    No, its not. Anything that can breed (except ditto) can breed with ditto, regardless of lvl. However, if you want to pass the move down, the charmander has to be male.

    First off, just follow what everyone's saying in this thread:p I also find reading Serebii's PotW 4th gen was good, as it gave me some idea as to good sets, etc. Also, posting RMTs helped me understand about dealing with common threats and stuff.
