In this Pet Mod, Pokemon are given alternate forms that they have on the Trading Card Games. New mechanics are put in place to balance the meta.
Everyone can post whatever they want (as long as it’s based on the cards) and people will vote for the best ones. The posters can also choose what real type the TCG type represents (poster can make TCG Water into Ice or Water, etc). Pokemon will also be able to have the secondary typing that they have in the game. Example: Misty's Tentacruel can be Water, Water/Poison, Water/Ice, Ice/Poison or Ice because it is TCG Water; Can't be pure Poison. Here's the list:
Grass: Bug, Grass, Poison (for cards released prior to Diamond and Pearl)
Fire: Fire
Water: Ice, Water
Lightning: Electric
Psychic: Ghost, Poison (for cards released after Diamond and Pearl), Psychic
Fighting: Fighting, Ground, Rock
Darkness: Dark
Metal: Steel
Colourless: Dragon (for cards released prior to Dragon Selection), Normal, Flying
Dragon: Dragon (for cards released after Dragon Selection)
Fairy: Fairy

I'll go through each new form and explain how they can change the existing Pokemon.
Pokemon: (Pokemon)-Crystal
Based on: (Picture of the card)
Stats: (can move around 40 stats but BST remains the same)
Ability: Crystal Type
Type: Normal, (Crystal Type 1), (Crystal Type 2), (Crystal Type 3)
Added Moves: (You can add as many as you want as long as it makes sense.)
Role Identification:

The new ability Crystal Type works like Protean but is restricted to the three Crystal types plus Normal-type.

Pokemon: (Pokemon)-(Name of Trainer or Evil Team)
Based on: (Picture of the card)
Stats: (unchanged)
Abilities: (Has to be one of the following)
Affection Bond - Gives Endure effect one time per battle.
Refresh Bond - Removes status effects every 3 turns.
Rough Petting - Crits every other turn.
Play Partner - If the Pokemon is hit by a move, the foe's next move has its accuracy dropped by 15%. Effect stacks if it hits again, resets if it misses.
Super Friendship - Happiness is increased by 100, reaching 355 at max.
Type: (From the card. See example above.)
New Signature Move: (Can be whatever. They must be calculated like Return, friendship changes how to move performs.)
Type:
Classification:
Power:
PP:
Effect/Priority:
Role Identification:

Pokemon: (Pokemon)-LV.X or -BREAK
Based on: (Picture of the card)
Stats: (Can move around 20 stats but BST stays the same AND you can't change HP. Automatically gains +40 HP when it changes to LV.X or BREAK form mid-battle)
Abilities: (unchanged)
Type: (From the card. See example above.)
Added Moves: (You can add as many as you want as long as it makes sense.)
Role Identification:

Pokemon LV.X and BREAK are able to “level up” mid-battle like Mega Evolution. Their HP is increased by 40, making them recover HP like Zygarde-Complete. They keep their old abilities. They also lose all of their status conditions when "leveling up", such as being burned or confused.

Pokemon: (Pokemon)-ex/EX
Based on: (Picture of the card)
Stats: (Stats of the base Pokémon +50 BST on any stat(s). Stats can only go up.)
New Signature Ability: (Can be whatever)
Type: (From the card. See example above.)
New Signature Move: (Can be whatever)
Type:
Classification:
Power:
PP:
Effect/Priority:
Role Identification:

To balance this type of form, a foe Pokemon will have 50% of their HP healed if a Pokemon-ex/EX is defeated.

Pokemon: (Pokemon)-GX
Based on: (Picture of the card)
Stats: (unchanged)
Ability: (unchanged)
Type: (From the card. See example above.)
New Signature Z-Move: (Damaging moves only)
Type:
Classification:
Power:
Base Move:
Effect/Priority:
Role Identification:

Pokémon GX can use Z-Moves without having a Z-Crystal. However, like ex/EX Pokémon, they heal the foe by 50% that fainted them.

