Reserving the following:

Bug/Psychic (Becomes Electric/Psychic in Mega form) Metagross
Water/Fire Salamence
Dark/Fairy Garchomp
Electric/Fairy Goodra

Pokemon: Deino
Type: Grass/Ground
Ability: Gluttony
Stats: 38/45/50/65/50/52
Movepool Changes:
Removed: Dragon Rage, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Rush, Scary Face, Thunder Wave, Fire Fang, Ice Fang, Assurance, Dark Pulse, Draco Meteor, Incinerate
Added: Giga Drain, Razor Leaf, Magical Leaf, Mud Shot, Earthquake, Synthesis, Power Whip, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Energy Ball, Leaf Blade
Flavor/Design: The black on its body is now green, the blue now brown, and the purple spots are now yellow. It is now more jungle like. Of course, by that previous statement, they appear in the Lush Jungle.

Pokemon: Zweilous
Type: Grass/Ground
Ability: Gluttony
Stats: 58/65/70/85/70/72

Pokemon: Hydreigon
Type: Grass/Ground
Ability: Gluttony
Stats: 90/125/90/105/90/100
Movepool Changes:
Removed: Dragon Rage, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Rush, Scary Face, Thunder Wave, Fire Fang, Ice Fang, Assurance, Dark Pulse, Draco Meteor, Incinerate, Heat Wave
Added: Giga Drain, Razor Leaf, Magical Leaf, Mud Shot, Earthquake, Synthesis, Power Whip, Energy Ball, Leaf Blade, Bonemerang, Belly Drum, Nasty Plot
Flavor/Design: The black on its body is now green, the blue now brown, and the purple spots are now yellow. It is now more jungle like. Design is a bit bulkier. Of course, by that previous statement, they appear in the Lush Jungle. Compared to the other two members of its line, it has a bone in its nose.
Competitive: I wanted to make a Pokemon that can use Belly Drum effectively. Typing isn't the best in this regard, but once it gets to set up, its going to reek havoc. Gluttony helps it immensely, but you can also run a Scarf set. It can't tank Ice-type moves very well, but aside from that, it's a beast.

Pokemon: Larvitar
Type: Ground/Steel
Ability: Light Metal/Skill Link (HA)
Stats: Same as regular
Movepool Changes:
Removed: Dark Pulse, Sunny Day, Power-Up Punch, Assurance, Uproar
Added: Automize, Extremespeed, Pin Missile, Icicle Spear, Rock Blast
Flavor/Design: The green is now a silver-ish gray, and the red is a blue. Eyes are completely yellow with lines through them. In general has a more "robotic" feel. A lot of people compare this line to Godzilla, so what better way to make an Alolan form than to make it based (somewhat) on Mecha Godzilla!

Pokemon: Pupitar
Type: Ground/Steel
Ability: Overcoat
Stats: Same as regular
Movepool Changes:
Removed: Dark Pulse, Sunny Day, Power-Up Punch, Assurance, Uproar
Added: Automize, Extremespeed, Pin Missile, Icicle Spear, Rock Blast
Flavor/Design: The shell is a silver-ish gray, and the eyes are yellow with lines through them. In general has a more "robotic" feel.

Pokemon: Tyranitar
Type: Dragon/Steel
Ability: Heavy Metal/Skill Link (HA)
Stats: Same as regular
Movepool Changes:
Removed: Dark Pulse, Sunny Day, Power-Up Punch, Assurance, Uproar, Surf, Water Pulse, Aqua Tail, Whirlpool
Added: Automize, Extremespeed, Pin Missile, Icicle Spear, Rock Blast, Heavy Slam, Draco Meteor, Flash Cannon, Outrage
Flavor/Design: The green is now a silver-ish gray, and the blue is a gold-ish yellow. Eyes are completely yellow with lines through them. In general has a more "robotic" feel. A lot of people compare this line to Godzilla, so what better way to make an Alolan form than to make it based (somewhat) on Mecha Godzilla!
Competitive: A great set-up sweeper with a fantastic defensive typing. Is set back from initially low speed and the fact that certain Pokemon can easily counter it. (Celesteela counters sets without Fire Blast, Heatran beats those without Superpower or Earthquake etc.)

