaf, Sweet Scent, Growth, Petal Dance, Worry Seed, Synthesis, Petal Blizzard, Venoshock, Sludge Bomb, Energy Ball, Grass Knot, Giga Drain, Grass Whistle, Grassy Terrain, Ingrain, Leaf Storm, Magical Leaf, Power Whip, Sludge, Frenzy Plant, Grass Pledge, Seed Bomb) (Added: Smokescreen, Ember, Poison Gas, Flame Charge, Scary Face, Will-O-Wisp, Fire Spin, Morning Sun, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Overheat, Incinerate, Mud-Slap, Mud Shot, Earth Power, Ancient Power, Power Gem, Dark Pulse, Blast Burn, Fire Pledge, Heat Wave, Stealth Rock, Rock Tomb, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Focus Blast, Glare)
Flavor/Design: After all the adaptations, the final Venusaur was born. The flower it hosts is now a literal Volcano! Don't worry, it can control when it erupts. These changes however, made the species way less agile than before (and they weren't that agile even in Kanto) but with the added benefits of increased defenses and a higher attacking stat. the main skin part is now an orange shade similar of Kantonian Charmander, with the bulb becoming a Dark Grey color and it now emitting smoke. The leaves around the what used to be flower become a light brown, and appear quite rocky.

Pokémon: Mega Venusaur
New Typing: Fire / Ground
New Abilities
: Dry Skin
New Stats: 80 / 82 (+10) / 123 (+20) / 140 (+20) / 120 (+20) / 60 (+10)
Flavor/Design:

Pokémon: Charmander
New Typing: Water
New Abilities
: Torrent / Tough Claws
New Stats: 39 / 67 / 43 / 40 / 45 / 75
New/Removed Moves: (Removed: Ember, Smokescreen, Fire Fang, Flame Burst, Flamethrower, Fire Spin, Inferno, Heat Wave, Flare Blitz, Sunny Day, Fire Blast, Flame Charge, Overheat, Will-O-Wisp, Air Cutter, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Fire Pledge) (Added: Water Gun, Water Sport, Aqua Jet, Water Pulse, Icy Wind, Frost Breath, Surf, Waterfall, Aqua Tail, Rain Dance, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Hail, Ice Punch, Mist, Ice Fang, Hydro Pump, Water Pledge)
Flavor/Design: Charmander were also dumped in Alola, but in Panolia Ranch. There they lived, decently well, until a large quantity found a river and fell in it. People thought those Charmander were dead, but just like other Kanto mons, they too could miraculously adapt to their situation. And now they have their Water typing, and make a lovely home at Brooklet Hill. For appearance, the main skin part is now an blue shade similar of Kantonian Squirtle, with the flame becoming a mini water geyser now.

Pokémon: Charmeleon
New Typing: Water / Ice

May i do these?
-Bug/Fairy Caterpie line
-Grass/Electric Bulbasaur line
-Fighting/Poison Weedle line
-Fire Squirtle line
-Rock/Ground Charmander line
I hope i'm allowed to reserve these.
You're allowed to reserve for any type you want. The ones you chose are fine.

But there isn't much of reserving, as other people may still do the same type change for the same mon, although I greatly encourage to have different types from others to increase diversity

I'll work with the following:
Ground / Bug Beedrill
Bug / Ghost Butterfree

Ok so subs are still open :)
Reserving Steel->Steel/Dragon Squirtle line and Electric->Electric/Poison Charmander line. Done
EDIT: AquaticPanic are custom moves allowed?

Oh yes!! This is the slate I have been wishing for! I'll do Fire/Poison Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, and Venusaur; Water Charmander and Charmeleon, Water/Flying Charizard, Water/Dragon Mega Charizard-X; and Grass Squirtle, Watortle, and Blastoise!

