Wailord, Exploud, Drifblim, Emboar, etc.. All of these have great HP, decent attack stats, piss-poor defenses, and abysmal speed. I have no idea why they keep making Pokémon like this. This is the worst stat spread you could possibly give a Pokémon.

Ugh, they make such a great design and then give it Wailord's godawful stat spread... Poor guy doesn't even get reliable recovery. I could see him maybe running a Stockpile+RestTalk set with Dragon Tail or something, but nothing outside of that.

I ran some calculations and...well... 0- SpA Wingull Gust vs. 4 HP / 0 SpD Buzzwole: 160-192 (44.9 - 53.9%) Yeah, it's not surviving any Air Slashes any time soon.