Pokemon: Mega Tyranitar
Type: Dragon/Steel
Ability: Flash Fire
Stats: 100/95/150/164/120/71
Flavor/Design: The green is now a silver-ish gray, and the red is a gold-ish yellow. Eyes are completely yellow with lines through them. Weird "wing"-like things are now missile carriers. In general has a more "robotic" feel. A lot of people compare this line to Godzilla, so what better way to make an Alolan form than to make it based (somewhat) on Mecha Godzilla!
Competitive: In regular play, there's no reason to use Mega Tyranitar over its non-Mega counterpart. However, this one comes packed with the ability of Flash Fire, and massive special attack, but again suffers from being countered by Heatran (unless you wanna go mixed).
Sorry, this is the third time, but did you swap the Attack and SpAttack on Tyranitar? Because if you didn't, your mega has more than +40 in SpAttack.

Here I go:

Pokemon: Larvitar
New typing: Water
New abilities: Shell Armour / Battle Armour (Hidden)
New stats: 50 / 45 (swapped with SpA) / 70 (+20) / 64 (swapped with Atk) / 50 / 21 (-20)
Removed moves: Sandstorm, Rock Slide, Thrash, Dark Pulse, Payback, Crunch, Stone Edge (7)
New Moves: Rain Dance, Water Pulse, Aqua Tail, Flamethrower, Dazzling Gleam, Moonblast, Hydro Pump (7)
Flavor/Design: Tyranitar was the first of the Larvitar line introduced to Alola, and as they evolved to become protecters of good, this trait passed down to their offspring. Alolan Larvitar have a turtle like shell on their back, used for protection. Their bodies are a midnight blue. Alolan Larvitar will always help Pokemon in need, and are willing to risk their lives to protect others.

Pokemon: Pupitar
New typing: Water
New abilities: Shell Armour
New stats: 70 / 65 (swapped with SpA) / 90 (+20) / 84 (swapped with Atk) / 70 / 31 (-20)
Removed moves: Sandstorm, Rock Slide, Thrash, Dark Pulse, Payback, Crunch, Stone Edge (7)
New Moves: Rain Dance, Water Pulse, Aqua Tail, Flamethrower, Dazzling Gleam, Moonblast, Hydro Pump (7)
Flavor/Design: Alolan Pupitar, despite being almost unable to move, still works its hardest to help others in need. Its water attacks can blow holes through the strongest of defenses, and its now heavy body is perfect for crushing its enemies. Like Alolan Larvitar, Alolan Pupitar is a midnight blue colour, with a large shell on its back.

Pokemon: Tyranitar
New typing: Water / Fairy
New abilities: Shell Armour / Flash Fire (Hidden)
New stats: 100 / 95 (swapped with SpA) / 120 (+10) / 134 (swapped with Atk) / 100 / 51 (-10)
Removed moves: Sandstorm, Rock Slide, Thrash, Dark Pulse, Payback, Crunch, Stone Edge (7)
New Moves: Rain Dance, Water Pulse, Aqua Tail, Flamethrower, Dazzling Gleam, Moonblast, Hydro Pump (7)
Flavor/Design: Alolan Tyranitar is the guardian of the Alola and friend to all children (seriously). Alolan Tyranitar is incredibly kind and caring, and protects the people of Alola with a power level equivalent to the Tapus. This drastic change happened when Tyranitar was first introduced to Alola. It is said that they introduced on Poni island and destroyed much land, until they were approached by Tapu Fini, who forced them to change their ways.
People love and fear Alolan Tyranitar for the sheer power it possesses, and there are fears that one day it may go rogue.
(While original Tyranitar is based Godzilla, Alolan Tyranitar is based off Gamera. Google it.)

Pokemon: Mega Tyranitar
New typing: Water / Fairy
New abilities: Flash Fire
New stats: 100 / 95 / 160 (+40) / 164 (+30) / 130 (+30) / 51
Flavor/Design: Mega Alolan Salamence is very similar to Alolan Salamence, except its blades have become much longer and sharper, and the metal on it becomes harder and more lightweight.