Alolan Charmander

Ability 0: Torrent
Ability H: Swift Swim
HP: 39 (±0)
Atk: 52 (±0)
Def: 48 (+5)
SpA: 60 (±0)
SpD: 47 (-3)

Changes Moves:

-: Flare Blitz, Heat Wave, Shadow Claw, Ember, Smokescreen, Fire Fang, Flame Burst, Flamethrower, Fire Spin, Inferno, Sunny Day, Fire Blast, Flame Charge, Overheat, Will-O-Wisp, Fire Pledge, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Incinerate {20}

Spe: 75 (-5)

+: Aqua Jet, Aqua Tail, Brine, Bubble, Bubble Beam, Dive, Hydro Cannon, Hydro Pump, Liquidation, Rain Dance, Scald, Surf, Water Gun, Waterfall, Whirlpool, Hurricane, Ice Beam, Ice Punch, Thunder, Thunderbolt {21}
-: Flare Blitz, Heat Wave, Shadow Claw, Ember, Smokescreen, Fire Fang, Flame Burst, Flamethrower, Fire Spin, Inferno, Sunny Day, Fire Blast, Flame Charge, Overheat, Will-O-Wisp, Blast Burn, Fire Pledge, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Incinerate {21}

+: Aqua Jet, Aqua Tail, Brine, Bubble, Bubble Beam, Dive, Hydro Cannon, Hydro Pump, Liquidation, Rain Dance, Scald, Surf, Water Gun, Waterfall, Whirlpool, Hurricane, Ice Beam, Ice Punch, Thunder, Thunderbolt {20}
-: Flare Blitz, Heat Wave, Shadow Claw, Ember, Smokescreen, Fire Fang, Flame Burst, Flamethrower, Fire Spin, Inferno, Sunny Day, Fire Blast, Flame Charge, Overheat, Will-O-Wisp, Blast Burn, Fire Pledge, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Incinerate {20}

+: Aqua Jet, Aqua Tail, Brine, Bubble, Bubble Beam, Dive, Hydro Cannon, Hydro Pump, Liquidation, Rain Dance, Scald, Surf, Water Gun, Waterfall, Whirlpool, Hurricane, Ice Beam, Ice Punch, Thunder, Thunderbolt {20}

Alolan Blastoise

Ability 0: Overgrow
Ability H: Adaptability
HP: 79 (±0)

You like read my mind, as i was gonna give mega saur dry skin and one of the mega zards drizzle

EDIT: Origin0 Metapod and Kakuna have only one ability

Hope I'm not stepping on your toes too badly.

Pokémon: Weedle
New Typing: Bug/Ground
New Abilities
: Shield Dust/Anticipation
New Stats
: 50 / 20 / 30 / 35 / 20 / 40 (+10 HP, -10 Spe, Atk/SpA switched)
New/Removed Moves: Added (2): Mud-Slap, Mud Sport
Removed (2): Poison Sting, Electroweb
Flavor/Design: Mud Wasp larvae are housed in very vulnerable nests. If a predator finds them they don't really have the option to run away.

Pokémon: Kakuna
New Typing: Bug/Ground
New Abilities
: Shed Skin
New Stats: 55 / 25 / 50 / 25 / 25 / 25 (+10 HP, -10 Spe)
New/Removed Moves: Added (2): Mud-Slap, Mud Sport
Removed (2): Poison Sting, Electroweb
Flavor/Design: Not much to work with here tbh.

Pokémon: Beedrill
New Typing: Bug/Ground
New Abilities
: Water Veil/Anger Point
New Stats
: 65 / 90 / 50 / 50 / 70 / 70 (+10 Def, +5 SpAtk, -10 SpD, -5 Spe)
New/Removed Moves:
Added (12): Mud-Slap, Mud Sport, Mud Shot, Mud Bomb, Spikes, Bulldoze, Dig, Earth Power, Earthquake, Lunge, Wide Guard, Recycle
Removed (6): Poison Sting, Electroweb, Venoshock, Toxic Spikes, Sludge Bomb, Solar Beam
Flavor/Design: Abilities chosen around Mud Wasp traits and behaviors. Water Veil because mud is very wet and, acting as a veil of sorts, would inhibit burns, and Anger Point, while not necessarily useful, is based on the wasp's docile behavior unless provoked. Additionally, I debated not giving it Earthquake but I honestly don't know how I could not.

