I started working on it. I forgot how outdated gen 5 was. It was good back then but I've made significant improvements in gen 6. I'm just gonna write the gen 4 code from scratch.
Didn't look through the actual pokemon movelist for gen4 random but taunt is a good idea for elecrode cuz of its high speed. If it already has it, don't mind me lol.
