4. I would like 1 or maybe 2 EV trainers that use wings and vitamins, so it's pronto training.

7. I don't RNG so my bred pokes are normally 2 - 31 IV's and Legit ofc.

You have to list all the IV's. 31/x/31/x/x/x is useless.

Argenis' Blissey/Chansey is not redis. You can only trade it if you receive it directly from RockinX (which you didn't, since I gave it to you).
