That sounds like a good start. Hopefully, we can incorporate more meaningful individual ORAS tours than just Major, though. Waiting half a year between individual ORAS tours makes it hard for hungry players to break into the scene.

We just had UU open and after majors we have classics, then SPL. Then UULT and UUPL. Constant high level tours for all players.
