Movepool Additions - Dragon Pulse, Dragon Breath, Earth Power
Competitive Analysis - I know, I went the obvious route, but that doesn't mean its bad, does it?! Tinted Lens gives it the ability to revenge kill slower threats or clean up late game after some Speed Booshts. 144 SpA is pretty good, but you should remeber that can't hold items, so it doesn't get so much power, specially since it has no options to boost its SpA (imagine how deadly this would be if I gave it Quiver Dance lol).

Mega Dragalge

BST - 494

Movepool Additions - Synthesis, Growth
Competitive Analysis - Mega Dragalge is a very powerful Wallbreaker, base 147 SpA is really high, and when coupled with an amazing STAB combo of Poison + Dragon + Water which is also boosted by Sea's Soul, allows Dragalge to have very few safe switch-ins (Ferrothorn, Kartana and Empoleon pretty much). It also has average overall bulk in 65 / 111 / 159 allowing it to take a hit or two if need be. However, its slow speed means it almost always will take a hit before attacking, it is also quite succeptible to Physical-moves and Super-Effectie Special moves as well, having many unwanted weaknesses, such as Ground, Psychic, Ice and Dragon.

Mega Pangoro

Ability -
Iron Fist; Mold Breaker; Scrappy
Dark Fists (Normal-types Punch Moves become Dark-types and gain a 1.44x boost, other Punch Moves gain a 1.2x boost - Iron Fist + Pixielate variant)

Movepool Additions - Mega Punch, Pursuit
Competitive Analysis - Once again, another nasty Wallbreaker here! Mega Pangoro can take down the sturdiest of walls with its punching moves, but struggles against faster threats due to its lack of speed and areage bulk.

Heh, I seem to see the appeal with this. Might as well give it a try.

Mega Yanmega
Ability:
Draco Spirit (Dragon-type Steelworker)
Typing: Bug/Flying
HP: 86 (+0)
Attack: 86 (+10)
Defense: 86 (+0)
Special Attack: 141 (+25)
Special Defense: 106 (+50)
Speed: 110 (+15)
New Moves: Quiver Dance, Dragon Pulse, Earth Power
Description: Well, it may not be a total dragon, but its spirit shows that it can. Aside from having a gigantic Special Defense buff, its really a more powerful version of Yanmega. As well as a new Dragon move to take advantage of Draco Spirit, it gains a way to boost its Special Attack and Speed, as well as build up some bulk, and a move to finally take care of the dreaded Poison and Steel types, as well as a way to hit Fairies without relining on the weak Air Slash. However, it must force Protect to get a Speed buff, and the typing is still the infamous Bug/Flying, which thankfully does not take it over the edge. However, if you're lucky, you can run Quiver Dance and become lucky if you don't have any Rocks. It also helps out regular Yanmega by giving it finally a way to boost its stats and Speed if it has Tinted Lens.
Yanmega @ Yanmegite
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Quiver Dance
- Protect
- Dragon Pulse
- Earth Power / Bug Buzz / Air Slash

Mega Dragalge
Ability:
Regenerator
Typing: Poison/Dragon
HP: 65 (+0)
Attack: 45 (-30)
Defense: 140 (+50)
Special Attack: 137 (+40)
Special Defense: 133 (+10)
Speed: 74 (+30)
New Moves: Flamethrower, Ice Beam
Description: Hmm.... Well, this gotten awkward. It has apparently gotten a healing potion, a flamethrower, and a freeze gun. That, and it gotten a bit faster with durable armor. I can explain! Anyway, now with the ability to heal itself every time it switches out, gains a lot more bulk, and has accurate coverage for Steel, it sure can break a switch. Ice-type moves are also apply to Skrelp so it doesn't feel out of place with the other Water-types sans Volcanion.
Dragalge @ Dragalgite
Ability: Poison Point
EVs: 162 HP / 252 SpA / 84 Spe

Mega Pangoro
Ability:

