((12 + 4(1.5) - 3(1.5)) * 1.5) * 2.25 = 45.5625
At least, I believe I did it correctly.

When you do a same=move combo it is: [BAP*2.25+Stat Dif+Stuff]*SE Multiplier. The Combo affects the original BAP, not the final damage.

So the damage I am getting is (12*2.25+1+1.5)*1.5= 44.25hp which is close but no sugar.

Wait, Thunder Stone is giving Eelektross an extra point in attack, according to your reffing.
That makes the calc:
((12*2.25)+1+5(1.5)-3(1.5))*1.5 = 46.5, which does it.
