Just wait a few more days since it has only been a day since r1 has been up. If he still doesn't respond, you can reply here saying that your opponent still hasn't responded and your opponent will mostly like be subbed out for someone else. I'm sure they will sub out inactivity players later on for round 1, so just be patient.