Pokemon: (Pokemon)-Delta or -Dark
Based on: (Picture of the card)
Stats: (unchanged)
New Abilities: (Must be existing abilities or clones of existing abilities.)
New Type: (From the card. See example above.)
Added Moves: (You can add as many as you want as long as it makes sense.)
Role Identification:

Pokemon: (Pokemon)-Ancient
Based on: (Picture of the card)
Stats: (Stats of the base Pokémon +50 BST on any stat(s). Stats can only go up.)
New Abilities: (Must be the Ancient Trait on the card)
α Recovery - Doubles any form of healing that this Pokemon receives.
α Growth - Doubles stat changes that this Pokemon receives when using a move.
Ω Barrage - Allows the Pokemon to hit twice with the same move in one turn.
Ω Barrier - While this Pokemon is on field, opponent's items won't work.
Δ Plus - Recovers 50% HP when knocking out a foe Pokemon.
Δ Evolution - Allows the Pokemon to evolve mid-battle, increasing its HP by +40 and removing status changes.
Δ Wild - Takes 20% less damage from Grass, Fire, Water, Ice and Electric moves.
θ Stop - Ignores abilities, both offensively and defensively.
θ Double - Doubles the efficiency of any item carried by this Pokemon.
θ Max - Recovers all HP when Mega Evolving and removes status changes.
New Type: (From the card. See example above.)
Role Identification:

Ancient Traits ignore ability-ignoring abilities/moves (such as Mold Breaker), similar to Full Metal Body, Shadow Shield and Prism Armor.

Miscellaneous questions:
  • ex/EX can Mega Evolve but they only gain +50 BST. You can choose where the stats go. However, they can only go to stats that the Mega usually boosts, and can't be above what the Mega usually boosts. Example: Mega-Diancie gets +60 Attack, -40 Defense, +60 Special Attack, -40 Special Defense, +60 Speed. Since it gets -80 on stats, it can make 50+80 go up. Mega-Diancie-EX can get +60 Attack at max, -40 Defense at max, and the remaining +70 go to Special Attack or Speed.
  • EX + Ancient Traits get +50 BST boost twice, so +100 BST.
  • Not being able to Mega Evolve overrides being able to. Example: ex/EX combined with Owner/SP/Plasma can't Mega Evolve.
  • Getting a form-specific ability overrides getting a new ability. Example: ex/EX combined with Owner/SP/Plasma keeps Affection Bond.
  • Crystal and Ancient Traits Megas keep the base form's ability.
  • Only one Signature Move even if the Pokemon is ex/EX + Owner/SP/Plasma.
  • Affection Bond overrides any signature abilities if the Pokemon is ex/EX/Lv.X + Owner/SP/Plasma.
Easy way of vizualizing the changes:

Can a mega of the following have a different ability to the normal mega or nah? Also, what's the limit on sub number?
Pokemon: Latios-Delta
Based on:

Stats: Unchanged
New Abilities: Levitate (HA: Minus - Fits with Electric typing and is kinda like the card's Poke-Body)
New Type: Electric/Steel
Added Moves: Volt Switch, Flash Cannon, Gear Up, Shift Gear, Zap Cannon, Electrify, Ion Deluge, Thunder Shock, Charge, Iron Defense, Iron Head, Metal Sound (Latias doesn't get Volt Switch, Zap Cannon, Shift Gear or Gear Up)

(mega pending until question answered)
(reserving latias delta)

Pokemon: Latias-Delta
Based on:

Stats: Unchanged.
New Abilities: Levitate (HA: Plus - To go with Latios's Minus)
New Type: Electric/Steel
Added Moves: Flash Cannon, Magnetic Flux, Electrify, Ion Deluge, Electric Terrain, Parabolic Charge, Thunder Shock, Charge, Discharge, Iron Defense, Iron Head, Metal Burst (Latios doesn't get Electric Terrain, Parabolic Charge, Magnetic Flux or Discharge)

(mega pending until question answered)

For some extra information on the 4 exclusive moves each one got:
-Latios gets Gear Up to show its offensive nature, while Latias gets the defensive version in Magnetic Flux
-Latios gets Volt Switch as it fits an offensive Pokemon more, while Latias gets Parabolic Charge as it is more defensive and also fits its card's Spiral Drain move.
-Latios gets Zap Cannon as it is much more high damage and more risk-reward based like an offensive Pokemon would be, compared to Latias's Discharge
-Latios gets Shift Gear to represent its role as a sweeper/cleaner, while Latias gets ETerrain to represent its team support role.
-I just thought Metal Sound fit Latios more and Metal Burst fit Latias more :P
I know the additional moves are quite numerous, but most of them are just niche/flavour additions so please don't hate :P

Pokemon: Golem-Crystal
Based on:

Stats: (unchanged)
Ability: Crystal Type
Type: Normal, Rock, Fire, Grass
Added Moves: Blaze Kick, Petal Blizzard, Leech Seed, Synthesis, Spore, Will-O-Wisp, Diamond Storm, Aromatherapy, Accelerock, Stun Spore, Fire Spin, Flame Burst, Razor Leaf, Leafage, Leaf Tornado, Leaf Storm, Energy Ball, Absorb, Mega Drain, Giga Drain, Flame Charge, Flame Wheel, Ember, Heat Wave, Incinerate, Inferno

(Sorry for the long move list there but most of them are just flavour moves that Pokemon of those types would have, while I feel Diamond Storm fits the Crystal aspect and Accelerock needs more users)

(reserving delta mightyena, assuming reservations are allowed)

mega gets STAB Aura Sphere with Mega Launcher :o
can I make a recommendation of adding Filter as a second non-hidden ability as it goes well with the Poke-Body? Just a thought.

