I'm -5, can play 630-830pm M-Thursday and mornings on weekends

Shall we try sometime at the weekend then? Say, sometime between 3-5 PM GMT (10:00-12:00 ur time) on either Saturday or Sunday? That still leaves Monday and Tuesday if we can’t do either of those days, but we’d need to play reasonably close to 6:30 your time on those days ‘cuz that would be like 11:30 PM my time and I don’t really like the idea of playing a tour game past midnight

Yeah that works. Saturday in that time window is usually pretty good for me, but i'll also likely be available earlier that day too :)
