Good ol' Cropert, what a monster you are on balance and stall. This thing is an absolute tank of a pokemon living pretty much anything you want to throw at it. Its specializes in killing stall threats such as sub cm chandy, can absorb trick and counter rotom-h, and is a great stop to special threats like np lucario and fire types across the board. Very fun set that has the potential to take lives (if you can take care of helioisk but you could also run eq since its still a good stab, not recommended tho)
bruh i posted this set -_-

Adamant Nature

Power up punch opens up doors to turn some of those nasty 2Hkos into 1Hkos! Coupled with rain dance and plus one this monster can not be stopped! With Swampert's wall breaker speed you don't even have to set up the rain dance to do damage. You can easily revenge kill something with Pup and proceed to kill the next poke with a over powered earthquake!

+1 252+ Atk Mega Swampert Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Suicune: 195-231 (48.2 - 57.1%) -- 42.6% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
+1 252+ Atk Mega Swampert Waterfall vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Reuniclus: 207-244 (48.8 - 57.5%) -- 51.6% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
Damnit Daspoofy, I wanted to post this. I confirm this is a great set. It really does a number on stall and slower balance teams.

Basically a Rain Dance Swampert but specially attacking. Hydro Pump in rain hits suprisingly hard, about as hard a s a Waterfall in a rain. The nature is you to decide, either more power or tie with 145 speed threats. This is mostly a fun set and the physical attacker is usually better, but it can be cool.

Good ole curse mega swampert. Works the same as curse lax but with much more power for less boosts. Max spdef because its pretty dumb how bulky this thing is invested:

252+ SpA Life Orb Sheer Force Nidoqueen Earth Power vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Mega Swampert: 129-152 (31.9 - 37.6%) -- 88.1% chance to 3HKO

252 SpA Life Orb Azelf Energy Ball vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Mega Swampert: 338-400 (83.6 - 99%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252 SpA Choice Specs Hydreigon Draco Meteor vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Mega Swampert: 210-247 (51.9 - 61.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

252+ SpA Mold Breaker Mega Ampharos Dragon Pulse vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Mega Swampert: 124-147 (30.6 - 36.3%) -- 59.3% chance to 3HKO

252+ SpA Mega Blastoise Hydro Pump vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Mega Swampert: 136-162 (33.6 - 40%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

Pairing it with a grass type answer is well, obvious, and its up to you on either mono quake or mono waterfall (falls generally better) or using both over sleep talk and maybe pairing with a aromatherapy user (somewhat like curselax using eq>sleep talk)

Everyone knows Tank Pert. It's that annoying piece of shit on stall and balance teams that destroys your team while being 4HKOd by everything barring the grass knot you you put on your heliolisk just for this specific reason. It gets up rocks and you bring in your Hydreigon, planning to Shrek this n00b with a Life Orb Draco Meteor going all Pokeaim all up in this. You click Draco meteor and it does 66%. The opponent fires back with an Ice Punch, doing 60% and crippling your Hydreigon to be picked off by the opponents Mamoswine. Swamp Wins. Swamp always wins.

As you can probably tell, This is a bulky SpD version of Mega Swamp. It excels at taking giant special attacks and firing back with a super strong mirror coat. If Mega Blastoise hits Swamp with a Hydro Pump, it does max 186 HP, or around 45%. Mirror coat OHKOs 4HP Mega Blastoise. Swamp wins ---The given set is pretty great. It makes Modest Life Orb Hydreigon's Draco Meteor do up to 66%. Scarf Chandelure's Energy Ball never OHKO after SR. Swamp OHKOs---You can use this set to just switch on and take 30 from the average neutral hit. Or you can use it as a surprise Mirror Coater and get a few KOs in the match. It can also be your SRer due to its great bulk. This set is just really versatile and can be a giant pain when paired with the right mons on a good stally team. The moves (EQ, Waterfall, or Ice Punch) are your choice. If your team struggles with Aggron, use EQ. If it struggles with Hydra, Ice Punch. If it struggles with... You get the point. A bad argument might be: but it uses up your mega slot for a mon without recovery or a lot of damage! I tell you. Just ladder up to around 15-1600 and face the stall teams up there. A lot of the really good ones already use swamp as a Sr+Toxic Bulk abuser. This is just a better set overall. Most stall teams have enough toxic on them already.

Good Partners:

Wish Passers
Vaporeon (Giant HP stat for giant wishes)
Florges (Can take strong physical attacks)
Umbreon (you know why)

Complimentary Pokemon
Doublade (Can take strong wallbreaking hits from Hera and Shao (w/out Knock Off)
Roserade (Toxic spikes are great +aromatherapy)
Porygon. (Swamp can take KOffs and Porygon can take strong non-Fighting physical attacks.)