I wasn't sure how to add BREAK and Prime, since the other forms already change everything, BST, type, moves and abilities. It was only after mods approved that Ludi suggested a way to add BREAK (using the Zygarde form change method that Lv.X uses, but changes ability instead of increasing HP). I'm thinking about it.
Light and Dark are too similar to normal Pokemon. In fact Light is just a name change with HP a bit higher. Dark Pokemon are also very similar to the base form, they could be part Dark-type I guess. I could add Dark Pokemon in the future.
And sure, they can get secondary typings from the games. I'll add that detail to the OP.

Good question. If the Mega card exists, yes. So M Blastoise-EX could have a different ability, but Delta Blastoise-Mega keeps the base form's Mega ability.
Submission limit is 5 for now. Let's see how this goes.

You slashed Owner's with SP since they're equivalent, so I don't see why you couldn't slash Level X with BREAK, since those are also equivalent. But now that you mention it, I'm not sure how Prime would be implemented myself.

also, sorry if this is annoying, but if a pokemon has multiple delta cards, can you mix a dual typing from both (i.e. can Trapinch-Delta be Bug/Ghost)? also, how should Delta ex cards be treated?

Changed some things. Added BREAK and Dark, they work similar to Lv.X and Delta. Also Pokemon of the same trainer can have different Return-clone moves. Added previous answers to the OP.

You can technically make a Bug Trapinch or Ground Trapinch evolve into a Ghost Vibrava since Delta cards don't affect evolution in TCG. So you can give the evolution moves of those types. I think mixing two types on the 'mon itself can get a bit messy though.

Here are my submissions for now:
Pokemon: Guzzlord-GX
Based on:

Stats:
223/101/53/97/53/43 (570) (unchanged)
Ability: Beast Boost (unchanged)
Type: Dark/Dragon (unchanged)
New Signature Z-Move: Glutton
New Type: Dark
Classification: Special
Power: 180
Effect: Steals opponent's stat boosts, before doing damage
Required move: Dark Pulse
Commentary: Hopefully this makes Guzzlord an even better wallbreaker. Due to GX forms not needing Z-Crystals, it can use Z-Draco Meteor, Glutton AND Choice Specs in the same set (although it can still only use either Z-Draco Meteor or Glutton in a match).

Pokemon: Druddigon-Plasma
Based on:

Stats:
77/120/90/60/90/48 (485) (unchanged)
Abilities: Affection Bond (Sturdy, Shed Skin + Super Luck)
Type: Dragon
New Signature Move: Plasma Splicer
Type: Dragon
Classification: Physical
Power: 80
Effect: Recovers from 0% to 85% of damage dealt to foe. Calculated with (255-Happiness)/3.
Commentary: Druddigon-Plasma can utilize the Sturdy effect of its ability to the fullest, recovering HP after taking powerful blows. The Shed Skin also helps against burns.

Ability: Light Power
is a Pre-Contributor
Pokemon: Hariyama-ex
Based on:

Stats: 144 / 130 (+10) / 80 (+20) / 40 / 80 (+20) / 50 (524 BST)
New Signature Ability: Commanding Aura - As long as Hariyama-ex is active, Weathers and Terrains have no effects.
Type: Fighting
New Signature Move: Sumo Slam
New Type: Fighting
Classification: Physical
Power: 120
Accuracy: 85
PP: 5 (8)
Effect: This move cannot be resisted by Psychic-type and Fairy-type.
Potential: Allows Hariyama to finally use its high HP with a better bulk, and use Commanding Aura to discourage use of weathers and terrains, while Sumo Slam is a less accurate, but safer alternate of Close Combat which deals neutral hit to Psychic-type and Fairy-type. It is still very slow, and can be crippled by a burn does to not having access of Guts anymore.

