i love these completely random leads. So many "useless" pokemon can make very powerful leads. The best part about this is that uncommon leads dont have common counters. It is awesome!

You know, you could actually use scarf Raichu. I dont think it learns trick, and I know it doesnt get hydropump, but it does get surf. If you are willing to drop the scarf you could run a light ball Pikachu.