Pokemon: Bagon
New typing: Steel
New abilities: Sturdy / Imtimidate (Hidden)
New stats: 65 (+20) / 75 / 60 / 20 (-20) / 60 (+30) / 20 (-30)
Removed moves: Rage, Dragon Breath, Headbutt, Focus Energy, Dragon Claw, Zen Headbutt, Hydro Pump, Dragon Rage, Twister, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Rush (12)
New Moves: Scratch, Metal Burst, Magnet Bomb, Slash, Gyro Ball, Iron Head, Iron Tail (Primeape doesn't have a tail but still gets Iron Tail, so why shouldn't it be the same for Bagon, which evolves into a Pokemon that has a tail?), Autotomize, Heavy Slam, Iron Defense, Metal Claw, Metal Sound (12)
Flavor/Design: When Bagon was first introduced to Alola, they moved to the highest points on each island as part of their original mountainous habitats. However, the Bagon of Akala Island moved to the volcano, where they developed tough exteriors to protect themselves from the heat. This made them Steel type which unfortunately caused the to be preyed upon by Fire Pokémon. As a result of this, the smooth top of Bagon's head grew long spikes, which help it defends itself. It has a red body and the top of its head is a silver metal with many spikes coming out.
Like regular Bagon, who jump off cliffs dreaming that one day they will be able to fly, Alolan Bagon regularly swallow fire, in the hopes that one day they will be able to breathe it.

Pokemon: Shelgon
New typing: Steel
New abilities: Sturdy / Light Metal (Hidden)
New stats: 85 (+20) / 95 / 100 / 40 (-20) / 80 (+30) / 20 (-30)
Removed moves: Rage, Dragon Breath, Headbutt, Focus Energy, Dragon Claw, Zen Headbutt, Hydro Pump, Dragon Rage, Twister, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Rush (12)
New moves: Scratch, Metal Burst, Magnet Bomb, Slash, Gyro Ball, Iron Head, Iron Tail, Autotomize, Heavy Slam, Iron Defense, Metal Claw, Metal Sound (12)
Flavor/Design: Alolan Shelgon's appearance is very similar to its original. The black parts of it are red, while the smooth edges of shell are covered in spikes. The shell is very light, and Alolan Shelgon can roll around with these spikes out. The increased activity must mean that something big is coming...

Pokemon: Salamence
New typing: Steel / Fire
New abilities: Levitate / Intimidate (Hidden)
New stats: 100 (+5) / 115 (swapped with SpA) / 80 / 135 (swapped with Atk) / 80 / 95 (-5)
Removed moves: Dragon Tail, Rage, Dragon Breath, Headbutt, Focus Energy, Dragon Claw, Zen Headbutt, Hydro Pump, Dragon Rage, Twister, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Rush (13)
New moves: Heat Wave, Scratch, Metal Burst, Magnet Bomb, Slash, Gyro Ball, Iron Head, Iron Tail, Autotomize, Heavy Slam, Iron Defense, Metal Claw, Metal Sound (13)
Flavor/Design: Alolan Salamence no longer fears the fire types that once preyed on it, and like it once dreamed, it can now breathe the hottest of fire. It's body is covered in steel plates. Its 'wings' are metal blades, which Alolan Salamence can heat up for even more damage. Alolan Salamence can catch the wind on these blades are use them as a replacement for wings. Hot magma runs through its body, only held inside by the steel covering it.

Pokemon: Mega Salamence
New typing: Steel / Fire
New abilities: Levitate
New stats: 100 / 135 (+20) / 100 (+20) / 165 (+30) / 100 (+20) / 105 (+10)
Flavor/Design: Mega Alolan Salamence is very similar to Alolan Salamence, except its blades have become much longer and sharper, and the metal on it becomes harder and more lightweight.

Pokemon: Beldum
New typing: Electric
New abilities: Volt Absorb / Mold Breaker (Hidden)
New stats: 40 / 75 (+20) / 80 / 15 (-20) / 60 / 30
Removed moves: Take Down (1)
New moves: Wild Charge (1)
Flavor/Design: When Beldum first came to Alola, they found a lack of magnetic energy, but the technology there was full of electrical energy. The Beldum fed on all of the electrical energy that they could find, transforming them into Alolan Beldum. People often regard them as pests, for stealing electricity.
Alolan Beldum is still made of metal, however, it has turned black. its one eye is yellow, and the spikes on Beldum's end are now yellow and have grown longer and sharper.

