Z-trick or treat on Gourgeist makes it insanely bulky, and gives the opponent reason to switch out. Different sizes can pull off different sets. I can see it being a bootleg Pory-Z in lower tiers with priority tacked on.

Z-splash Mimikyu is a great cleaner. It gets priority in shadow sneak, and has access to play rough for strong STAB. If it looks like Mimi will bite the dust before finishing its job, destiny bond. It even gets leech life if you want a bulky Mimisplash. Stealth rocks are your friend here.

Yes. He now sits in my OmegaRuby version. I've used an ability capsule to change the ability to rivalry, and I've reset the EVs. I occasionally use him on a Battle Maison run.

One name I will never let go of is Mr.Nido, a name clearly meant for a Nidoking. When I was a kid, my friend traded me a Nidoran they had acquired through an in-game trade in their LeafGreen version. That Nidoking became my go-to Pokémon for everything. I still have him after all these years.

It's nice to see Nidoking mentioned. I wonder if a mixed set has been considered? Sucker punch OHKOs Latios, and poison jab punches through fairies with ease. Flamethrower will be weaker, but it'll still give steel types a hard time.