I think you get he point. There are a bunch of calcs that you can do but here are a few.

252 SpA Galvantula Energy Ball vs. 248 HP / 208 SpD Mega Swampert: 248-292 (61.5 - 72.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252+ SpA Life Orb Hydreigon Draco Meteor vs. 248 HP / 208 SpD Mega Swampert: 226-266 (56 - 66%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252 SpA Azelf Energy Ball vs. 248 HP / 208 SpD Mega Swampert: 292-348 (72.4 - 86.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

So after playing HO quite a bit and reaching high on the ladder you realize a lot of stuff that prevent certain sweeps from occurring. Probably the biggest threat that stops sweeps is whimsicott. It prevents reliable set up with encore and can force you to lose momentum, which is something when playing with a HO team you don't want to lose. After digging around this came up. Basically it OHKOS whimsi on the expected switch in so now you can run fun stuff like barbaracle and puff.

4 SpA Mega Swampert Sludge Wave vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Whimsicott: 332-392 (102.7 - 121.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO

This is a good lure swampert to bust through certain choice mons like Quagsire, Umbreon, and a few others like that. Pert forces a good amount of switches, mostly to things like Suicune. When you sub a few times, Endeavor puts on the pressure (ha, i mentioned pressure vs a suicune xd). You really need stuff for Whimsi and friends though, so just note that in your teambuilding.

Tired of Entei burns and Snorlax burns? Well this is the set for you. It switches in on the stuff it usually does and shrugs off status, pair with your favorite wish passer and you are all set. On a side note, you may want roar so lax doesn't set up on you cause that would be bad.

Naughty Nature
- Waterfall
- Blizzard
- Low Kick / Superpower
- Earthquake

Four attacks MegaPert. This set is supposed to be utilized on full Rain teams that want to have an easier time weakening or removing threats to Rain. Blizzard allows Swampert to 2HKO Chesnaught after Rocks, and still hit a lot of the targets it used to with Ice Punch for around the same amount of damage. Low Kick, on the other hand, has a chance to OHKO Mega Abomasnow after Stealth Rock and is favored over Superpower as to ensure Swampert doesn't have lowered damage output, although Superpower is still an option if you don't mind being easier setup fodder for Suicune and other bulky setup sweepers.

4 SpA Mega Swampert Blizzard vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Chesnaught: 192-228 (50.5 - 60%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

Edit: 400th post, if I don't win, rip
First of all, thanks to everyone who helped my P2 set win! As for this week, with already 273 sets posted, I'm surprised my idea hasn't already been taken...

Best offensive tanky Swampert set ever. Period.

Dunkleosteus (Mixed Special Tank)

Swampert @ Assault Vest
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 240 HP / 244 SpA / 16 SpD / 8 Spe (recommended)
Quiet Nature
- Earthquake
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Superpower / Hammer Arm

Special-biased mixed Swampert. Surprising, I know, but very effective. Swampert, while sporting an Assault Vest, can now tank special hits amazingly well, even with little investment. To put it in perspective, this Swampert has just slightly more special bulk than 240/252+ Jirachi, amazing. Despite forgoing support moves, Swampert still offers amazing utility, spreading burns with Scald, which hurts a lot with heavy investment. Ice Beam OHKOs Mega Sceptile and 2HKO's every other Grass type in the tier, doing upwards of 60% minimum to all but defensive Roserade, which can't take 2 Earthquakes anyway. Earthquake, even though not invested, hits specially bulky targets hard, namely Empoleon and Tentacruel. Earth Power is viable to smack a few Ground-weak Pokémon harder, like Doublade. Superpower exists mostly to eliminate Mega Abomasnow, but can also deter Umbreon and Blissey from switching in, even though they can't beaten while moderately healthy.

EVs maximize bulk and special attack, while throwing a few in SpD to squeeze a little more value out of Assault Vest. 8 Speed EVs creep M-Abomasnow and other Mons that invest in speed to outrun Relaxed Swampert. 48 SpD EVs gain noticeable more special bulk, so moving the EVs from SpA is an option.

I'll post some calcs and replays later, but this thing is downright terrifying, especially with Wish and cleric support. Being able to switch into UU's powerhouses, even Hydreigon, while also offensively threatening everything but the sturdiest of special walls is amazing. Only a handful of UU Pokémon don't mind switching in, and they all are so passive that a stallbreaker makes easy work of all of them.

