Holy cow, you're right! That's crazy, I never checked it because I had RNGed it and assumed the IVs were correct, but it turns out the attack is 3 instead of 20, making it Water instead of Fire. Which means I randomly got a 31/x/31/30/31/30 Fini and not the one I was going for o.o