Pokemon: Wigglytuff-ex
Based on:

Stats: 140 / 70 / 70 (+25) / 85 / 75 (+25) / 45 (485 BST)
New Signature Ability: Mega Spirit - Make the Attack and Special Attack the same total number of the HP stat. (In other words: Attack = HP and Sp.A = HP)
Type: Normal/Fairy
New Signature Move: Wiggly Punch
New Type: Normal
Classification: Status
Power: 90
Accuracy: 100%
PP: 5 (8)
Effect: Super Effective against Steel-Type.
Potential: While the stats themselves except HP remains unimpressive, its Signature Ability gives Wigglytuff much better Attack and Special Attack, with a signature Move will take care of Steel-type that would laugh at Drain Punch or Fire Punch for Physical moveset. Still initially slow like molasses, it also needs to be prepared as its Defense and Special Defense are still compared to other good Pokémon, it still had enough bulk to make its HP significant, and its Attack and Special Attack would be a bit bigger than Medicham's Pure Power-boosted Attack, but slightly less than Mega Medicham's, which means that it will hit hard on either sides.

Pokemon: Swampert-ex
Based on:

Stats: 100 / 120 (+10) / 90 / 85 / 90 / 100 (+40) (585 BST)
New Signature Ability: Recycler - After the end of each turn, the user will regain its same Item it previously stolen, Knocked Off or used. Doesn't work if Poisoned, Paralyzed, Asleep, Burning or Confused, or if the holder originally had the Red Card item.
Type: Water/Ground
New Signature Move: Muddy Buildup
New Type: Water
Classification: Status
Power: --
Accuracy: Self
PP: 10 (16)
Effect: Increase Attack by two stages, and heal HP by 33%.
Potential: While Mega Swampert functions better in a Rain team as a hulking fast sweeper, Swampert-ex can work in OU regardless of the situation. It is always faster than the Base Swampert, allowing it to outspeed most threats. Its new signature move solved its two big issues; lack of Attack boost, and lack of healing. While 33% from Muddy Buildup is not too impressive on its own, it can be combined with Sitrus or Figi Berry to recover more, considering that Recycler allows it to constantly heals, or with Lum Berry, to dive into a loophole where you will never be burnt, poisoned or even asleep (including Swampert's own rest). Recycler itself would certainly give more uses to lesser known items; Lum Berry will minimize Swampert's crippling weakness of Grass-type, and even become a Physical Wall or Special Wall with a Kee Berry and a Maranga Berry, respectively.

Pokemon: Wigglytuff-Dark
Based on:

Stats: 140 / 70 / 45 / 85 / 50 / 45
New Abilities: Contrary / Prankster / Simple
New Type: Normal/Dark
Added Moves: Sucker Punch, Bulk Up, Taunt, Torment, Close Combat, Superpower, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, Topsy-Turvy, Gunk Shot, Sludge Wave, Sludge Bomb, Knock Off, Parting Shot, Switcheroo, Foul Play
Potential: Unlike Wigglytuff-ex, Wigglytuff-Dark is made for more malicious strategy. From spanning Close Combat to slowly but surely fix its horrible Defense and Special Defense while fending off Steel-types, or Prankster to give it dastardly various roles and Foul Play as a last resort attack or to finish off weakened victim, and Simple to make maximum use of Bulk Up, Calm Mind or Nasty Plot. Prankster + Topsy-Turvy can be dangerous, as it can be a substitute of Contrary after spamming Close Combat, and also shut down most sweeping threats.

Pokemon: Tsareena-GX
Based on:

Stats: 72 / 120 / 98 / 50 / 98 / 72
Ability: Leaf Guard / Queenly Majesty / Sweet Veil
Type: Grass
New Signature Z-Move: Commanding Kick
New Type: Grass
Required Move: Trop Kick
Classification: Physical
Power: 175
Accuracy: --
PP: 1
Effect: After a successful hit, the target's all non-HP stat are decreased by one stage.
Potential: Give potentially big pressure into any opponent, even anything that would switch-in. A Dragonite that switches-in? Not a good idea, as Tsareena can have Play Rough. A Zapdos thinking it can beat you? It may still had a chance against her, but not for long. Even the likes of Skarmory, Celesteela and Tangrowth would not like to have all of their stats going down. It can also use Z-Aromatherapy to heal itself and also help out its allies for one time. Overall, Commanding Kick is intended to put a lot of pressure on an important team member if a successful hit had even happens.