Pokemon: Metang
New typing: Electric / Fighting
New abilities: Volt Absorb / Mold Breaker (Hidden)
New stats: 60 / 105 (+30) / 100 / 25 (-30) / 80 / 50
Removed moves: Take Down, Confusion, Metal Claw, Bullet Punch, Miracle Eye, Zen Headbutt, Psychic, Meteor Mash (8)
New moves: Wild Charge, Karate Chop, Power-Up Punch, Mach Punch, Counter, Thunder Punch, Magnetic Flux, Close Combat (8)
Flavor/Design: As the first Alolan Beldum began to evolve, the people of Alola were trying to remove them. As a result, the evolved Beldum adapted to be able to fight for their territory, and became deadly in the process.
Like its pre-evolution, Alolan Metang is black with yellow eyes. The spikes on it are longer and have become yellow , while its arms are thicker and stronger.

Pokemon: Metagross
New typing: Electric / Fighting
New abilities: Volt Absorb / Mold Breaker (Hidden)
New stats: 80 / 165 (+30) / 130 / 65 (-30) / 90 / 70
Removed moves: Take Down, Confusion, Metal Claw, Bullet Punch, Miracle Eye, Zen Headbutt, Psychic, Meteor Mash (8)
New moves: Wild Charge, Karate Chop, Power-Up Punch, Mach Punch, Counter, Thunder Punch, Magnetic Flux, Close Combat (8)
Flavor/Design: Once the first of the Alolan Metagross evolved, it was found to be one of Alola's most powerful Pokemon. Driven by revenge and hunger for electricity, it caused major damage to anyone close enough. Due to the power of Alolan Metagross, people are too afraid to remove the Beldum, and live in fear of Alolan Metagross.
Like its pre-evolutions, Alolan Metagross is black with yellow eyes. The yellow spikes on its arms are at their longest and sharpest, and even the x on its face is longer and is very sharp. Its arms are very strong and wide.

Pokemon: Metagross
New typing: Electric / Fighting
New abilities: Tough Claws
New stats: 80 / 185 (+20) / 170 (+40) / 65 / 130 (+40) / 70
Flavor/Design: Meta Alolan Metagross is incredibly dangerous. Unsurprisingly, the edges on Mega Alolan Metagross can pierce through almost everything, and its body is hard enough to shrug off the strongest of attack. Mega Alolan Metagross looks similar to the regular MegaGross, except for its larger arms and longer spikes.

Pokemon: Goomy
New typing: Fairy
New abilities: Sweet Veil / Limber / Symbiosis (HA)
New stats: 70 (+25) / 35 (-15) / 45 (+10) / 50 (-5) / 75 / 25 (-15)
Removed moves: Draco Meteor, Dragon Breath, Dragon Pulse, Iron Tail, Outrage, Rock Slide, Shock Wave, Thunderbolt (8)
New Moves: Aromatherapy, Aromatic Mist, Dazzling Gleam, Disarming Voice, Gastro Acid, Gunk Shot, Refresh, Sweet Scent (8)
Flavor: People in the Alola Region used Goomy as a chewing gum, so it had to adapt to survive. Goomy became smaller and limber and now people don't have to kill it to use it as a chewing gum. They put it in their mouth alive, it cleans their teeth and then they spit it out.
Design: Goomy's color changed from purple to pink and its height is now only around one inch.

Pokemon: Sliggoo
New typing: Fairy/Poison
New abilities: Sweet Veil / Limber / Poison Touch (HA)
New stats: 78 (+10) / 90 (+15) / 48 (-5) / 63 (-20) / 83 (-30) / 90 (+30)

New Moves: Aromatherapy, Aromatic Mist, Dazzling Gleam, Disarming Voice, Gastro Acid, Gunk Shot, Refresh, Sweet Scent, Toxic Spikes (9)
Flavor: When Alolan Goomy evolves into Alolan Sliggoo, it becomes poisonous, quite fast and aggressive. It wants to take revenge on all those people who chewed it when it was small and defenseless.
Design: Sliggoo's color changes from purple to pink and it doesn't grow that shell shaped thing on its back.