Typing: Fighting/Fairy
HP: 95 (+0)
Attack: 134 (+10)
Defense: 98 (+20)
Special Attack: 59 (-10)
Special Defense: 111 (+40)
Speed: 99 (+40)
New Moves: Mach Punch, Play Rough
Description: A spindly thing, it now has a mood reversal, from feeling like a evil thug to a more cheerful panda, but would still give up a fight. Fitting with this role is the ability Contrary, allowing it to abuse Superpower boosts and prepare a sweep with the now decent 99 speed and 95/98/111 bulk. It also gets a minor Attack buff just so it dosen't feel a worse trade off. Mach Punch gives it a STAB priority (Bullet Punch is a start, but STAB is sometimes better) and Play Rough for its new secondary STAB. Now, abuse the boosts all you want, NEVA SAY NO TO DA PANDA!
Pangoro @ Pangorite
Ability: Mold Breaker / Scrappy
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Superpower
- Play Rough
- Knock Off
- Mach Punch / Gunk Shot / Drain Punch

Notify me if anything's wrong with them. I'm not sure if we can add moves to the latter 2, though MaceMaster gave Dragalge 2 new moves, so Wynaut?

Stats:
HP: 86 (+0)
Attack: 76 (+0)
Defense: 86 (+0)
Special Attack: 126 (+10)
Special Defense: 56 (+0)
Speed: 185 (+90)
Added Moves: Calm Mind, Psyshock, Focus Blast
Design: Mega Yanmega is bigger than the regular one, she changed color to pink, she has got three wings on each side instead of two, her eyes are now bigger and black and there is a white spiral in both of them (as if she is hypnotizing someone).
Description: Mega Yanmega is the fastest Pokemon. Thanks to the Compound Eyes accuracy boost, Hypnosis and Focus Blast have a higher chance to hit (Hypnosis has a 78% chance and Focus Blast 91%). Mega Yanmega can put something to sleep more reliably with Hypnosis and then set up with Calm Mind and try to sweep.

Yanmega @ Yanmegite
Ability: Compound Eyes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

Speed: 78 (+20)
Added Moves: Close Combat, Wood Hammer
Design: Mega Pangoro is bigger than the regular one, his eyes are red and he's holding a huge tree trunk in his paw. He beats up his foes with it.
Description: Mega Pangoro is a strong wallbreaker that can snowball through defensive teams thanks to Moxie and the highest attack stat in the game. There is very few Pokemon that aren't at least 2HKOd by this monster. However Mega Pangoro's speed is quite mediocre and fairies are everywhere, so he might struggle against offensive teams.

Pangoro @ Pangorite

Speed: 34 (-10)
Added Moves: Earth Power, Recover
Design: Mega Dragalge is bigger than the regular one, the pink parts of his body changed color to dark purple and he has got a second pair of pectoral fins.
Description: Mega Dragalge can spread poison with Toxic Spikes and then get critical hits thanks to Merciless. Mega Dragalge also has increased bulk and Recover, which provides him with more longevity.

Ability: Merciless
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Toxic Spikes

- Draco Meteor
- Earth Power / Focus Blast

Type: Bug/Dragon
Stats: 86/86/96/146/66/135 (±0/+10/+10/+30/+10/+40) [BST: 615]
Ability: Sheer Force
Appearance: Yanmega's wings have merged, though with bands going all the way from the base to the ends, as if the wings didn't completely merge. It now has its back completely coated in black spines. Its legs are longer and still spindly, and the forelegs are red. (Height: 2.2m/7'03"; Weight: 60.5kg/133.4lb)
Added Moves: Dragon Pulse, Heat Wave
Description: Sheer Force Bug Buzz is deadly, and Yanmega's Rock weakness is nerfed, with its Fire and Electric weaknesses nullified at the cost of being hurt by Dragon- and Fairy-type moves. It's now able to switch in on Stealth Rocks.
Example Moveset:
Yanmega @ Yanmegite
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Bug Buzz
- Dragon Pulse
- Hidden Power Ground
- Heat Wave
Heat Wave and STAB Dragon Pulse help as perfect coverage against mons that aren't Fairy-types with Fire resists, and HP Ground helps cover the Fire/Rock Fairies. Bug Buzz is the other STAB, and while it can't drop the target's Special Defense, it hurts harder. Oh, and you can postpone your Mega as much as you wish, until the time comes for you to wipe them out.