Pokemon:
Charizard-Delta
Based on: Charizard ☆ δ (EX Dragon Frontiers Expansion)
New Type:

Stats:
78 / 84 / 78 / 109 / 85 / 100
New Abilities: Blaze / Defiant / (Intimidate)
Added Moves: Foul Play, Dark Pulse, Sucker Punch, Night Slash, Knock Off, Pursuit, Power Trip, Punishment, Taunt, Nasty Plot
Competitive Aspects: This mon can lay down Nasty Plot boosted Fire Blasts and Dark Pulse, whilst also gaining some priority in Sucker Punch. It's megas are no slouches either. Mega δ Charizard Y gains the impressive stats of 78 / 104 / 78 / 159 / 115 / 100 and a great ability in Drought, which basically gives it
STAB.
Mega δ Charizard X gains stats of 78 / 130 / 111 / 130 / 85 / 100, A
typing and Tough Claws. After 1 dragon dance, it can lay down very strong Sucker Punches, Night Slashes and Knock Offs. If you prefer to just set up on whatever's in front of you, Power Trip is also a nice move, as after 2 DDs, it bumps up to an impressive 100 BP.
does leave you very vulnerable to
though, so watch out for that.

Pokemon: Beedrill-Delta
Based on: Beedrill δ (EX Delta Species Expansion)
New Type:

Stats:
65 / 90 / 40 / 45 / 80 / 75
New Abilities: Poison Touch / Sturdy / (Levitate)
Added Moves: Gunk Shot, Gastro Acid, Smart Strike, Metal Sound
Competitive Aspects: Meh, just abuse sturdy to get off a Swords Dance. Then Mega Evolve. Now shit gets real. With Adaptability, it's attacks are gonna hurt, which is made even better by the amazing stat spread of 65 / 150 / 40 / 15 / 80 / 145, we got a fast as shit
type on out hands. 150 Atk, Adaptability and basically a free swords dance make this thing one hell of a monster. Even the fact that it lacks powerful
STAB doesn't really hold it back.

Pokemon: Flygon-Delta (EX)
Based on: Flygon ex δ (EX Dragons Frontier Expansion)
New Type:

Stats:
80 / 120 (+20) / 80 / 100 (+20) / 80 / 110 (+10)
New Abilities: Clear Body / (Magic Guard) / [Toxin Trickery] (This works like Greninja, with 1 Ability, 1 Hidden Ability & 1 Special Ability)
Signature Ability: Toxin Trickery: Inflicts opponents with the "Badly Poisoned" status upon switch-in. (Do not make it use toxic on switch-in. This is intended to bypass Magic Guard)
Added Moves: Sludge Wave, Sludge Bomb, Poison Jab, Venoshock, Poison Tail, Toxic Spikes, Purify, Synchronoise, Psychic, Zen Headbutt, Extrasensory, Psybeam, Stored Power, Calm Mind, Psychic Neurotoxicity
Signature Move: Psychic Neurotoxicity: This move uses the opponents Special Defence to calculate damage, instead of Defence.
Competitive Aspects: Why submit for one card type at once when you can submit for two? This Flygon-EX δ is very strong, with 120 Atk and 110 Spe, it outruns a lot in OU, anything faster than Kartana ties with it, at minimum. This allows it to deal quite a lot of damage to other things. It's amazing coverage also allows it to hit anything it's STABs can't (*cough* Bisharp *cough*).

Pokemon: Tapu Koko-GX

Stats: 70 / 115 / 85 / 95 / 75 / 130
Ability: Electric Surge
Type: Electric / Fairy
New Signature Z-Move: Tapu Thunder | Required Move: Wild Charge | Electric, Physical, 175 BP | Multiplies the damage dealt by the foe's positive stat changes. So if the opponent is at +1 Def, this move deals 1.5x extra damage, if the foe is at +2 Def, it deals 2x extra damage, if the foe is at +1 Def and +1 SpDef, it deals 2.25x extra damage, if the foe is at +3 Def and -1 SpDef, it deals 2.5x extra damage, as it doesn't factor negative changes.
Competitive: A very powerful Z-Move that keeps Z-Wild Charge's role but making it hit a lot harder after a Magnet boost, it is also nice for punishing set up, provided Tapu Koko outspeeds.

Pokemon: Tapu Lele-GX

Stats: 70 / 85 / 75 / 130 / 115 / 95
Ability: Psychic Surge
Type: Psychic / Fairy
New Signature Z-Move: Tapu Cure | Required Move: Psychic | Psychic, Special, 175 BP | Randomly heals two of Tapu Lele's non fainted teammates by half of their current HP, so if, say Exploud is at 25%, it's HP will become 50%, not 75%. Additionally, gives a Wish effect.
Competitive: Tapu Lele can act as a Cleric, helping it heal weakened teammates while still dishing out loads of damage, could be very viable with a Calm Mind an Odd Incense set.

