-4, that's a tough window for me but I can do Friday any time past 9am my time or Sunday at around 8:30am my time. I vastly prefer Friday, though.

I can just do 9am that way you don't have to stay up too late. Or if you prefer to stay up late I can do more like 11am. I'd prefer to not go any later than that if possible, but within that range it doesn't really matter for me tbh
