well think you could use some work in terms of justification. you should explain more in detail why you think one pokemon would be a good fit over the other. replacing a pokemon can patch up some weaknesses but it can open up others in the process, so you should include good reasoning for it.
your formatting could also use some work. try to include more full stops to form proper sentences rather than using commas. it makes sentences unnecessarily long and hard to follow. i'd also recommend bolding your suggestions. check out rates by official raters for examples of this.