Pokémon: Beedrill-M
New Typing: Bug/Ground
New Abilities
: Stakeout
New Stats
: 65 / 150 / 60 / 15 / 70 / 145 (+60 Atk, +10 Def, -45 SpAtk, +75 Spe)
Flavor/Design: Mud Daubers are predators in real life, so having the ability to scope out its prey and be able to pursue it if it flees translates well to the ability Stakeout.

Taking a break from lurking and just having some fun for a change. So here's the Butterfree line.

Pokémon: Alolan Caterpie
New Typing:
/

New Abilities
: Shield Dust / (Anticipation)
New Stats: 45 / 20 (-10) / 30 (-5) / 20 / 30 (+10) / 50 (+5)
Move changes:
From its natural level up learnset: Astonish (replaces Tackle)
New TM moves learned: none
New tutor moves learned: Spite
Flavor/Design: In Alola, Caterpie have evolved to become nocturnal for protection, since their parents lay them as eggs during nighttime. Its color is a blue instead of green to better suit the nighttime landscape.

Pokémon: Alolan Metapod
New Typing:
/

New Abilities
: Shed Skin
New Stats: 50 / 20 / 55 / 20 (-5) / 35 (+10) / 25 (-5)
Move changes:
From its natural level up learnset: Curse (at level 9)
New TM moves learned: none
New tutor moves learned: Spite
Flavor/Design: Continuing from Caterpie, Metapod evolves at night. It's color is a dark purple to better hide away in the night.

Pokémon: Alolan Butterfree
New Typing:
/

New Abilities
: Tinted Lens / (Infiltrator)
New Stats: 60 / 35 (-10) / 50 / 100 (+10) / 70 (-10) / 80 (+10)
Move changes:
From its natural level up learnset:
Gust -> Shadow Sneak
Confusion -> Ominous Wind
Psybeam -> Hex
Supersonic -> Confuse Ray
Safeguard -> Nightmare (still learns Safeguard from the TM)
Rage Powder -> Powder
Tailwind -> Destiny Bond (still learns Tailwind from the tutor)
Air Slash -> Shadow Ball
New TM moves learned: Leech Life, Shadow Claw, Focus Blast, Dazzling Gleam
New tutor moves learned: Spite, Ally Switch, Telekinesis, Pain Split, Trick, Magic Coat
Flavor/Design: In Alola, Butterfree were not only forced to compete with Cutiefly and Ribombee, but also with Electric types such as the Grubbin line and Melemele Oricorio. This caused this Butterfree to adapt and use the nighttime as protection, which caused its pattern to change for more suitable camouflage (inspired by the peppered moth evolution), therefore its wings are now purple and its body is of a darker tone. This change came with a type change as well, as Butterfree left the use of Flying moves for more appropriate Ghost type moves. It still collects nectar from flowers but has also, via its Ghost typing, evolved bigger hands for reaching and the capacity of extracting juices from plants that are otherwise inaccessible to normal Bugs, from which its Infiltrator ability comes from.

It's obviously not a very good mon but with these stats there isn't really much one can do while still keeping some flavor to it. Tinted Lens lets it basically be a Venomoth clone with a different typing (Buginium/Ghostinium), but Ghost is a much better type to spam along side Bug since the only real resists are Normal types with Fire, Fairy, Flying or Fighting as a secondary type, which Buginium doesn't care. Infiltrator allows it to not have to worry about Sub and spam status+Hex with Fighting coverage I guess. A couple of moves might have some interest such as Powder or Destiny Bond, but really they're just there for flavor purposes. Horrible defenses/HP and mediocre base speed keep it from being anywhere near good tho. Eh at least I tried.
Edit: Caterpie and Metapod are in here too now.

Actually you have to do the whole line.
Actually, by Exeggutor, Pikachu and Marowak, you don't need to do the whole line, seeing as these 3 official ones don't.

Either way, I'll give a fair 24h warning before I close the submissions and begin the vote. (Arno64 you said you'd do some, tagging you just to make sure you see this and so you're able to finish your subs)

Aight, it's been enough time to wait for it. I'll be opening vote. During this vote slate, you may nominate an evolutionary line (Excluiding Eeveelutions and the Hitmons) to be featured during the next submission slate.