For thinking of a better Refresh set than I briefly thought of,

Tipsy Russian

But I bet none of you guys' Swampert can boast this...
0 SpA Whimsicott Giga Drain vs. 240 HP / 16 SpD Assault Vest Swampert: 192-228 (47.8 - 56.8%) -- 75.4% chance to 2HKO

252 SpA Mega Sceptile Giga Drain vs. 240 HP / 16 SpD Assault Vest Swampert: 384-456 (95.7 - 113.7%) -- 68.8% chance to OHKO

252 SpA Life Orb Azelf Energy Ball vs. 240 HP / 16 SpD Assault Vest Swampert: 354-421 (88.2 - 104.9%) -- 25% chance to OHKO

So. Much. Bulk. And it 2HKOs back.

252 SpA Choice Specs Hydreigon Draco Meteor vs. 240 HP / 16 SpD Assault Vest Swampert: 222-262 (55.3 - 65.3%) -- guaranteed 3HKO (with the stat drop)

Specially Defensive Stallbreaker Ape

Infernape @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Taunt
- Slack Off
- Fire Punch

I'm relatively sure that this was a set on the previous NBT, but since it's such a nice set and nobody ever uses it (seriously, I haven't seen this set used in at least 6 months) I'm going to use it as an entry and hopefully give this set some popularity that it deserves. Stallbreaker Infernape is very good because of its nice support movepool- having access to all four of Taunt, Will-O-Wisp, Slack Off and a passive, Iron Fist-boosted STAB move like Fire Punch gives it a lot of versatility. Defensive sets are often overlooked because they are "too frail", which is somewhat true but is patched up by its nice defensive typing and access to WoW. 76/71/71 defensive stats sound terrible, but in practice the EVd stats are actually not horrible, as Infernape gains access to 355 HP and 265 SpDef, allowing it to easily take hits from weak special attackers and even somewhat take hits from stronger ones. However, this set's purpose should not be forgotten- it's a stallbreaker, not a wall. Don't try to use it as something which can eat hits from stuff like Chandelure or Roserade, because it doesn't have stellar defensive stats which give it a purpose as a wall. Its effectiveness as a stallbreakers comes from its movepool- the bulk is just maximized as much as possible. It should be able to take most hits from almost any pokemon on a defensive or stall team and cripple almost everything with Will-O-Wisp and Taunt. In this way, it works like a faster Jellicent, without an immunity to Water/Normal/Fighting but with key resistances to Grass and Dark and a quad resist to Bug. I'll throw in some calcs in the bottom here to show off its extra bulk when properly invested.

252 SpA Hydreigon Draco Meteor vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Infernape: 184-217 (51.6 - 60.9%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252 SpA Chandelure Shadow Ball vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Infernape: 127-150 (35.6 - 42.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252+ SpA Mold Breaker Mega Ampharos Dragon Pulse vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Infernape: 162-192 (45.5 - 53.9%) -- 42.2% chance to 2HKO
252 SpA Mega Houndoom Fire Blast vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Infernape: 84-100 (23.5 - 28%) -- 91.9% chance to 4HKO
252 SpA Life Orb Whimsicott Moonblast vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Infernape: 126-149 (35.3 - 41.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
4 SpA Suicune Scald vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Infernape: 144-170 (40.4 - 47.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
0 SpA Jellicent Scald vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Infernape: 134-162 (37.6 - 45.5%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
0 SpA Empoleon Scald vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Infernape: 168-200 (47.1 - 56.1%) -- 26.2% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
0 SpA Vaporeon Scald vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Infernape: 168-198 (47.1 - 55.6%) -- 18% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
0 SpA Slowking Scald vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Infernape: 152-182 (42.6 - 51.1%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ SpA Life Orb Sheer Force Nidoqueen Sludge Wave vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Infernape: 179-212 (50.2 - 59.5%) -- 80.9% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Smh Slate. took the set I was about to post. Well, I have a back-up, and it's this:
Sub+Encore Infernape

Infernape @ Leftovers
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Substitute
- Flare Blitz/Stone Edge
- Close Combat
- Encore

This set hedges on Infernape's speed, which allows it to outspeed almost all of the metagame's relevant defensive Pokemon, which the exception of bulky Crobat and Mega Aerodactyl. When an opponent's cleric or hazard-setter comes in to do its thing, Infernape can Encore that thing and then set up a Substitute while it switches. At that point, almost any offensive check to Infernape (besides Infiltrator Crobat and Chandelure, depending on coverage) is forced to stomach a base 120 STAB move from Infernape to break the Substitute, while slower defensive mons might have to take two hits (or more if the Defensive 'mon is too weak to break the Sub). If you get yourself into Blaze range through a combination of Substitute and recoil, you can also get a power-up on Flare Blitz (if you decide to run it), making this set even harder to wall. This set can take a number of passive Pokemon by surprise, most notably Forretress, which it uses as setup fodder almost instantly.
