I use keldio and breloom on my team between the two of them they stop sandstorm very eaisly and I put a shed shell on my breloom so chandelure does not trap him that beats the the most common sand pokemon other than celebi but genesect is popluar so its not that common the only thing about sand...

I think if you want more use from your kingdra you should put in rest over substitute this way you can set up then just rest to get all your hp back and ready to sweep and on donphan you really dont need protect you should use ice shard so you have more prioity and it will help with low hp guys...

The only thing about rain dance is if ur opponent has something like sableye tornadus or whisicott they can just taunt you or you can just stall it out so its not that bad its a good anti weather but not something to really build a team a round