Pokemon: Tapu Bulu-GX

Stats: 70 / 130 / 115 / 85 / 95 / 75
Ability: Grassy Surge
Type: Grass / Fairy
New Signature Z-Move: Tapu Wilderness | Required Move: Horn Leech | Grass, Physical, 175 BP | Heals Tapu Bulu by 50% of the damage dealt, a multiplier is applied to the healing, however, Tapu Bulu heals proporcionally to any positive stat changes it has. So if the user is at +1 Def, this move heals 75% of the damage dealt, if the user is at +2 Def, it heals 100% of the damage dealt, if the user is at +1 Def and +1 SpDef, it heals 125% of the damage dealt, if the user is at +3 Def and -1 SpDef, it heals 150% of the damage dealt, as it doesn't factor negative changes.
Competitive: considering how strong Tapu Bulu is, and considering that will probably have a Swords Dance up when using this move, it is very likely Tapu Bulu will be able to recover all of it's HP when using Tapu Wilderness, which allows it to run items such as Life Orb with very little drawback and outclass Z-Wood Hammer damage-wise.

Pokemon: Tapu Fini-GX

Stats: 70 / 75 / 115 / 95 / 130 / 85
Ability: Misty Surge
Type: Water / Fairy
New Signature Z-Move: Tapu Storm | Required Move: Hydro Pump | Water, Special, 175 BP | After dealing damage, halves the current HP stat of two random non-active Pokémon on the opponent's team (à la Nature's Madness), and then randomly forces the user out in case it has taken the hit.
Competitive: Despite taking a more defensive approach, Tapu Fini can use this move to wear down walls for it's teammates while still keeping Leftovers and defensive investment.

Pokemon: Magearna-EX

Stats: 80 / 90 (-5) / 120 (+5) / 150 (+20) / 120 (+5) / 90 (+25)
Type: Steel / Fairy
New Signature Ability: Mystic Heart - Prevents status conditing and lowering stats for Steel-types allies or the user, including self-induced drops
New Signature Move: Soul Blaster - Steel | Special | 130 BP | 5 PP | 90% Acc | Lowers user's Special Attack stat by two stages | Z-Move: 195 BP
Competitive: Having drawback free Soul Blasters and Fleur Cannons is amazing for Magearna, as it can clearly threaten many Pokémon with the combination of said moves and Thunderbolt already, allowing it to run Shift Gear in the last slot. However, losing Soul-Heart, which is one of Magearna's main assets is not always ideal.

Pokemon: Ninetales-Alola-GX
Based on:

Stats: 73 / 67 / 75 / 81 / 100 / 109
Ability: Snow Cloak / Snow Warning
Type:
/

New Signature Z-Move: Ice Path | Required Move: Blizzard | Ice, Special, 185 BP | Freezes the target, and does damage to one random non-active Pokemon on the opponent's team equal to Ninetales-Alola-GX's current missing HP. (for example, if Ninetales-Alola-GX has 75% of its max HP, then it reduces the HP of one of the opponent's Pokemon to 75% of its current HP)

Pokemon: Sylveon-GX
Based on:

Stats: 95 / 65 / 65 / 110 / 130 / 60
Ability: Cute Charm / Pixilate
Type:

New Signature Z-Move: Plea | Required Move: Moonblast | Fairy, Special, 185 BP | Forces the target to switch out to a random Pokemon, and lowers the Attack and Special Attack of the switch-in by 1 stage each.

Pokemon: Articuno-EX-Plasma
Based on:

Stats: 90 / 85 / 110 (+10) / 120 (+25) / 135 (+10) / 90 (+5)
Abilities: Affection Bond (Sturdy, Shed Skin + Super Luck)
Type:
/

New Signature Move: Absolute Freeze | Ice, Special, BP varies like Return, 100 Acc | Lowers the target's Speed by 1 stage and has a 20% chance to Freeze.

Pokemon: Gardevoir-Delta
Based on:

Base Form Stats: 68 / 65 / 65 / 125 / 115 / 80

Pokemon: Raichu-ex
Based on:

Stats: 60/120/55/90/80/130 (535)
New Signature Ability: Rai-Shield: Halves damage taken from EX, Level X, BREAK, GX and Mega Pokemon, takes 3/4th damage from anything else. When hit by a contact move, the user is paralyzed.
Type: Electric
New Signature Move: Dazzle Blast | Electric, Physical, 95 BP, 100 Acc | 30% chance to confuse the target.