Type: Poison/Dragon
Stats: 65/85/120/137/143/44 (±0/+10/+30/+40/+20/±0) [BST: 594]
Ability: Adaptability
Appearance: Dragalge has lots of multicolored "leaves" on it, rather than just the top of its head. It also looks longer and slimmer. (Height: 6'11"/2.1m; Weight: 96.5kg/212.8lb)
Added Moves: Recover
Description: It's now hurting as hard as Pheromosa and has more Special bulk than Toxapex.
Example Moveset:
Dragalge @ Dragalgite
Ability: Poison Point
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA
Modest Nature
- Dragon Pulse / Draco Meteor
- Sludge Wave
- Scald
- Recover
Strong STAB options, further buffed by Adaptability, and Scald to spread burns and hit, say, Magearna. Recover can be used to heal.

Type: Fighting/Dark
Stats: 95/164/108/69/101/58 (±0/+40/+30/±0/+30/±0) [BST: 595]
Ability: Iron Fist
Appearance: Pangoro is taller and bulkier. It's even got a dark X-shaped scar across one of its eyes, which glows a fierce red! Its "cape" is now long enough to reach the ground. (Height: 7'03"/2.2m; Weight: 143.7kg/316.8lb)
Added Moves: N/A
Description: Celesteela-like bulk with crazy Attack on par with Mega Tyranitar. It also has Iron Fist, so that places further emphasis on its Physical firepower.
Example Moveset:
Pangoro @ Pangorite
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Crunch / Power Trip
- Hammer Arm
- Swords Dance
Sword Dance lets it hurt harder. It has STABs, and Hammer Arm's self-inflicted Speed drops are negligible since this thing's too slow anyway. Bullet Punch is not only priority, but also to hurt those pesky fairies. Power Trip can be used instead if you're confident that you'll get two Swords Dances off.

Hello, since MaceMaster is short on time, I'll be ending voting and announcing the next slate on his behalf.

Mega Yanmega:
Yoshiblaze: 7

MaceMaster: 5
Ticktock: 3
Exploudit: 3
Tiksi: 7
Ezaphs: 1

Mega Dragalge:

Heavyweapons Mann: 1

Mega Pangoro:
Ticktock: 6
Ezaphs: 4
Jucherz: 7
Kirbyrider1337: 2
MaceMaster: 5
Yoshiblaze: 1

Jucherz wins Mega Pangoro, MaceMaster wins Mega Dragalge, and a tie between MaceMaster and Tiksi for Mega Yanmega. Since this is quiet, I'll decide via spinner wheel. And the winner is Tiksi.

Next slate is...

Legendary Beasts
Feel free to send them to Ubers. All Pokemon will have an ability limit of 4.5 and you can add two new moves to their otherwise lackluster movepools. Event moves that are made legal with any nature count as 50% of a new move, so if Extreme Speed and Flare Blitz are new moves on Entei, you can add one other move. Same goes for Weather Ball and Aura Sphere on Raikou.

Pressure/Inner FocusLightning Rod

New Moves: Aura Sphere*

  • Excellent combination of power and speed.

  • Good bulk for an offensive Pokemon.

  • Lightning Rod is a much better ability for an offensive Pokemon, granting Raikou an immunity and giving it a special attack boost

  • Lacks coverage, forcing it to rely on HP to hit grass and ground types. Also is unable to hit Chansey.

  • Aura Sphere is considered a “New” move, because it's otherwise event only and forced Raikou to run an unappealing nature.

Pressure/Inner FocusFlash Fire

New Moves: Extreme Speed, Flare Blitz*, Earthquake

  • Great attack. Speed is also excellent, outspeed base 80 at +1 as well as threats like Greninja(Ash), Tapu Koko and others

  • Flash Fire grants Entei an immunity and gives a pseudo choice band boost to its STAB fire attacks.

