I'm a really big fan of Victor S. Court's submission. My issue with most of the other sets is a lesser ability to take out Tomohawk outright. We obviously don't want Tomohawk to be outright beaten by CAP23 100% of the time, but increasing the number of scenarios in which we can take it out fits...