While not exactly death incarnate, Raichu-EX is a potent attacker, with its poor bulk mitigated by Rai-Shield.

Pokemon: Kabutops-Delta
Based on:

Stats: Unchanged - 60/115/105/65/70/80 (495)
New Abilities: Swift Swim / Surge Surfer / Galvanize
New Type: Electric/Water
Added Moves: Thunder Punch, Discharge, Shock Wave, Spark, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Thunder Wave, Volt Switch

Tired of being overshadowed by Kingdra, Kabutops ditched that old Rock typing for a shiny new Electric one! Without those pesky extra weaknesses stopping it from switching in, Delta Kabutops is ready to be the Rain sweeper it deserved to be. Or it can be an Eleterrain sweeper, your choice really.

Pokemon: Pinsir-Delta
Based on:

Stats: Unchanged - 65/125/100/55/70/85 (500), 65/155/120/65/90/105 (600) as Mega Delta Pinsir
New Abilities: Hyper Cutter / Mold Breaker / Moxie, Aerilate as Mega Delta Pinsir
New Type: Ground, Ground/Flying as Mega Delta Pinsir
Added Moves: None. It doesn't need any.

Mega Delta Pinsir is basically a better Mega Pinsir. Mega Pinsir is already good. Oh dear. Nobody cares about the base form, though.

Pokemon: Altaria-Delta-ex
Based on:

Stats: 95/70/100/80/115/80 (540), 95/110/120/120/115/80 (640) as Mega Delta Altaria ex
New Signature Ability: Extra Boost: Gets a 1.2x boost to moves that match the types of the opponent's Pokemon-EX, Level X, BREAK, GX or Mega Evolved Pokemon.
New Type: Water/Flying, Water/Fairy as Mega Delta Altaria ex
New Signature Move: Healing Light | Water, Special, 90 BP, 100 Acc | All teammates, including the user, heal 15% of the damage dealt
Added Moves: Waterfall, Scald, Hydro Pump, Surf, Water Gun, Bubble Beam

Mega tank with Healing Light as both an attack and a support option.

Pokemon: Tyranitar-Delta-ex
Based on:

Stats: 120/144/110/95/120/61 (650), 120/174/150/95/140/71 (750) in case you want a mega that damages itself
New Signature Ability: Electromark (Summons Electric Terrain for 5 turns upon switching in. The next attack against the Pokemon it switches in on is guaranteed to be critical.)
New Type: Electric/Dark
New Signature Move: God of Lightning | Electric, Physical, 100 BP, 100 Acc | If it lands a critical hit, has a 2x damage multiplier instead of 1.5x and paralyzes the target.
Added Moves: Volt Switch

Behold, the God of Lightning. Not only does its combination of ability and signature move force... most things out, but it sets Electric Terrain, and can do so repeatedly with its good bulk (and ability to force things out). An excellent asset for a team.

I can't tell if the typings are based on just the card and not the real Pokemon, so Kabutops and Tyranitar should be pure electric for example, or the real one factors in too. Anybody know?

Pokemon:
Emolga-EX
Based on: Emolga-EX (XY 46)
Stats: 55 / 100 / 60 / 100 / 60 / 103 (+25 Atk, +25 SpA)
New Signature Ability: Energy Glide - As long as this Pokemon hasn't fainted, whenever it or its allies switch-in, they use Charge (as in both the Charge effect and the +1 Special Defense).
Type: Electric/Flying
New Signature Move: Electron Crush | Electric | 110 BP | 100% Acc | 32 PP Max | Physical | Makes Contact | 30% chance to flinch the opponent. If it does, it uses 2 PP instead of 1.

A weird little glass cannon. Not very strong, but it's helped by the automatic Charge effect it gains, making it's normal Electric moves do Z-Move levels of damage, and it's Z-Moves do ludicrous amounts of damage. And, hey, who doesn't like a Special Defense buff?

Pokemon: Octillery-Dark
Based on: Dark Octillery (EX Team Rocket Returns 8)
Stats: 75/105/75/105/75/45
New Abilities: Black Suction Cups / Sniper / Mega Launcher (H)
New Type: Water/Dark
Added Moves: Dark Pulse, Aura Sphere, Dragon Pulse, Wrap, Laser Focus, Knock Off, Payback, Brutal Swing, Taunt, Torment, Snarl, Feint Attack

Dark Octillery is a powerful Special Attacker, boasting a good SpAtk stat and STAB Mega Launcher-boosted Water Pulse and Dark Pulse to tear through opposing teams with. It also packs Mega Launcher-boosted Aura Sphere if that strikes your fancy. Lastly, a probably less viable but more fun strategy is the combination of Laser Focus + Sniper for guaranteed high powered crits.