Pokemon: Goodra
New typing: Fairy/Poison
New abilities: Sweet Veil / Limber / Poison Touch (HA)
New stats: 120 (+30) / 100 / 80 (+10) / 90 (-20) / 120 (-30) / 90 (+10)

New Moves: Aromatherapy, Aromatic Mist, Belch, Coil, Dazzling Gleam, Disarming Voice, Gastro Acid, Gunk Shot, Misty Terrain, Play Rough, Recover, Refresh, Sweet Scent, Toxic Spikes, Venom Drench, Venoshock (16)
Flavor/Design: Alolan Goodra is basically a big pink dinosaur that smells like chewing gum. It must drive off annoying kids all the time because they want to chew its tail.

Alolan Goomy

Abilities - Sticky Hold, Liquid Ooze, Gooey (HA)

HP - 54
(+9)
Atk - 36 (-14)
Def - 50 (+15)
SpA - 70 (+15)
SpD - 66 (-9)
Spe - 24 (-16)
BST - 300

New Moves - Acid, Acid Spray, Gastro Acid, Toxic Spikes, Recover (5)
Removed Moves - Dragon Breath, Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Outrage (4)
Flavor - Alolan Goomy are a very rare species in Alola due to the lack of environment that these Pokémon were used to. In the past, Alola had many Swamps and Ponds, giving these slimy Pokémon the ability to procriate with ease. It is still unknown how Goomy migrated from Kalos to Alola, but scients suspect that Goomy inhabit alola since the Pokégeia age, a time where all the continents were inked together.
Design - Alolan Goomy, unlike its Kalosian cousin, is even slimier and dangerous, it has many toxins throughout its whole body that are released in the form of gooey liquid.

Competitve Corner - A niche pick in LC, and generally outclassed too, however, it is a very reliable Toxic Spikes Setter thanks to its okay typing and access to reliable recovery.

Alolan Sliggoo

Abilities - Sticky Hold, Liquid Ooze, Gooey (HA)

HP - 81
(+13)
Atk - 54 (-21)
Def - 75 (+22)
SpA - 106 (+23)
SpD - 100 (-13)
Spe - 36 (-24)
BST - 452

New Moves - Acid, Acid Spray, Gastro Acid, Toxic Spikes, Recover (5)
Removed Moves - Dragon Breath, Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Outrage (4)
Flavor - Alolan Sliggoo are really rare in Alola, this Pokémon is mistreated by many humans since no ecosystem shelters it anymore, making it prone to go to the cities and hope to be adopted by gentle trainers, most Alolan Sliggoo are found in Zoos or centers designed to take care of endangered Pokémon, and very few can thrive in the wild.
Design - Alolan Sliggoo has many toxins that are kept on the shell on its back, Alolan Sliggoo can control wether or not it wants to release the toxins, and these toxins can work as pheromones as well. Its shell gains more visibilty and its body colour shifts to a deeper purple.
Competitive Corner - A premier Toxic Spikes users in lower tiers, great bulk after Eviolite and reliable recovery give it a notable niche in lower tiers like RU and NU.

Alolan Goodra

Abilities - Sticky Hold, Liquid Ooze, Gooey (HA)

HP - 108

Spe - 48 (-32)
BST - 600

New Moves - Acid, Acid Spray, Gastro Acid, Gunk Shot, Poison Fang, Poison Jab, Toxic Spikes, Venom Drench, Venoshock, Recover (10)
Removed Moves - None
Flavor - Alolan Goodras are really rare but powerful Pokemon, most of them can thrive in the wild due to their great power and dangerous toxins, however, few Alolan Goomys can complete their evolution cycle and achieve this stage, making it even harder for Alolan Goodras to be found in the wild.
Design - Alolan Goodra has a very deep Purple colouring throught its body, but a transoarent belly exposins all the toxins it produces inside.
Competitive Corner - Alolan Goodra excels at two roles. It can act as an Wallbreaker in OU thanks to its powerful Draco Meteors and base 140 SpA, or it can be a very endurant wall with 108/100/132 bulk, reliable recovery and access to Toxic Spikes.