  • Solid bulk, including a high HP stat and its decent defensive typing.

  • Flare Blitz and Extreme Speed are considered “new” moves as they are normally event only, locking Entei into an adamant nature. Earthquake allows Entei to hit other fire types more comfortably than with Stone Edge as well as hit rock types that resist fire. (the rule is two new moves but since Entei can technically already use both Extreme Speed and Flare Blitz, I think they should only count as 1/2 of a new move each)

  • Stealth Rock weakness and lack of recovery combined with Flare Blitz recoil means Entei tends to not last for very long without cleric support.

Pressure/Water AbsorbWater Absorb

  • Amazing mixed bulk and good defensive typing.

  • Water Absorb gives Suicune an immunity and gives it a form of recovery outside of Rest.

  • Its infamous Crocune set becomes even more threatening, not only because of a solid boost to Suicune's special attack, but also because it's so difficult to break. (For fun, only five Pokemon in OU can 2HKO Suicune at 252 HP/252 Def and +1 SpD. Nothing can OHKO it)

  • Still has no reliable recovery, forcing Suicune to run Rest.

Before I start, I just wanted to say that I kept all their stats identical but in different order, to reflect their bond and keep the pattern on their Megaless formes. The stats are a reorganized version of this:

90 - 100 - 105 - 115 - 115 - 155

Movepool Additions - Earthquake, Flare Blitz, Extreme Speed
Competitive Analysis - Intended for OU. A very powerful Wallbreaker thanks for the combo of Sacred Fire + Sacred Scorch, allowing it to tear apart most walls that don´t resist it thanks to its high Attack stat, Sacred Fire´s high BP and its ability. Its is also quite fast at base 100, and has a formidable 115/107/117 bulk and access to Extreme Speed. However, it is not without flaws, its shallow movepool makes it vulnreable to Water and Dragon-types, specially those that don´t mind being burned. Its lack of reliable recovery when coupled with a Stealth Rock weakness and a average Speed stat, means most teams can easily wear it down throught a match and revenge kill later on. It is definitely a powerhouse, but its flaws make it balanced on an OU envinronment.
Rationale - Sacred Scorch represents Entei's power to burn things up when comboed with Sacred Fire, as it did with the burned tower. Its design stays pretty similar, but a red grow and more grey spikes can be seen on its back.

Movepool Additions - Hurricane, Zap Cannon, Aura Sphere
Competitive Analysis - Intended for OU. Mega Raikou acts as a very powerful Pivot that can help punch holes on the opponent´s team. It resembles Mega Manectric, albeit more powerful but slower. Ion Electrizer is also an intersting ability, beacuse it allows Mega Raikou to become even more threatening behind Electric Terrain. Just don´t couple it with Koko, because we all know how bad the ManeKoko core is, and coupling these two is pretty much no different. Now let´s go over the cons. Its Speed, while pretty good, is not really enough for a pivot, and it lacks Intimidate, the one ability that helped Meganectric´s pivot role. Also, being slower than Dugtrio is really troublesome for an Electric-type. However, its strengths outweighs its flaws, making it shine on an OU environment.
Rationale - Ion Electrizer reflects Raikou's ability to convert Electricity into power, it doesn't have all that much flavor, tho, but its more another abuser to Electric Terrain, which is pretty lacking atm. Designwise, it gains a orange cloud of electricity on each side and a yellow glow on its teeth.

Movepool Additions - Recover, Aqua Ring, Air Slash
Competitive Analysis - Intended for OU. Now with reliable recovery, this legendary beast can become a staple on fatter teams or even bulky offense builds. 100/115/155 bulk and reliable recovery means only Pokémon like Tapu Bulu or Tapu Koko can break it down. It is kind of passive though, but it has plenty of counterplay to make it balanced, Taunt and Super Effective STAB moves can take it down, allowing it to outstand itself in an OU enviroment.
Rationale - Purifying Soul mirrors its ability to purify water as seen on its debut movie with Celebi, it also fits Suicune role at the burned tower, because it was the one that summonedthe downpour that stopped the fire and the thunders, cleaning and restoring what was left of the tower. Water can be seen flowing on Suicune's 'hair' after Mega Evolving, and a blue glow is seen on its white ribbons.