Pokemon: Lurantis-GX
Based on: Lurantis-GX (Sun & Moon 15)
Stats: 70/105/90/80/90/45
Ability: Leaf Guard / Contrary (H)
Type: Grass
New Signature Z-Move: Chloroscythe | Grass | 65 BP | -- Acc | Physical | Makes Contact | Hits 3 times. Each hit raises the user's Attack by 1. (I forget Z-Move's interaction with Contrary, so help pls) | Base Move: Leaf Blade

Use Chloroscythe, then sweep with Superpower + Leaf Blade + Knock Off, with Synthesis handy to heal you up. The speed sucks, but it has pretty decent bulk and Chloroscythe's auto +3 Attack makes Lurantis-GX a huge threat.

Pokemon:
Weavile-Team Plasma
Based on: Weavile (Plasma Freeze 66)
Stats: 70/120/65/45/85/125
Abilities: Affection Bond (Sturdy, Shed Skin + Super Luck)
Type: Dark/Ice
New Signature Move: Vilify | Dark | -- BP | 100% Acc | Physical | 24 PP Max | Doesn't Make Contact | Hits 2-5 times. Each hit has a 6% chance to remove 1 PP from the opponent's last used move. Deals damage based on the user's happiness (5 per hit min - 30 per hit max)

Literally any buff to Weavile makes it much better, and Team Plasma Weavile is just that. An actually useful ability plus a cool signature move that has the potential to be 150 BP improves Weavile by a decent amount.

Pokemon: Vileplume-ex
Based on: Vileplume ex (EX Hidden Legends 100)
Stats: 120/80/85/115/90/50 (+45 HP, +5 SpA)
New Signature Ability: Block Dust - This Pokemon is immune to indirect damage.
Type: Grass/Poison
New Signature Move: Special Formula | Grass | 65 BP | 100% Acc | Special | 16 PP Max | Has a 10% chance to inflict sleep, a 10% chance to inflict bad poison, a 10% chance to inflict poison, and a 20% chance to inflict confusion.

The destroyer of worlds is in, boasting great 120/85/90 bulk, a fun and annoying signature move, a bootleg Magic Guard, and new access to STRENGTH SAP thanks to USM. With all of this, Vileplume is here to stay (literally).

Guys, start using the hide BBcode thingy lol. The pictures of the cards are going to make the thread pages too long.

Just a nitpick but if the card doesn't have the
symbol, write it as "ex" and not "EX". In that Flygon submission there's no difference, but things could get confusing with other cards. Only cards with
and
are allowed to have their Mega abilities changed, if someone submitted ex-Mega written as EX-Mega and a different ability, it would be hard to notice.

So if I were to submit this card:
https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Aura's_Lucario_ex_(Master_Kit_Side_Deck_6)
How would that work? Does it get 2 signature moves? Does it get both a signature ability and Affection Bond?
Oh I forgot to answer this yesterday to Pika Xreme .
Seeing as ex/EX combinations are the most OP thing in this meta so far, I'll be placing some restrictions on the number of bonuses you can stack. I'll be updating the picture in the OP shortly. (Good thing no one submitted ex-Delta-Mega yet)

Changes:
  • Lv.X/BREAK Pokemon can get old moves added to their movepools, so that the submissions for the same Lv.X/BREAK can be different from one another.
  • ex/EX PLUS Delta/Owner/SP/Plasma now can't Mega Evolve, hopefully preventing submissions with too many buffs.
  • Only one Signature Move even if the Pokemon is ex/EX + Owner/SP/Plasma.
  • Shuffling stats (lowering X from one stat to increase X in another stat) can now be done in Crystal Pokemon and Lv.X Pokemon, so that the submissions for the same Lv.X can be different from one another. Maximum +20 change in Lv.X Pokemon. Maximum +40 change in Crystal Pokemon. You can't change HP in Lv.X Pokemon. You can't shuffle stats in ex/EX Pokémon, you can only increase stats.
  • Affection Bond overrides any signature abilities if the Pokemon is ex/EX/Lv.X + Owner/SP/Plasma.
  • Affection Bond now doesn't have RNG effects.(this one is WIP)
i did though
sorry