Pokemon: Larvitar
New Typing: Ice/Ground
New Abilities: Solar Power (Speed Boost)
New Stats: 50 / 49 (-15) / 75 (+25) / 35 (-10) / 70 (+20) / 21 (-20) BST: 300
New Moves:
(Ice) Ice Fang, Icicle Crash, Icy Wind
(Normal) Swords Dance, Harden, Bide
(Electric) Wild Charge, Discharge, Thunder Fang, Electro Ball
(Other) Fire Fang, Solar Beam, Synthesis, Zen Headbutt, Spikes (+15)
Removed Moves:
(Dark) Dark Pulse, Assurance, Pursuit, Snarl, Taunt, Torment
(Normal) Hyper Beam, Double-Edge, Thrash, Screech, Uproar, Mimic, Leer
(Other) Dragon Dance, Outrage, Rock Polish, Sandstorm, Rain Dance, Spite (-19)
Flavor: It is said that the first Larvitar migrated from Johto to Alola over 15,000 years ago, trudging the vast expanse of land connecting the two that has since sunk into the sea. Upon arriving, the small herd began their traditional habit of gnawing through mountains to gain the needed energy for evolution.
Far from the tropical paradise with a few chilly mountains we know today, though, Alola was then a desolate region overcome with frozen peaks further worsened by the Ice Age of the time. Once they dug in, the Larvitar immediately felt the effects of the icy terrain on their cold-blooded bodies, and were forced to ration their energy and exploit whatever energy they could find to compensate. As Melemele island was home to a guardian capable of manipulating electrical energy en masse, they flocked there. Heavy exposure to energy had a revitalizing effect on its metabolism, greatly boosting its movement speed.
This forced calmness for survival quieted the raging and destructive spirits Larvitar are notorious for, allowing it to expand its glacial and other newfound abilities. The need to preserve power made repelling attackers more difficult, and the space opened up by the consumed mountains made space for new Pokemon arrivals. Fortunately, though, the newcomers saw the wake of Larvitar's persistence and revered it as the protecter of vitality in the region.
Design: Its exterior is jet black, a response of the Larvitar's melanin to falling body temperature, maximizing its ability to absorb solar energy. If it manages to sustain warmth for a longer period, unpredictable flashes of green, yellow, brown, and red may streak from its skin. Although often difficult to fully differentiate from itself due to the monochromatic exterior, its body shape is more compact than regular Larvitar to prevent heat escaping from extremities, resulting in a shorter horn and less-extended tail.

Pokemon: Pupitar
New Typing: Ice/Ground
New Abilities: Weak Armor
New Stats: 75 (+5) / 79 (-5) / 90 (+20) / 50 (-15) / 85 (+15) / 31 (-20) BST: 410
New Moves:
(Ice) Ice Fang, Icicle Crash, Icy Wind
(Normal) Explosion, Swords Dance, Harden, Bide
(Electric) Wild Charge, Discharge, Thunder Fang, Electro Ball, Electric Terrain, Magnet Rise
(Other) Fire Fang, Solar Beam, Synthesis, Zen Headbutt, Spikes, Shore Up (+19)
Removed Moves:
(Dark) Dark Pulse, Assurance, Pursuit, Snarl, Taunt, Torment
(Normal) Hyper Beam, Double-Edge, Thrash, Screech, Uproar, Mimic, Leer
(Other) Dragon Dance, Outrage, Rock Polish, Sandstorm, Rain Dance, Spite (-19)
Flavor: When the rare Larvitar fully finishes its cycle, it digs deep into the soil, and Alolan Tyranitar emerge in flashes of electricity. This is the extent of knowledge regarding Pupitar, and debate currently rages as to whether it even exists. The information shown here is a projection primarily sourced in the leading scientific model on Pokemon evolution, but none have dared investigate further. While few wish to risk disturbing the growth of this esteemed Pokemon and prevent its majestic result, there also exists a more prosaic motive: the massive craters and sonic pulses occasionally sourced at known Larvitar hibernation sites are something less than motivating.
Design: Unknown. It is currently hypothesized that it maintains the dark exterior of its pre-evolution, while using caked dirt on its skin to camouflage itself and prevent inquisitive Alolan Diglett and others from investigating. Strange, silver tendrils can be occasionally seen in the soil above their presumed resting places.