Typing: Fire/Fairy
Ability: Pixelate
Stats: 115 / 135 (+20) / 95 (+10) / 120 (+30) / 95 (+20) / 120 (+20)
New Moves: Extreme Speed, Flare Blitz

Competitive Analysis
OH YEAH. The god of Mix & Mega has now entered OU. Having the strongest priority move in OU and the ability to cripple checks with Sacred Fire burns, Mega Entei is one hell of a Mega Evolution. It's role is sweeper, a standard moveset of Sacred Fire/Flare Blitz/Extreme Speed/Stone Edge will do. Almost anything that can take an Extreme Speed is crippled or downright killed by Sacred Fire. Mega Entei is also pretty bulky, and normally Mew would be a wall but Mega Entei is immune to Will-o-Wisp and Psychic only 4HKOs. Mega Entei isn't invincible though. For starters, Toxapex and Heatran are hard counters. And like regular Entei, it's prone to being worn down easily through Stealth Rock and Flare Blitz recoil, which hinders its bulk. It's a dominant threat in Mix & Mega, and it's sure to be a threat in OU.

Been a while since I've been here.

Mega Raikou:
Type: Electric -> Electric
Ability: Pressure/Inner Focus -> Lightningrod
Stats:
HP: 90 -> 90 (+0)
Attack: 85 -> 95 (+10)
Defence: 75 -> 95 (+20)
Special Attack: 115 -> 135 (+20)
Special Defence: 100 -> 110 (+10)
Speed: 115 -> 155 (+40)
Total: 580 -> 680 (+100)
Move Additions: Weather Ball, Aura Sphere, Noble Roar

Description:
Like a bolt of lightning from up above, Raikou hits hard and fast, frying all around it to a crisp. With a huge base 155 speed and respectable Special Attack, Raikou becomes the new face of voltturn, essentially replacing Mega Manectric due to its much higher speed stat.

Mega Entei:
Type: Fire -> Fire
Ability: Pressure/Inner Focus -> Beast Boost
Stats:
HP: 115 -> 115 (+0)
Attack: 115 -> 150 (+35)
Defence: 85 -> 100 (+15)
Special Attack: 90 -> 105 (+15)
Special Defence: 75 -> 110 (+35)
Speed: 100 -> 100 (+0)
Total: 580 -> 680 (+100)
New Moves: Flare Blitz, Extreme Speed, Noble Roar

Description:
Just like a fire, Entei starts to simmer, then burns slowly, before heating up into a roaring blaze, eating away at everything in its path. with a ridiculous attack stat and otherwise Balanced, yet above average Stats, Entei should have no trouble denting teams, and fitting of the embodiment of fire, has Beast Boost to accumulate boosts as things are caught up in its fire, becoming nothing more than mere piles of fuel and ash. I wanted to avoid giving it Earthquake, as having near-perfect neutral coverage on something with base 150 attack and beast boost seems a little too powerful for my liking.

Mega Suicune:
Type: Water -> Water
Ability: Pressure/Inner Focus -> Drizzle
Stats:
HP: 100 -> 100 (+0)
Attack: 90 -> 110 (+20)
Defence: 115 -> 135 (+20)
Special Attack: 90 -> 120 (+30)
Special Defence: 115 -> 125 (+10)
Speed: 85 -> 105 (+20)
Total: 580 -> 680 (+100)
New Moves: Aqua Ring, Air Slash, Defog

Description:
Suicune represents water, and as such Mega Suicune is as vast and formidable as the ocean itself. With huge mixed bulk, Drizzle to keep it strong even with no investment, and the ability to remove hazards to support your team, Suicune becomes the ultimate support Pokémon, both on rain teams and off.

