The reason it was deleted in the thread steams from a combination of the fact that skyshayde is trying to host what you are proposing and the fact that this will not be happening on PS's main lobby. We just don't have the playerbase of OU and as such cannot split a tier without cutting them all up into little weird ladders that will all eventually die off.

I have a request: is possible make the inferior tier in the Hackmon balanced metagame?

Because is simply boring fight against the only 10-20 Pokémons.

So basically, make this tier:

- BH Under Used
- BH Nerver Used
- BH Little Cup