Pokemon: Tyranitar
New Typing: Ice/Electric
New Abilities: Lightning Rod (Surge Surfer)
New Stats: 105 (+5) / 124 (-10) / 105 (-5) / 110 (+5) / 95 (-5) / 71 (+10) BST: 600
New Moves:
(Ice) Ice Fang, Icicle Crash, Icy Wind, Ice Shard, Haze
(Normal) Explosion, Swords Dance, Harden, Bide
(Electric) Wild Charge, Discharge, Thunder Fang, Electro Ball, Electric Terrain, Volt Switch, Parabolic Charge, Magnet Rise
(Other) Fire Fang, Solar Beam, Synthesis, Zen Headbutt, Dazzling Gleam, Spikes, Shore Up (+24)
Removed Moves:
(Dark) Dark Pulse, Assurance, Pursuit, Snarl, Taunt, Torment, Foul Play, Brutal Swing
(Normal) Double-Edge, Thrash, Screech, Uproar, Mimic, Leer
(Dragon) Dragon Dance, Outrage, Dragon Claw
(Other) Rock Polish, Sandstorm, Shadow Claw, Spite, Nightmare, Surf, Whirlpool (-24)
Flavor: Very few Larvitar ever reach this stage; some say a large electric current must strike the area above dormant Pupitar, while others say that these transcendent beings are blessed by the Guardian himself. A brilliant light radiating from their bodies obscures their figure from all but the most perspicacious; the electricity pulsing through their bodies and causing this light provides the needed energy Larvitar struggled so greatly for. Its ability to control its temperature with greater ease makes it more closely resemble more traditional Tyranitar in power, in fact exceeding it. While Larvitar are famous for destroying mountains and making new habitats, Tyranitar work diligently prevent them from overrunning the mountain habitats that are valuable in their own right. They have no great love for humans, but often learn to enjoy the company of a select few (or even single Trainer) it can trust, and are fiercely loyal defenders of their homes and friends.
Design: The previously contracted horns, tail, and other features now flare out from the body, probably to gather electrical charge from across the environment. The black coat has become a dark grey, bursting with jagged and spiraled patterns of color as unique as a human fingerprint.

Pokemon: Tyranitar-Mega
New Typing: Ice/Electric
New Abilities: Dazzling
New Stats: 105 (+5) / 149 (-15) / 125 (-25) / 125 (+30) / 105 (-15) / 91 (+20)
New/Removed Moves: The same.
Flavor: No natural explanation currently exists as to the power unleashed when a Tyranitar reaches the pinnacle of its bond with a trainer. If one were to enter the wild ecosystem, a crackling earth littered with spiny ice shards would be all left in its wake. Over-exposure to its magnetic field, even if not through direct contact with this titan, can cause lethal ionization in the non-acclimated.
Design: A nebulous body obscured with electrical energy strikes fear and respect into those who view it. Catching a glimpse of its awesome form past a hissing cloak electrical energy and ice fragments doesn't make it less terrifying, be you a friend or foe. The dark grey of its skin has further lightened to a pale blue, with the tips of claws hanging like icicles from the blur.

Since one day has passed already, and this slate has been running for about two weeks, I'll start the Voting Phase. Also, quick update:

Important announcement: You may suggest one line during this voting phase to featured in the future. As to which one will be picked and when, this you will know later. (However, I'd like to ask you not to request Legendaries as these will most likely be done in themed slates, and also anyone from the Tyrogue and Eevee line as these will receive a special treatment)

Teddyursa line. I have plans for the two of them. Upupupupu! (No stealing my idea if this happens) Others I would like to see are the Ponyta line and the Honedge line.

Since the Machop and Makuhita line seems popular in-universe by Alola people, why not an Alolan form for both of them?

If we do these suggested Pokemon, then ill suggest that we need to do their counterparts as well (ie: Phanphy is the counterpart to Teddiursa) the only exception is if we already did them like with the Cottonee line.

We can vote

Just wait and you'll see how we'll handle these suggestions.
I think you should make a list of what are submitted in this slate so far by the name of Pokémon and typing, so that people can see the list so far and link each submission post for a shortcut.