Some of my stat boosts, such as giving Suicune attack, may seem odd, but I prefer not to go overboard and having a mon being capable of doing everything. For instance, giving Entei a lot of speed with that attack would remove one of the weaknesses I intended of it, so I gave it a special attack boost, even though it looks kind of strange.

Enjoy.

Mega Suicune
Type: Water --> Water
Ability: Pressure/Inner Focus --> Air Lock
Stats:
HP: 100 --> 100 (+0)
Attack: 75 --> 85 (+10)
Defense: 115 --> 140 (+25)
Special Attack: 90 --> 120 (+30)
Special Defense: 115 --> 125 (+10)
Speed: 85 --> 110 (+25)
Total: 580 --> 680 (+100)

New Moves: Recover and Air Slash

Description: Intended for Ubers. Mega Suicune is quite bulky, while also not being as passive thanks to its Special Attack boost. Mega Suicune can be very hard to kill as well, due to another movepool addition in Recover instantly recovering it without drawback. It is also quite fast, so offensive Calm Mind sets are hard to stop once they're set up. Air Lock is chosen as the ability because Suicune has always seemed like a Pokémon that could control wind and even weather, supported by the fact that it can learn moves like Tailwind and Gust. As this Mega would likely end up in Ubers, Air Lock is actually quite useful over there to nullify Primal Groudon's Desolate Land, allowing Mega Suicune to hit it with its Water-type moves. However, Mega Suicune would still have a few flaws such as having meh coverage moves, especially against opposing Water-types, and taking up the Mega slot over other Megas or Water-types, so it would likely be powerful, but balanced in Ubers.

Appearance: Raikou's purple fur is now dark gray, with light flickering from there. Its color scheme is inverted, being black with yellow highlights instead of the other way around. Added Moves: N/A
Description: Sheer Force Bug Buzz is deadly, and Yanmega's Rock weakness is nerfed, with its Fire and Electric weaknesses nullified at the cost of being hurt by Dragon- and Fairy-type moves. It's now able to switch in on Stealth Rocks.

Raikou @ Raikoite
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid / Modest Nature
- Thunderbolt / Discharge
- Hidden Power Ice
- Shadow Ball

Raikou's movepool is, unfortunately, a bit shallow. However, with a pseudo-BoltBeam and some coverage, it can put dents in the opposing team, packing Base Mewtwo's Special Attack and a Speed beating out Pheromosa.

Type: Fire
Stats: 115/155/95/100/75/140 (±0/+40/+10/+10/±0/+40) [BST: 680]
Ability: Magic Guard
Appearance: The fur on its back is now radiating heat, thus it is a heated light yellow. The spiky thingies on its side now go all the way around the front of it, and are jet-black. The yellow, red, and white on its face all shimmer, the latter being orange instead. The brown fur on its head is darkened to black. Its body is more slender. (Height: 7'07"/2.3m; Weight: 200.0kg/440.9lb)
Added Moves: Earthquake
Description: This thing's a physical sweeper. Faster than Ash-Greninja, with an Attack stat on par with Mega Pinsir, beating out Zekrom, Aegislash, etc.
Example Moveset:
Entei @ Enteite
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Sacred Fire
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Return
It has STAB and EdgeQuake as assured Neutral coverage, with Return as more coverage.

Type: Water/Ice
Stats: 100/75/155/100/155/95 (±0/±0/+40/+10/+40/+10) [BST: 680]
Ability: Magic Guard
Appearance: Suicune's diamond splotches are now glowing various colors, with the purple shroud of fur also glowing occasionally in some places. Its body now shimmers, as cleanliness appears to be surging through its body. The crystal on its forehead seems to be be radiating rainbow lights. (Height: 7'03"/2.2m; Weight: 187.0kg/412.3lb)
Added Moves: N/A
Description: CroCune is tried and true, but try it on something with around as much HP as Celesteela and more Defense than Toxapex, with a matching Special Defense stat to boot.
Example Moveset:
Suicune @ Suicunite
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Scald
CroCune has Mega Evolved! Its Defensive Typing might have been hindered, but it's bulkier than Cresselia. And it can't take damage from status ailments.
